Updated my netgear n600 because I had to constantly reboot it. This Linksys router was super simple to set up, (did it all off of my tablet), and has fantastic coverage. I'm able to sit in the garden, about 1/2 acre away, and still get a good signal. I have a three story house and a lot of family with many WiFi devices. Glad I bought it, and so far so good.

I was paying Comcast for 50 Mbps internet access however every speed test I ran I was receiving less than ½ of what I was being charged for. I returned my cable modem box to Comcast 2 times because the phone support technicians assured me that my cable router box was defective and that I should replace it. Each time I followed their advice I received the same slow speeds of no more than 24 Mbps all the while being charged for the 50 Mbps and or faster. Fed up with Comcast and their incompetency to resolve issues in a timely manner I purchased the Linksys EA6350-4A smart Wi-Fi router and immediately conducted another speed test. Using the Linksys router I received 80.12 mbps. In conclusion, if you are in a quandary, if you are not happy with your current data rate transfer, I would recommend the Linksys EA6350-4A smart Wi-Fi router, it is the best investment I made towards internet connectivity.

Like every other reviewer I bought this router hoping for better range and improved support for multiple devices. It did just that. The range is great and the connection is solid. Setup is very simple, but the settings are clunky and somewhat limited. 5ghz range is (understandably) pretty limited, but snappy. Overall very pleased.

This router is very dependable and so easy to set up. No trouble with connecting or staying connected. The range isn't amazing, but then again it didn't cost a fortune either, so it's everything I would expect. It does cover an 1800 Sq ft house and a good part of the yard, so I can't complain at all!

This router is excellent. We replaced ours when it was fried during a storm. Very powerful, easy to set up. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it works better when it's not on a metal desk, unfortunately that's where ours goes.

It was time to replace my old router

The Linksys router I have been using was starting to go flaky, sometimes failing to connect devices, and slowing traffic, or so it seems. At the advice of the Best Buy tech who showed me where the routers were located in the store, I picked this model. I didn't think it would make much difference in WiFi speed, other than hopefully losing the slowdowns of my old router. Initial configuration went easily, and I had it operating at the same SSID as my old router in less than 10 minutes.I made the assumption that I had maybe five devices connected by WiFi. The Smart WiFi app on my iPad told me I had 12 devices connected, and that didn't include the two smart TVs I have that were shut off. Making sure I was actually using these devices and not a neighbor who hijacked my WiFi, I audited each connection. Sure enough, I have more WiFi devices than I originally thought. The router has been working flawlessly, and it is fast. My iPad is using the AC side, and I get a really high speed connection compared to the G speed of the other router. This turned out to be a very functional purchase, well worth the money.

I bought this for my parents who aren't heavy tech users but needed something with solid coverage and good reliability for their Google Home devices. 2 lightbulbs, 3 google dots, 2 home hubs, a few phones, tablets and 'smart' tv's were all well supported by this router. Latency in the sub 5ms range to their ISP and solid coverage in their 2500+ sqft home. I've spent alot more on routers that do less so I was impressed to find 802.11AC for sub $50. - Setup was easy but I knew what I was doing. The step through UI from Linksys is pretty fantastic even for beginners.

Got this model because it was on sale, and was very easy to install. Pretty much plug and play, and you can monitor from your cell if you wish. It will also give your device either 2.4 or 5 ghz depending on demand of the device which I thought is nice. It is a fast router especially for the home. Definitely would recommend.

I bought this router because it was a little above average in the price range and that's what you get in performance. An improvement over older linksys routers, fine for the average user, heavy gamers might want to go with a nicer one

I picked this router up to replace a 12 year old Apple AirPort Extreme basestation. My Apple router served me well but, after making the upgrade to gigabit fiber, I needed something a bit faster. This was my choice. And for what this router features, it's actually not too bad. Setup was a breeze (I used the app and it was two screens of actual setup) and once it was setup, it literally just worked. I was surprised that the device was as good as it was for the money. I have nearly 30 devices connected to this router and it handled it all. Wifi speed wasn't terrible, maxing out at 400 Mbps for Internet download speed. It does feature advance routing settings including DMZ and QoS functionality, which is more than I can say for my Apple router. Overall, it's got a lot. For what this device is and the price, it's really just average, however. What ended up making this a three star review was lack of Time Capsule support. Also, for my uses, this router had good range. But if you live in a larger home greater than 2,000 Sq ft, you might want to consider a mesh router instead. Performance-wise, this really seems to do the job just fine but just know what you're getting. Pros: Simultaneous dual-band with single SSID, beam forming, 4 gigabit ethernet ports, USB for hard drive or printer sharing, extremely easy setup, app support for remote configuration. Cons: Not very fast, USB doesn't support Time Machine, range is limited. I would certainly recommend this if you're looking for an inexpensive 802.11ac router. Just don't go expecting this to be the best because it isn't. But with all that I've thrown at it, I am very pleased with the purchase.

I purchased this router upgrade when my new laptop wireless adapter wouldn't connect to my existing router. I've had some issues with the wireless adapter in my new laptop so I haven't had the full router experience yet. It was very easy to setup and everyone else in the house is happy with the new routers performance.

Set up was easy as well as registration. Once you create your user ID your ready to go. It's password secure and I'm able to disable/enable the guest ID for added security. My Smart TV and Bluray Player get their updates when they become available with no issues. I'm very please with the speed and quality of this router.

i replaced a Lynksis wireless N router and the setup was easy and nice to use app to prioritize devices accessing wireless from smartphone. Dual frequency allows me to just about reach mailbox 1/10 mi away from home. Good security setup to prevent unauthorized access. Lynksis and Cisco cable modem good setup combination.

We were told this router would be good for our size home (regarding signal strength and range) and we have been more than pleased. We can be anywhere in the house and even outside in the back yard (a pretty good distance from the router) and get a great signal. Best Buy team in Greenville, NC is ALWAYS so helpful.

The unit works great. Easy set-up and no more dropping of our Wi-Fi connections. I was very pleased that the BestBuy sales rep suggested this model. It offers great coverage in our house and was very simple to set-up. Paying a little additional for this model definitely paid-off for performance and ease of use.
