    Warranty Process is Impossible

    I paid $20.00 extra to get the $150.00 warranty on this product. In order to register to insure this product, you have to install an app on the phone then take a picture into a mirror that shows no damage to the screen. I tried this over 20 times at home and finally took it back to Best Buy and asked the Samsung expert who recommended the product to help me. He couldn't even make that function work and eventually registered it another way without the picture of the screen. So I don't really know what will happen if I do damage my screen. Will they honor the warranty? I have no issue with the product as I haven't "tested" it with a fall, etc. but the registration/warranty product is bad business.
