I received this Wi-Fi 6 Range extender with some trepidation, as I had tried to use another similar branded product which was difficult to setup and did not work as it should. This Linksys - Max Stream range extender was easy to set up and has extended the wi-fi all around my home as it should.

Linksys - Max-Stream Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender - White
Linksys is a very reliable vendor and this is a high quality extender. It connects to my main router signal and pushes high speed. I recommend this and other Linksys products.

The Linksys range extender was just the thing to fill in a couple of areas where our main router was not quite giving a full signal. It was very easy to set up right out of the box.
The only thing keeping it from a 5-star rating is its size.

This extender is great for the price and potentially outclasses contenders in the same price range. The 5GHz bandwidth works exceptionally well with consoles and smart tv’s (WiFi 6 also works like a charm). Now the only problem I’ve had is logging onto the settings url for the extender, although I am connected to the network on my phone and computer it says that I have to be on the same network to log onto the settings url. I’ve factory reset the extender 3-4 times and still no luck. Just a heads up, but it’s nothing detrimental; considering the device comes preset with settings best optimized for simplicity and usability.

Bought this to pair with my 6E router. I needed more coverage out in the garage which is about 20 feet away. Pretty easy to connect. I also like that it does the mi-mou and automatically switches. You can also set up a extender mode.

1st, it wouldn't connect to my T-Mobile internet gateway. That took forever. 2nd, the quick install guide is missing a lot of information. Had to find a guide online. Setup and instructions don't match. 3rd, I had to do a web based install, which is fine (no app?), but the extender could not be found by the website no matter how many times I tried, using different devices. It was barely recognized using an ethernet cable. Placement was another issue. It finally liked the spot I chose 3 times before. Thankfully, it has a strong signal...so far. Linksys used to be very reliable and user friendly, I guess those days are gone.

This is a great Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender which is extremely easy to install with your Linksys 6 Router, which will automatically pick up this extender easily when you press the WPS button on your router. Once you receive a solid blue light on the extender, you can move the extender anywhere in your home to expand your Wi-Fi signal. Easy set up and works great.

This unit is good for a house less than 2,000 sq ft. Great for small devices. Super easy to install. For work or heavy gaming it is capped on its signal rate. If you have a basic line internet,it will do just fine. If you have high rate Fiber internet, than spend a little more.

This is a pretty straight forward range extender. Plug it in, do a quick configure and you're good to go. One thing that I noticed was that I was trying to extend a Netgear router and the 2.4 Band seemed to have a LOT of trouble maintaining the connection.
What is REALLY nice about this connector is that there is an ethernet port that you can use instead of the wifi for connecting back to the modem. That's what I did and it is working gangbusters now.
The signal is strong and covers a wide area. Very happy with this purchase.

Already have LinkSys router , easy to pair…. Make sure to follow instructions. I had to hit the WPS button on the router a couple of times, it connected. Works great! My router is on the 2nd floor right above where the extender is on the 1st floor in living room. We have Concrete walls so signal is hard to connect to on 2nd floor. Extender does the job.

I originally purchased a Netgear extender. It stopped working after a few months, and customer service was beyond terrible.
I eventually got frustrated and purchased this Linksys extender. I couldn’t be happier. The setup was so easy - literally one button. And it has worked very well.
Avoid Netgear and buy Linksys.

Wifi could be a little stronger. I have it right outside my door and I only get a ”good” signal. Don’t know what others were talking about about the setup—I found it very easy.

This linksys range extender works great! It was very easy to add to my mesh network, and extends the network throughout the entire lower floor of the house. Without it we were getting 2 bars off the base router, with the extender we're back to 5 bars with excellent performance.
