    It doesn't turn things on and off well. We're always looking for the other remotes for their power buttons. It is a good idea but needs work especially for the price.

    Trying to figure out how to change devices was a pain! I haven't tried loading more favorites on but have to do that through my PC. Geek squad advised against it.

    This device was poorly engineered and the buttons are in the wrong place for easy use. You have to be looking at the device to use well instead of at your TV, Blue ray, etc. And if you happen to hit the wrong display prompt then the remote goes crazy. You do not get what you pay for. I had the old Harmony ONE which was a very functional device but unfortunately they no longer make it.

    Have multiple Harmony's over the years & multiple Harmony's now. We currently use only the HUB BASED remotes. I find those easier to use. For the living room I have an Elite, kids & bedroom have the basic remotes - with hubs. This remote only uses IR, meaning it has to be pointed at the device to work. Stand in front of it or move the remote and it won't really work. Recommend going with a hub based remote to all of my friends & family.

    I upgraded from the Harmony 510 that I had for years. At first, this remote worked very well, but eventually became very buggy. I would push the channel on the screen, and it would go to the wrong channel or go into "guide".....Very annoying. I reinstalled info and re sync, but it didn't fix the problem. I am a big fan of the Harmony remotes, so I am just assuming I got a bad remote or download... Today, I exchanged for the Harmony Ultimate One. So far, so good.
