    Best buy did a great job in allowing me to buy and recieve the product i wanted, but once opened the issues started. We bought this as an Easter gift for our youngest child, so we wanted to have it put together when she woke up easter morning. We didn't have room to put it together ahead of time, so the night before, after she went to bed, the construction started. Shortly after starting assembly, the MAJOR design flaws appeared. Places where screws were supposed to go, either weren't drilled out at all (like the instructions said they should have been) or the holes were so tiny they had to be opened up manually to allow the screws to go in. I've NEVER had so much trouble putting together something that wasn't made from scratch. It took 3 adults, till after 1am, to get this thing put together, which should have taken only like 30mins. If I wasn't on a time crunch, I definitely would have taken back and explained that the manufacturer definitely messed up in constructing it.

    Ordered for birthday and it is just too cute. Quick and easy delivery and I was able to put together with no problems.
