Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the long battery life, Bluetooth connectivity, and abundance of programmable buttons on the G604 mouse. Many appreciate its comfortable design and the smooth, precise scrolling offered by the unique scroll wheel. However, some find the mouse too heavy or large, and others have reported issues with the software or occasional double-clicking. The price point is generally considered favorable.

I picked this up on sale for $35, I might’ve paid a little more for at that price it’s unbeatable. The Bluetooth is fast and responsive, which is very helpful as the modern laptops they do not have a standard USB port for the dongle, but it’s nice that you have both options. The ability to scroll with or without clicks is a very nice feature.

    Not a FPS mouse

I bought this mouse in hopes of having a new daily fps wireless mouse. I had high hopes, but this particular product just didnt make the cut. First of all, its heavy! Going from a Razer Deathadder v2 Pro to this felt like aiming with a cinder block. This is due in part to the fact its powered by a single AA battery. Really, Logitech? AA batteries instead of an internal rechargable lithium ion batter in 2023? Second, the 6 side buttons were a great idea, but the execution left much to be desired. The were easily pressed whenever i had to pick the mouse up which caused havoc in-game. The software was pretty handy, G-Hub did allow me to assign those buttons to specific in-game functions easily and automatically switched button layouts from profile to profile when i opened different games. At the end of the day i returned it after about a week. Its probably better suited for MMO gaming, but doesnt cut it for FPS gaming.

This mouse looks muted even though it's the G series. I think the all black build doesn't look too out of place in my office, where I bought it for. The Bluetooth connection limits report rate of the mouse to 125Hz in contrast to the 1kHz using the dongle, but it still feels precise and responsive, enough for productivity. Being a dual-mode mouse, I think the advantages of this mouse over the MX Master series are: 1. the dongle can be stored inside the mouse; 2. the usage of AAA battery (I don't like charging things, swapping battery seem more time-efficient to me); 3. the better sensor and more function keys; 4. the lower price (more frequently on sale). The MX Master might has better build quality and the second scroll wheel. This is not an exceptionally great gaming mouse nor office mouse, but the G604 strikes a good balance that allows me to use it in office with my USB-C only laptop and use it occasionally for gaming at home. With the occasionally $45 deal this is a great alternative to MX Master.

I bought this mouse during the black friday sale. I needed a mouse that can be used for both work and gaming. I was looking for a mouse with a decent amount of customizable buttons. I considered the MX Master 3 at first, but then it doesn't have enough buttons that I need (I use both Mac and Windows and need to use a lot of macros for work). And MX Master 3 isn't good for gaming either. So I got this. It has both bluetooth and 2.4GHz, a great middle ground. It has 6 buttons on the side, which I use all of them, and 2 buttons on top, on the left side of the left click button, which I use for Volume control. I really miss having these 2 buttons on the Logictech G502, and this was the only other mouse that has this, and also other buttons, that is perfect for productivity and gaming.

Nice feel to the mouse, seemed a little heavy at first but I was just used to the smaller cheap mouse's. The wheel is a little stiff at first but frees up a little after use unless you press the button to free wheel it. Really like the extra buttons on the mouse.

The texture is a bit more slippery than the G602 unfortunately. Otherwise, it is a great mouse especially with the quick swap between Bluetooth and Lightspeed. Unfortunately, G Hub's UX is a bit lacking...

Coming from a g602 Was a nice upgrade, slightly lighter but still on the heavy side. I bought this for the extra buttons though, so definitely serves its purpose. As expected, I haven't experienced any lag or connection problems (haven't tried Bluetooth though) Definitely would recommend if you're fine using a heavy mouse

Best mouse I have ever used, and I've used a few... This mouse is great for gaming, I love the controls, and extra buttons even in FPS, YES, even in FPS. In turn-based or grand strategy, its macros are amazing, but u have to take the time to make them. However, this mouse is also AMAZING for productivity. I love the extra side buttons and profiles. Just like I have different profiles for my games, I have different ones for excel and outlook ect.... Battery life is good, I like not having to recharge or be slaved to a cable when i need a charge, just grab a new AA. I've owned the mouse since December of 20' and just changed the batt for the first time last week. Yes, that is with all-day usage about 5 days a week and gaming sessions outside of that. Also the most comfortable mouse I have ever used. Love the thumb wing, love the height, love the DUAL connectivity which I use on a daily basis. I recommend this mouse for gamers, content producers, and productivity monsters. LETS GO!

I love this mouse! Had pretty good dpi, and the battery consumption is pretty low. I love the side buttons which there's six, and you can remap it however you want l. So far I've only had to replace the battery twice since I bought it in 2021.

This mouse is great! The huld quality is really good, and it fits my hand really well. It's nice the have so many customizable buttons, and the ability to set 1 button to "g shift", which changes to a secondary mapping is really nice. The only downside is the software is a little annoying to use.

Had the moist for about a month and have had nothing but a good time playing ESO and wow. Buttons are easy to press, Bluetooth or wireless connection never presents lag, and the only negative i could give on my impression would be the useless scroll wheel adaptability feature. I never find myself rotating between the two functions.

Very comfortable to hold, and nice movement response. It is a little bulky, so make sure your carrying case or bag has enough room to accommodate the mouse too. Battery life is very good too; have been using it for almost a month now and didn't have to replace the battery yet.

Quality product but I didnt find comfortable. The best they have and can be purchased for a huge discount. Just not for me. I prefer something a touch smoother after 20 years with an mx mouse. Switching to their vertical mouse. Software was clumsy as well.

The best part about this mouse is its modes of connecting with the PC: wired or wireless. Whilst one may be switched to another for improved latency, both connections are otherwise robust. The only downside is the price but well affordable when bought on a sale.

My Go-To Mouse for Gaming and Work

Disclaimer: I bought this mouse as the Deal of the Day, so I was able to get it under MSRP. This mouse is my go-to daily mouse. The ability to have the mouse connect via Lightspeed and Bluetooth is really useful for my setup. I currently have the dongle plugged into my PC for gaming, then have the bluetooth paired to my work laptop when I want to switch over. Coming from using only wired mice, the AA battery inside does make it feel a little heavy so it takes time to get used to. Overall functionally it is great for my personal setup. The only negative I have is that as of April 2022, the G Hub software used to customize the mouse is having tons of issues. Hopefully, those will be fixed in a future update soon.
