    Getting close to greatest

I most definitely would recommend. I have had a Logitech 700 and before that a Pronto Neo. This shows how long I have been looking for a truly all in one remote. The Touch remote is the closest I've seen or used. I have a TV, Receiver, Roku, DVR, Blu-ray and a surveillance DVR. Even the 700 couldn't come close to controlling all the devices in the way I wanted. I was still constantly needing the OEM remotes. I am (knock on wood) using only the Touch now. The few instances when I needed to add something to the remote, it has always worked. Only gripe is that some of the hard buttons are at the very top and very bottom of remote. I have larger than average hands and I have trouble getting to them.

Harmony universal remotes are the answer to anyone who has many devices and want to control them without the original remote. It is programmable for virtually any device. The setup and usage is simple and can be configured to control your device just as the original remote of the device.

Bought mine so that I could operate the man room electronics with one remote rather than each individual one. Makes life so much easier!

I have had harmony remotes for years now and I Love them! They are easy to setup and easy to use. The one thing that I don't particularly like is that they move the play fast-forward reverse buttons to the top of the remote. It's now a little awkward hand placement. But overall it's a solid product thatand I wouldwould recommend it anyone.

This remote is a great solution to having many remotes and it makes it simpler for everyone to be able to use the a/v equipment without really having to understand exactly how everything works together. Set-up is okay, but with way too much back-and-forth if you need to change things. I'd give it a five-star if it wasn't so expensive, or if the set-up software was better.

plug into computer and enter the model numbers of your units and it will set it up for you. was very fast and easy to use. can also set up to do certain things such as watch a movie and it will turn on tv, blu-ray player, and receiver and have everything on the right input.

I had purchased the Logitech - Harmony Smart Control which works with any cell phone or iPad etc...It was a pain to use. Half the time it wouldn't respond, the graphics were okay. I gave up using it out of frustration and went back to a couch full of remotes. Then I saw Logitech - Harmony Touch 15-Device Universal Remote on sale and purchased it. WOW!! way, way, way, way better!!! It does everything I programed, works all the time. Instead of pressing tiny graphic buttons there's real buttons. Works with all my devices. Finally I can lay on my couch again and not have to push 7 remotes onto the floor.

Easy to program. Touchscreen works pretty good. Numeric buttons would be welcomed instead of having to swip around the touchscreen to find. I have Directv, the channels I programmed on the controller don't always put complete number in. Instead of 501 sometimes it's 01, then next press it does 50. But it does eventually get it. I am glad I purchased for $99, I think it should work perfect if I'd paid any more.

All the harmony remotes are incredibly expensive now. I don't know if Logitech really cares, but they could sell a lot more of these remotes if they were cheaper. in most cases you could buy a new iPhone for cheaper than a harmony. but this one was nearly half off, so I bought it. I would have liked a higher tiered model, but I couldn't pass up the 99 dollar price tag. if you've never used a harmony remote, and you are the type that has a sweet home theatre set up, then I suggest you look into it.

I have had several remotes including other Logitech versions. This is the first one I have had the controls all my devices including my Bose TV solo! So nice to use just one remote and not have to leave written instructions for guests to know how to turn on the TV!

I was looking to replace my Harmony One when I spotted this. If you have had other Harmony remotes this is pretty simple to setup. It works well. The screen is very responsive and I love the customizable buttons. I am a little concerned about the battery being non-replaceable. I hav had issue in the past with the harmony batteries swelling and failing.

This was super easy to setup if you're comfortable on the computer and follow the steps in their setup program. We've had 5 remotes on the coffee table for years and never took the time to utilize the multi-program remote features they each have because they are super hard to program. This remote is awesome and intuitive. The only drawback is that occasionally your devices get out of sink in regards to on and off. The devices toggle on and off from the remote. They don't seem to actually know on and off. So if you hit off and the signal didn't get to one of your devices then you have to select that device on the remote and toggle it off. Other than that I've had no issues. The battery seems to last a little longer than the manual claims, but we're not using it a ton. If you have an Apple TV, it works fine for the most part. The only feature I can't seem to find is to turn off the Apple TV from the remote. I got this when it was on sale through Best Buy at $200 off. I don't think I would pay full price for this or any remote. But at the sale price I'm very happy.

I control a Denon pass thru with 5 devices. Works well and is simple to use. The only drawback is the price. For what you'll spend it would be easy to use the factory remotes. I read numerous bad reviews on the cheaper model so I shelled out the extra for this one. I wouldn't consider this remote to have a lot of value, but it cool to have.

Highly recommend you purchase this remote if you need to control multiple components. Help button can reset all equipment if something not working properly. Have used this feature a few times and it always resets all components to the correct settings.

Overall this remote is pretty good and relatively easy to use. The one drawback is that it can be too easy to accidentally press an icon on the touchscreen while fast forwarding a recorded show, etc...which cancels the playback and changes to the channel you pressed. Just a heads up, it's not a huge deal

Easy to set up and use most used controls. It can change the volume from the location where even the remote for the receiver doesn't work. The biggest challenge is battery life, leaving it away from the charger for a week drains all the battery. Sometimes it skips to turn on my projector.
