Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the G930 Wireless Gaming Headset, particularly praising its sound quality, wireless connectivity, and comfort during extended gaming sessions. The long battery life and reasonable price point are also well-received. While some users have experienced issues with volume levels, compatibility, and signal interference, these concerns appear to be less widespread.

This is my second G930 in the last 3 or 4 yrs. I use it primarily for gaming, and the surround sound works as expected--not spectacular, but as expected of simulated surround feature. The volume is not overwhelming at the loudest setting. Quality is ok for music. Two of my peeves: 1. it cuts out quite often, especially when the device is low on power; (range does not matter) 2. the pivot joint on the headband is off a plastic construction, and is a bit flimsy. my previous one died because one side broke at the pivot point due to cracked plastic construct. other than that, the faux leather padding would peel and fall off after about 1 year of use if you perspire much around your ears. overall: it's a reliable device, and does what it is designed to do.

I bought these to have at my office and I am not disappointed. The sound quality is great, plus they work great with VoIP calls as well. So no more swapping between quality headphones and the work-provided telephone headset. Battery life is good, and I have noticed is dependent on the volume & type of music you listen to. For instance, music with a lot of loud bass, will make the headphones "work" harder and battery life shorter. Whereas if you listen to talk radio at a reasonable volume, the battery seems to last forever.

I love the fact that it is wireless and I have been able to travel all over my two story house without issue. It is compfortable. I wear them all day for work and most nights for watching TV and movies. The sound is good and the mic works well as people do not have a hard time hearing me. I like the fact that when the mic is up it mutes me, though a co-worker of mine does not like this feature. Those are the pros. The cons: I had to return the first headset as the mic would not stay in the up (mute) position. It was 4 days after the return policy even with my elite status. I had purchased the warranty. Other than the mic falling, my other complaint was that there was no way of knowing when the battery may be low (or at least I should say there was no very obvious way of knowing this. I would just be listening to something or in the middle of a call when it would just shut off. I would turn it back on for a moment and then it would shut off. The only mic mute indicator is on the end of the mic, so if the mic is up you can not see if it is muted. You should not have to worry about that as up is muted right? Except there is mute button on the headset that may accidently unmute you (or at least that is how my OCD mind works) I am on my second pair and will give it a try. Hoping this one is better!

I was looking for a wireless headset that fit my two most important criteria - fit and comfort. I have attached earlobes and therefore have a difficult time finding headsets that fit properly AND are comfortable. These fit both criteria. The sound quality is great. The in game battery life is also way beyond what I expected; mine when charged last 10 hours of non-stop gaming. Also, when plugged in, the charging cable does not interfere which was VERY unexpected. I highly recommend this product.

I went through several pairs of wireless gaming headsets this winter and all the others had fatal design flaws the companies knew about. Tried two Corsair H2100 and both had horrible mic static and also the Turtle Beach Ear Force i60 which had about a 5 sec voice lag on iDevices. Finally got these logitech's on sale for only $70 and I couldn't be happier. Good battery life, decent sound, crystal clear mic and they are extremely comfortable.

Great headset. Awesome sound quality and outside sound supression. Was really surprised at how far you can walk before the set starts to lose connection. I tested at almost 60 feet with multiple walls between and the connection was solid. Minor issues with the power button. Have to hold it down for a couple of seconds for the unit to turn on and off. Have had some difficulty with maintaning connectivity on Skype for business at times but could have been a low battery. Still testing that issue. Would be great if the head set had a mute button and blue tooth. Over all a very good headset.

Fairly decent set of headphones, very good quality on sound, comfortable, and decent range on the wireless, though occasional fuzz when you move around to much.

Picked these bad boys up to use in place of some old wired Fatalities. These are hands down the best headset I have had. Wireless feature at a great price. Sound is very good, not amazing but still good. Battery life is very long, 8+ hours and a replaceable battery if needed. Reception is spot on, I can walk around most of my apartment and still hear it crystal clear. Get these if you want excellent entry level wireless gaming set.

I am not an audiophile but I do play video games casually. I owned a set of g35s and upgraded not because they did not work. Ut because the foam kept coming off. It's amazing not to have wires and I don't feel like there is a step down from audio quality. Easy to use and battery lasts a pretty long time. For the price (was reduced as there are newer versions out there now) it was a great buy.

I've had these headphones for about a month and for wireless they work great. Don't expect amazing sound quality you have to remember they are wireless. I've had so interference every once in a while which resulted in a bit of crackling. I use Raidcall for my VoIP and for some reason it creates static whenever somebody talks it kinda grates on your nerves but that could just be the software. All in all they do what they are suppose to.

For $80 there was no competition with surround and it's wireless to boot. Charges fast, lasts longer than any gaming session or movie marathon I've put it through. The sound is good if not great for the price when compared to my Bose over ear headphones ($100). I've used the headset 3 times for voice in mumble and 1 of the 3 the mic would not unmute (push to talk). The light indicator on the mic stayed red. It could have been mumble but it was not a great feeling if the product is already failing.

THE GOOD: Awesome bass, crisp highs and impressive 7.1 sound; Easy-to-use software with tons of options; Comfortable fit with enough can space to cover the biggest ears; Passable noise cancelling; Programmable buttons; An equalizer! THE BAD: Microphone intermittently stops working during some games; USB only, meaning your fancy $200 sound card is effectively out of the equation; Randomly loses connection when more than 15ft away from the receiver dongle; Questionable use of cheap plastic parts on certain sections of the headphones; Waking PC from sleep mode can cause the G930's software to freeze; After several weeks of use, my headphones are now shutting off at random times. These are fantastic-sounding headphones, but I can't recommend the G930s unless long-term build quality is not a concern for you. If you're only looking for something that sounds good, go for it; otherwise, wait for another price drop and some serious software fixes, or look for something else.

The headphones are comfortable, and fit well on my head. The boom mike is nice and can be moved out of the way easily. Sound is good, nice surround sound features. My one complaint is the default setting turns the headphones off after like 5 minutes. Fixing the problem is easy, once you discover how. Google is your friend...

Awesome sound quality out of this set, sounds like people are right in the room next to you. Logitech's software is easy to install and use, even customizing keys is simple and able to be done for individual games. Software is compatible with Windows 10 Tech Preview, though you will need to download Windows 8 64 bit version. Battery life is around 7 to 9 hours depending on use--if you use the mic or have it muted. Recharge time is around 3-4 hours for a full charge. Only complaint is it could use a dock instead of a charging cable--I get the feeling the charging port will go bad after a year or two of use. I purchased the Geek Squad plan due to feedback of battery/charging going bad after a year or more--it was $20 bucks and I'll get a new set sometime in the next two years.

They are the forth pair of gaming headsets I have owned and are easily the most comfortable pair I have ever used. They apparently work well with a PC but I use them for PS4 so the volume control on the headset doesn't work nor do they sound as good as other surround sound headphones I have used when hooked up to the PS4. I suspect both are software/PS4 compatibility issues.

While I do use this for some gaming, it is primarily used for a wireless communication device when I work from home for VOIP calls. For that purpose, it excels. Great sound quality both talk, and listen (music, gaming, you name it). Much better than devices made for that purpose. It was money well spent. It can reach wireless from the basement to my upstairs kitchen, so the wireless feature works excellent as well. It won't cover my entire 3 level home, but good enough to reach the coffee pot! Having the controls on the headset are a huge plus as well for skipping songs, adjusting the volume, etc.. They are also programmable if you want to use them for something else. Would be nice if it had profiles to detect what was in the foreground on Windows like the G series keyboards, but no big deal... Very effective in blocking external sound. Sometimes too effective!

Good sound and volume level. This set is replacing my wired set of Logitechs and they're comfortable. My only real complaint is the battery life isn't terribly long but it's long enough to get through most any gaming session (and you can re-charge while you play).
