I wanted to upgrade to Wireless N. I was familiar with this type of router so it was very easy to set up all the security features to run my business. I take credit cards online so it was imperative that it could not be set up through wireless. I needed a router that could only be set up by connecting directly with a CAT5 Ethernet cable. This router gives you the option of both. It is very fast and has been running 24-7 without fault for about 2 months. I highly recommend it especially for IT pros that prefer manual configuration. It does come with an easy set up disk but I did not use it.

Lynksis makes a great home router, it was easy to install, the wireless range works all the way in my front yard. I hooked up two hard wire computers, the set up was easy to understand.

I needed a router to replace the router that was issued by my cable company. This was a great deal and I was eager to pick it up. Most routers these days should give basic functionality just by plugging in your network cable and connecting. This router did not want to work without running the included CD. This is an issue with newer computers that dont have disk drives. By default the router only lets you continue to the Linksys website to download the setup software. I was eventually able to get it up and running and I have been beyond pleased with it since that point. It really is a great router for this pricepoint.

I have had other wireless routers in the past and they tend to freeze up. Then you hae to unplug it, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. So far this router has worked perfectly. I have my tv, ps3, wii, laptop and phone all using it and not once to a I notice a difference in speed. I live in a single story house and I get a signal in every inch of it. There is nothiing bad I have to say about this product. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is paying a fee to "rent" a router from the provider. It's cheap and works better than the one you typically rent!

This was to replace another wireless router which was starting to crash very often. It was easy to manually configure with my settings. The only critique I have is that the status lights are in the back and not in the front for easy viewing.

Our old router was really old and we needed a new one for my tablet. Not only did it sync with my tablet it also speeded up our internet. I would highly recommend this one.

I am very impressed with the performance of this router. It has great features, gives solid wifi connections, so that I'm getting Internet download speeds at the same rate as the provider is delivering to the odem. I can't be more pleased

This router provides the perfect range and bandwidth for my apartment. I've never had any issues with any of my devices connecting. With this router I have a Desktop, laptop, XBOX, Cell Phone, and printer all connected without disruptions

Good product for a reasonable price. The Best Buy associate was helpful in pointing me to a product that meant my needs without pushing me onto something more expensive.

my last linksys router finally died on me after years of being together, so i decided to stay with the brand. went to best buy, got a new one, and it works great

Perfect for my needs, I have the slowest internet available from my provider, I only use it for streaming music and Netflix primarily. This replaced my dinosaur Netgear router that finally crapped out. It looks sleek and barely noticeable compared to that ugly old thing!! No problem with the signal reaching everywhere in my house, even outside. Great option and price for what I need, definitely recommend!!

Very simple to install and setup. I was worried about range because this is not a high range router but it works great I have service every where in my house and outside. Have not had to reset it at all and have had it for a month

Bought new Router to accommodate newer technology with my Chromcast Streaming adapter! I never set anything up before technology-wise but this was simple; just put in the CD, follow instructions and Bob's your uncle!!!

I purchased this wireless router to connect a wireless printer and laptop for my folks. Setting up the router was straight forward and the printer & laptop were connected within a few minutes. All is well and no issues.

I bought this router for my mother in order for her to be able to go outside and sit while reading or doing whatever on her laptop. Range is good enough to cover her small house and her porch, but doesn't cover the entire yard (which is fine because she rarely goes that far beyond the porch unless she's leaving). Easy set-up process, not much required in the way of technical skills. Mostly plug and play.
