I love this mouse! I was using a wired, very basic mouse and thought it was about time I upgraded to something more ergonomic. I did some research and this mouse (along with the larger Logitech MX Vertical) was recommended frequently. As I have smaller hands, I decided to go with this model. I've always had good success with Logitech as well so I felt this Logitech Lift was a smart choice. And wow, I'm so happy I did and I wish I had thought to buy this mouse sooner! It arrived in a compact and sturdy box, the mouse was very secure inside and there was no wasted space with the box. It had some easy to understand illustrated instructions on the cardboard wrapper inside the box and a URL. When I went to the URL, it took me to a web page that asked me if I needed help setting up a device or if I wanted help with ergonomics. Both of these options I viewed and they were simple, easy to understand, and helpful. This extra little touch was nice and I liked being able to read written instructions and see tips for desk ergonomics. Pairing the mouse to my computer was easy. A bit on the bottom of the mouse pops off after you pull a tab (you only need to pull this tab once, otherwise this plastic cover is held by magnets and is easy to remove and put back on) and inside is one AA battery and the USB dongle. To pair it with my computer, I plugged the dongle into an open USB slot and that was it, so easy! I also could have paired it by Bluetooth but the dongle was easy and worked well for me. If needed, the mouse can be paired with three different devices by Bluetooth and an extra fourth option with the dongle, although I didn't try this option. As for how it is in use, it's so comfortable and works perfectly. I've never used an ergonomic mouse before so I was a tad worried about how it would feel and not sure what to expect but upon first use, it felt very natural right away. The scroll wheel is smooth and quiet and the buttons are easy to click. The whole thing is very responsive. The rubber portion feels luxurious and overall it's great in the hand. It feels like its made of quality materials and like it will last a long time. I also like that it came in pink as this matches rest of my desk and it's fun to have that pop of color. Another thing I like about this mouse is the Logi Options+ program. I read about it at the link from the inner cardboard sleeve from the box, so I would recommend visiting this website once you open the mouse up. Once installed, the program guides you through all the buttons and helps you customize each one, adjust pointer speed, and toggle through sensitivity levels, which I found very useful. It also will keep me informed of when the battery is low. In summary, I'm happy with this mouse. It's easy to use, comfortable, and feels well made. It looks great on my desk and it's nice not to have to fiddle with any wires. I can't think of anything negative about this mouse. If you have a smaller or medium sized hand and are looking for an ergonomic mouse, I recommend the Logitech Lift.

Great mouse!!! It has three channels so you can program it to three devices and not re-pair every time you switch devices. Great comfort while using once you get used to the shape. Battery life is also amazing, i think weve replaced the battery once in 2 years, used for gaming up to 16hrs per week.

I wish it were the size of the Anker mouse like it, but it works better overall so I can’t knock it a star because the size was mentioned in other reviews (I’m a 6’ woman with long fingers too, so it’s probably perfect for most females hands). Probably too small for a lot of men. Responds well, battery lasts waaay longer than the Anker one (only reason I replaced it). Overall a great mouse.

I was really looking forward to a smaller version of the MX Vertical. I started using the MX Vertical a couple years ago due to pain in my wrist and arms while using traditionally designed mice. It's much easier on my wrist with the MX Vertical and I no longer have wrist pain! I saw the smaller Lift size and ordered one when one of my older Logitech mice finally died after a few years (older MX Ergo). The size perfectly fits my smaller hand (I'm 5'1"). However, depending on how you use your mouse this may not work well for you. I constantly pick up my mouse to move it (working on 3 27" monitors) as this allows my desk area used for the mouse to be small. I have 2 computers with 4 screens total with 2 mice side by side. If you're only using 1 monitor with this mouse, this may be great for you. If you move the mouse like I do with 2 or more monitors, there isn't enough grip on the thumb side of the mouse to pick it up and move it. If you compare the textured area for grip from the Lift to the MX Vertical, you can see the grip for the MX Vertical on the thumb side goes almost to the front of the mouse. I think if this design were improved, it would be 5 stars for me. I understand this may be fine for some users but it would really help if the grip went farther up the mouse on the thumb side of the mouse. I'm going to try a grip sticker on the thumb side and hope this works or give it to someone else. In the pictures, you can see the grip area of the gray MX Vertical. In the pink Lift picture, I have my pinky underneath to lift the mouse for the picture. Otherwise it falls out of my hand because I can't grip it with my thumb. I am personally not recommending the item but I do think it would work for some users. Many other reviews are positive but I think it would work for everyone with smaller hands with a slight design change. Thanks for your consideration, Logitech!

I purchased this mpuse because I have recently developed what doctors call "trigger thumb." It's basically where my thumb won't bend smoothly, hard to explain. Anyways, I'm having to wear this crude looking brace on it, but even when I'm not wearing the brace, I need to keep my thumb straight, and this mouse totally helps with that. I love the fact that it's ergonomic and keeps your hand in its most natural position. It's definitely worth the money and I feel like if I had had the mouse prior to this, perhaps I wouldn't have developed trigger thumb from gaming. It feels nice. It moves smoothly. It's not too heavy either. Perfect for small to medium hands.

    Ideal Logitech Vertical Mouse

After pre-ordering & using the MX Vertical Logitech mouse for several years as well as a few other brands, I will say that going Vertical has been the best for my carpal tunnel. The premium price point for the Logitech Lift Vertical mouse as well as the MX Vertical is well worth the reliability, quality, and performance that you should expect from an industry leading brand. Many of my cheaper alternatives have either had weird glitches, compatibility issues, or just prematurely failed. The Anker vertical mouse was the only other brand that seemed to hold up decently compared to the MX Vertical. I still use the MX Vertical as my daily driver on my work PC. Seeing this new Lift Vertical mouse, I decided to get it for my home PC to replace a failed/glitchy mouse. My first impression is the Lift feels comfortable in my palm with near perfect button placement. I would say I have a medium sized hand that can barely grasp a basketball one-handed for a brief period of time. If you have no difficulty grasping a basketball one-handed, then you should consider getting the MX Vertical mouse instead. Between the two options I feel like I have to strain my thumb a bit more to reach the forward/back buttons on the MX, but there's no strain on my thumb for the Lift. The quiet click buttons are super stealthy, and a nice improvement over the MX assuming they end up being as reliable as the traditional logitech audible click buttons. I also like the new smart scroll wheel feature that free-spins if it senses you excessively scrolling to improve scroll efficiency. I love that the Lift Vertical mouse only takes one AA battery and doesn't rely on a built-in rechargeable battery like the MX Vertical does. I prefer to use rechargeable AA batteries since they can be easily replaced as needed whereas a built-in rechargeable battery has no easy replacement option. Overall, I feel that the Lift Vertical mouse is ideal for my medium sized hand. The MX Vertical mouse is still a high quality option for medium to large sized hands. If I had to replace my MX tomorrow, then I'd be getting another Lift Vertical mouse for sure. I just hope it turns out to be as reliable as my MX has been over the long term.

My hand resting on this mouse doesnt feel awkward on my wrist. Your hand just sits there in the hand shake position and feels really natural. Definitely helps with wrist pain compared to using my old regular mouse. Highly recommend!

Odd looking design does promote better posture resulting in less fatigue. It appears counter intuitive, so you just have to trust Logitech’s engineering. With that said, this mouse probably isn’t every ones cup of tea. But, I will say, it is feature packed with wireless technology. It has a long battery life. Plug and play. More features can be unlocked with proprietary software. I like whisper quiet mouse clicks. Apparently, Logitech beefed up the laser, so it should be more responsive. I haven’t tried the speed adjustment yet. This mouse will connect via Bluetooth, so you can use it on you iPad which might be useful for graphics. I replace a mobile mouse with this and this one definitely is an improvement over that. Logitech states this mouse is for smaller hands, around three credit cards. My hands are a bit larger than that criteria, but I didn’t notice an awkward fit. Sometimes, when I am reaching over the mouse I meat hit the mouse’s apex slightly tipping. So far, I haven’t knocked it off the table. It took some time to adjust to the orientation. Overall, I didn’t find any negatives. The nose makes a great conversation piece too. Logitech has consistently manufactures quality pointing devices. They are my go for them. I have never been. disappointed. Recommend.
