This trackball is my daily driver. I’ve tried every mouse under the sun and I always return to a trackball to overcome wrist pain. The nice thing about this one is the choice of rise and angle

Great mouse especially for travel. I went from the MX master (which is also great) to this because I was getting tired of having to move the physical mouse to mouse around. And while traveling you dont need much room to use the mouse either.
It works great on Mac and Windows. I often switch with a click of a button once I’m done with the day job to have creative fun on my mac.
It does take a bit to get used to but once you get the hang of it, it’s great!

I have been using a Logitech M570 trackball for years and years! Love it. However, until this purchase re: new Logitech MX Ergo, I had no idea what I was missing! The fit and finish are superb (my trusty M570 feels like a toy in comparison). It takes a bit of time to adapt to the revised ergonomics, but afterwards it feels much better in hand. I am 100% satisfied with this upgrade! The MX Ergo is the new “standard” for trackballs.
Pros:
Superb fit and finish
Great ergonomics once adapted
No more batteries to replace
Cons:
Scroll wheel makes clicking noise
Thank you Logitech for another win in my book...

If you prefer a trackball to a mouse this one is a comfortable functional choice. I love the ergonomic design and there are plenty of buttons to fit my needs and beyond. Long battery life is a plus too! It even has a button to switch between two saved and paired devices.

I like the ergonomic mouse much better than the traditional. I like the wireless connectivity. Bluetooth is an option, and I'm able to connect back-and-forth quickly between my desktop and laptop.
I was nervous about using the trackball but have found it much better to navigate than having to continuously pick up a traditional mouse. The only negative I've experienced is connectivity with my laptop, but it might be more of an issue with the laptop's bluetooth, for which I have to reset the connection every few days.

I've owned this mouse for a few years now and I absolutely love it. I was a little hesitant at first just cause of the price and being new to track ball mice. But now at work I wouldn't want to use anything else. I do electrical design and this thing rocks!
There's a small learning curve for those of us that have never used a track ball style mouse but once you get used to it...pure joy! I wish this was a gaming mouse!
Buying my one for my wife to use at her work!

The best mouse I have ever had. I work IT from home so ergonomically it helps avoid stiffness and pain. I like the thumb ball and the button just above the ball back a little that slows the mouse down if you need to fine tune or click a small area. The best part is the button behind the wheel that lets me switch from my work computer to my home computer in an instant. Buttons are also programmable.

Even though I returned the one that I bought and it was replaced due to not accepting the new driver for it and continually saying no driver found by windows the one that replaced it works fine and drivers loaded perfectly and were also found by windows. Thank you to the guys at the Store I shop at in Yakima WA.

Feels durable, connects seamlessly. I'm using it with bluetooth on my 2019 MacBook Pro, and it works wonderfully. ESPECIALLY if you're tired of carrying a USB dongle around. Bluetooth is a gamechanger here, and also this mouse just works great.
The rechargable battery is another huge plus - no more needing to swap out AA's occasionally compared to my old M570 trackball.

The extra 10 degree wedge took a little getting used to, but I like it more and more now. The quality improves with each generation (since I only replace trackballs every ~5 years), and this one is no exception. The price could be nicer, but I'll be buying a second one for my work computer.

My wife and I, pretty much, only use Logitech trackballs. These can be SUPER precise at the touch of the side button with thumb. Then go right back to speedy by re-touching the side button with thumb.
What brings these up above the prior Trackballs is that they can both use the, normal, included Logitech Dongle, or just use your computer's Bluetooth (if avail) and forget the Dongle! OR, use the SAME trackball on 2 computers. One with Dongle, one with Bluetooth. Just tap the 1-2 button just below the scroll.
Even better? Never replace the battereis! Rechargable via MicroUSB cable.

After trying multiple different ergonomic mice, I think I've found the mouse for me. The trackball was easy to get used to, and the three angle options allow for the individual user to adjust to their comfort - I personally prefer the middle option, but the inclusion of the extension is cool for users who prefer an almost vertical mouse-like experience.
Other cool features include the ability to swap between the wireless unifying receiver or Bluetooth, so I can use the same mouse on my desktop AND on my laptop with just the press of a button. And my personal favorite, HORIZONTAL SCROLLING!

This trackball mouse pairs perfectly with your PC wireless with either the USB 2.4 GHZ receiver or by Bluetooth. It can even be toggled back and forth to control two computers if needed. The MX Ergo Plus comes with the additional wedge base adapter to customize the angle of the mouse even more. I've always preferred trackball mouses over traditional because of their stationary positioning while scrolling the ball with only your thumb to move the cursor. This trackball mouse and included software is advanced with technology so why would you choose anything less to pair with your advanced PC.

The pad included in the Plus version really does make a difference, so I'm glad I got it. I had used the G900 Chaos Spectrum mice for a couple years for office and schoolwork. I prefer this mouse at the moment. Also, I have large hands, which this mouse fits very well.
The buttons are placed intuitively and are easy to click. The scroll wheel is clearly premium and well-balanced between noise, ease of use, and just enough grip to support horizontal scrolling and middle-button scrolling.
The Logitech Options software seems to be put together well, but it'll be used minimally for me. I can't install it on the work computer, and my home PC doesn't use most of the applicable software. Innovative, nonetheless.
At least for large hands, the ergonomics are great. I don't necessarily have pain, but my right forearm felt immediate relief from using this mouse.
There's a ton of value in this mouse and it's worth the price, but the trackball could use some improvement. It's fairly light and stops a little too easily and somewhat unpredictably. To that end, I might buy a second one to try to mod it with a different ball and bearings to see if I can improve it.
