Its taken some time to get used to having so many actions handled through soft keys (especially the numeric keypad), but once set up, it pretty easy to navigate. The ability to redefine permanent keys in accordance with quick push/long push is nice and gives a lot of flexibility.

This remote replaced an older Harmony remote and did so superbly. The ease of use is phenomenal and now I don’t have to stack a bunch of old remotes on the table. Definitely recommend this remote for all those who want substantial practicality in there lives.

I've been using Logitech remotes for at least 10 years, ever since my Pronto died. The setup is easy and device library is huge! Activity based remotes make sense to the oldest and youngest alike. I've bought Logitech remotes for my elderly parents and they have no problem using them. I can even help them make setup changes online from 800 miles away. Awesome! My middle school aged kids and wife pick up any new remote I bring home and instantly understand how it works. Great buy.

This Logitech 950 Harmony remote was easy to set up on my windows 10 pc. Works with my Att U-verse cable box, Vizio TV, Lg Sound bar and Xbox one. It’s nice to hit one button and turn on my entertainment center versus looking for the 5 remotes I used to use. The overall feel of the remote meaning the housing feels very well made feels good in the hand and quality built & it’s solid. functions as advertised. Overall this remote functions well.

Our old logitech Harmony Universal remote was replaced by this new one. This one is lighter and very sleek. Our tech could configure it with our TV, Firestick and Blueray player. Works perfectly and looks very nice. Good Universal remote.

The remote works well most of the time. It get confused sometimes. so turning devices on and off as an "activity" is not always successful. It does work most of the time, and it does help only having to use one remote for all. Battery life could be better, glad it is rechargeable.

Controls all my devices including my tv, av reciver, cable box and streaming sticks. Only complaint is that the screen sensitivity is not consistent. Accidental touches get a reaction and intentional touches sometimes don't. Overall a good product.

Decided to get a new remote since my Harmony One was getting very worn. The new program to set up the remote is much harder to use than the old one. I found it frustrating. However, the remote works great after you make it through the awkward setup routine.

The price may seem high but if you find it elsewhere Best Buy will match it. Simple setup process via computer and after a day or two you get used to difference and little things you have to do. Look forward to using this as my only remote instead of 5 different remotes.

I think this is a great remote. I have three Logitech Harmony remotes and I think they all work great. Once they are set up with the Harmony app on a computer they seem to turn everything in the menus off and on without any problems. I have always been a loyal fan of Logitech devices and these remotes are no exception. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a convenient easy to use remote with on screen use.

Progressed from Harmony One to Harmony Ultimate Home, and now the Harmony 950. Since I already had the hub from the Ultimate Home, the 950 made sense and easily carried over to the 950. 950 on sale, so took the plunge. Button layout and ergonomics are much better than Ultimate Home. Feels way more balanced while holding. Possibly more responsive than Ultimate Home, but both remotes work well. Solid product when on sale.

The remote is fair. Not great. But does the job. I would recommend.

I have owned several Logitech remotes for controlling A/V equipment in multiple locations and in several homes. The 950 is the best yet and relatively easy to set up, as long as you can input your exact component manufacturer & model number during the setup process with the remote connected to your computer. Once that is done the remote should control everything flawlessly. It cut down the number of remotes for us from 4 to just 1. Still new, but no issues!

This is a great update to an older Harmony Remote. The new layout is much better with the improvement to the remote display. Transfer of previous devices to new remote was easy. The numbe pad is now on the display rather than on the remote which did take some time to get used to .

The provided documentation and what is available on the internet is lacking in specific details needed to completely use all capabilities of the remote. The set up was straight forward. And now that I know how to use the remote (like entering a desired channel number) all is great. Nice device, could improve on documentation.

The remote can do a lot. However, it is clumsy to use. Logitech's recent remotes are not very hand friendly. The 950 is better than the Harmony Ultimate One I have with less accidently touching of the touch screen when reaching for the play, pause ect.. buttons. I wish there was another company similar to Logitech that I would buy but there isn't. Logitech is easy to program on their app and so you do not have to have someone program for you like you have to with the URC remotes. When Logitech took away the numerically buttons and added them to the touch screen that just made the remote that more clumsy and useless. The best remote Logitech had was the Harmony One +. Now that was a remote that was great. But they decided to go backwards and make junk. Anyway it does helps remove some remotes from your collection but you will have to keep the close by because sometimes it is just easy to use the equipment's remotes then the Logitech remotes on certain occasions…. most occasions. I recommended only because there are very few alternatives out there.

I have had several Logitech Harmony remotes over the years. My previous was the Ultimate One. The thing I didn't like about that one was the placement of the FF and RW buttons above the touch screen... BUT it functioned well. I bought the 950 to use in a second room. I like the layout of the buttons much better with them all below the touch screen. There is a known issue with this remote that Logitech has still not fixed. It will not show you a full charge indicator. The remote ALWAYS shows as "charging" while in the charger..never fully charged. I also have to remove and reinsert into the charger to get the battery indicator to move at all. I have spent quite some time with Logitech to attempt to fix...I also think Logitech harmony remotes are extremely overpriced $250 retail for an IR programmable universal remote?? (I did get this one on sale) With all that said, I like the functionality of the remote and it works well with all my components.
