Pros:
Impressive audio quality for music, decent frequency range and for the cost I would expect good audio like this.
The Mic and noise cancellation seems good, used the headset for work and my phone and it seems great.
The auto-mute when the mic is raised is nice.
Easy to use and setup. I have it paired to my iphone via Bluetooth and using the LogiTune app, and to my PC via the wireless dongle. I tested by listening to music played on my phone, then placed a call on my PC using a phone app, it automatically switched to the PC audio for the phone call, then once the call ended it switched back to the phone and music continued playing, very nice it's smart enough to switch between devices automatically.
Cons:
My only complaint about this and many other headsets is headband discomfort. This one has a softer headband than what I was using, but it hurts my head even more after a few hours of constant use, I think these are heavier then my last headset and that counter-acts the softer headband.
Logitech claims "long-lasting comfort" with a "cushioned headband", but the comfort only lasts 2 hours max until it starts hurting, the headband needs to be much better to make this headset 100% worth the money and 5-star. If they used a softer and larger band to distribute the pressure, it would help a lot. Arctis headsets are a good example of headbands that are comfortable for hours on end, but I don't like Arctis for work.
I may return these because of how much the headband hurts after a while because it doesn't feel worth the money. But for now I rigged a soft larger foam pad to try, so far it's a huge improvement to have the pressure more spread out with this pad, 3 hours of wearing them and no issues, see images lol. I might rig the extra pad in a nicer way and keep the headphones, because I really like them otherwise.
Only other complaint is with wearing glasses. I have to either wear my glasses further above the ears so the headset doesn't put pressure on them, or wear the headset with the non-Mic side behind the ear(feels like they hold on better like this anyway). This is an issue with all headsets though, still would great if they could somehow design them to not put pressure on glasses.
Overall love them except the headband, it looks like it should be more comfortable than others but it isn't.

Best wireless headset. Everything is on the headset (e.g. mute, volume, ANC, adjustable, etc). Very comfortable sir an 8-hr work shift. Sometimes I forget it’s even attached. Best thing is, I switch from work calls to my mobile device seamlessly. Funny thing, I thought I was purchasing the model below this one—and ended up purchasing the deluxe model. I’m glad I did. Worth every penny!!!

This is a business class headset from Logitech. It is light, comfortable and attractive, and it has noise suppression built in. The design and construction exude Logitech quality.
It can be used with the supplied USB dongle to mate to your device, or, if you want, you can simply pair the headset via Bluetooth. I chose Bluetooth, and had the headset paired as headphone and microphone under Windows 10 in a matter of seconds after I took it out of the box. According to the headset’s built-in voice, the battery had an several hour charge on it before I attempted to plug in the charging cord. The assistant in the headset orally told me how much charge was left when I pressed the button to turn on the phone. The headset ships with the mentioned USB dongle, USB-C charging cord, a USB-C to USB-A adapter, and an attractive carrying pouch for the headset and all accessories. The headset folds up for storage in the pouch. The pouch has a smaller inner pouch shaped to hold the dongle.
I was able to use the headset immediately for a Zoom call, and the other participants heard me loud and clear. This was done without the benefit of installing any software at all. I checked the Zoom app to make sure the Logitech microphone and earphones were set to serve as audio sources.
I was easily able to install the LogiTune software on both my MacBook Air and Lenovo desktop computer at work. My iPhone was a different story. The app was easily downloadable from the App Store, but when I fired up the app, it was never able to pair the headset with the phone after several tries, using the set-up interface built into the app. I resorted to using the native system app in the phone to pair up the device.
When I tested the phone over the road, however, the headset and mike worked perfectly without any help from the app for phone calls. Conversations were crystal clear on both sides of the call and the noise suppression was fantastic. Callers said they could not tell I was calling from a car.
Controls are dead simple. A power button serves to turn the unit on or off, and you simply hold it down to put the device into pairing mode. An LED rapidly flashes to let you know the device is in paring mode, and your digital assistant confirms that with an announcement. Another button turns the automatic noise compensation off. There are buttons on the microphone side to pause, play, and turn volume up and down, as well as to start/end a telephone call. There is also a mute button on the mike.
I rate the headphone sound quality as excellent. Leave them on to listen to music until a call comes in. Continue with music after completion of the call, never taking your eyes off the road. The specs say that a full battery charge gives 14 hours of use. I do not doubt that spec but have not had the chance to fully confirm it through testing. I have already used the headset for hours with pleasure and have never charged them up once.
This fine headset is definitely a keeper.

I have used the Jabra head Blue Tooth head phones for several years on my work computer, but needed something to run on my Mac. These Logitech headphones blew me out of the water. I get about 30 feet more range (which means I can wander all over the house while and not loose the connection) and they are super simple to operate. I know there are more expensive, and probably better, head sets out there - but these do the trick for me.

Wait! Before you go, hear me out. This an headset for the entrepreneur that's constantly on the move. Or that truck driver that dables in PC gaming. This is an all around great pair of bluetooth. The call quality is great. It kills off all kinds of background noise, so that only your voice comes through on the other end. My dispatcher loves the clarity in the calls when I'm on the road. And I love that I can get home after a long day of driving and keeping people informed and happy, through clear communications and turn on my PC to play a game or take a video call, and this headphone moves from my phone to my PC with effortless abandon. And if I get an in-coming call, they jump right back to the phone. And when I hang up, you guessed it, right back to my PC. It comes with everything needed to get going. The bluetooth to phone situation is just as simple as any pairing scenario. The PC is a little more tricky.( Just plug in the dungle.) or, if you don't have an USB a port available, there's type C to a dungle in the box as well as nice and long charging cable you may never use, because of the really cool wireless charging feature. 5 minute charge gives you an hour of talk/ listening time. And it chages from dead to full in 2 hours, giving you 12 to 14 hours to play with. The dungle allows you to connect up to 6 Logetch peripherals through that one source. And that's not including your phone or bluetooth Chromebook. It is really comfortable to wear. I go anywhere from 1 to 4 hours with it on my head at work, as long as there's ac. These aren't for working out. So try not to sweat too much with them. They aren't going to give you pulse pounding bass, but music sounds really great through the drivers.
Now here's my problem. The bag that Logitech provides to carry this thing around in, is a pure joke. You're spending a couple 100 bucks on some really epic bluetooth and they expect you to prtoect them with a mesh bag. I have been seeing a lot of companies go this route. And I feel that, for the most part, if the product is at a budget price, that's a pass, but for high end tech like this? A shell should be required.
With that being said, I still have give this headset a great recommendation, simply because they a really that darned good. In short, I love them. And you will too. Just be careful with transporting them.

Logitech Zone 900 is Best-in-Class

This is a premium, professional-grade BUSINESS headset in a crowded field, $240 at Best Buy.
Logitech has leveraged their technological expertise in what might be the new GO-TO comfortable wireless stereo headset for busy users tied to their computers for all-day calling and virtual meetings, with a smart feature set.
**WHAT’S IN THE BOX**
• Zone 900 headset
• *Unifying USB-A dongle for computers
• Short adapter cord for dongle, converts USB-A to USB-C
• 54” charging cord
• Drawstring carrying/storage bag
• Graphical instructions on inside cover of box, with links for apps, support, more, plus QR codes
**THE SETUP**
Plug it in to charge while reading the graphical instructions. Become familiar with the functions, buttons and controls. See the versatile charging options using either the generously long charging cord or Qi charging through side opposite the one with controls and boom mic. Qi charger is not supplied, but these are becoming common to users with Qi-capable mobile phones. Just set the Zone 900 on its ear atop a compatible Qi charger.
As an example, when taking a break, even a short one, set the Zone 900 on the Qi to add some juice without plugging in.
Zone 900 can also be used while plugged in and tethered to its long charging cable while charging with a typical USB-A charger. Qi charging puts about an hour’s use with only 5 minutes on the Qi. There need be no down time.
Without topping up the charge during a busy day’s use, Logitech expects up to 14 hours of battery life per charge. The charging options assure that even pulling an all-nighter will never let users down when it comes to being able to use Zone 900 uninterrupted well beyond the time you drop from exhaustion. It will be ready to do it all over again.
Flipping up the mic engages mute, with audible confirmation, and audible confirmation that mute is off when the mic is pulled down to position for use. A secondary mute is through a small button on the boom mic’s stem.
ANC (Automatic Noise Cancellation) is engaged and disengaged with its dedicated button on the periphery of the speaker that has the boom mic. Also on that side is the On/Off button that doubles as the pairing engagement button. Audio confirmation is provided for both functions.
Volume control and Play/Pause is through the connected computer or mobile device’s volume Up/Down mechanism AND using the raised “+” and “-“ buttons on the middle of the outer cap on that same side as the mic boom. A short press on the center of the cap will answer and end calls, while a long press will summon iOS or Google’s voice assistant.
Though targeted at the business user, the audio specs make the Zone 900 a good companion for listening to music and gaming with good stereo separation. Engage ANC to help set aside intrusive ambient noise.
*Why the dongle and Bluetooth? Bluetooth is a terrible transmission method when it comes to audio quality. Wired is where it’s at for the best music listening. This is a wireless headset. The dongle, a Unifying + Audio USB receiver affords the best connectivity with a computer. Its own network provides connectivity for not only the Zone 900, but also compatible Logitech pointing device and keyboards. Added to the multi-device connectivity, this method also extends the range of the Zone 900 up to 30m (100 feet). Roam, get up out of your seat and stretch without fear of loss of connectivity. Reserve Bluetooth for mobile device connectivity.
Zone 900 can connect to two devices simultaneously, which is another plus. While connected to both a computer and smartphone, users can take and make calls seamlessly on the mobile device as well as through the computer.
**PUT TO THE TEST**
Charged, apps downloaded and set up with a user account. Through both the mobile and computer app, users can check that the mic and speaker are working as designed. At this writing the iOS app has not been updated to recognize this new headset, but Logitech representatives have said to expect the update in “about 30 days,” which translates to about end of July.
It was also tested with the Android app. All went perfectly.
I’m writing this on my Mac while listening to Apple Music. The headband puts just enough pressure to keep the comfortably-padded speakers against my ears without producing ear fatigue throughout the day. They are light enough, too, so they don’t slip forward or backward off my head when tilting forward or back as do many others. This is an important comfort note. Even if this headset was exemplary in all other ways, if it was too heavy and awkward, in constant need of adjustment or if it just would not remain in place, it would be deal breaker. I am so pleased to report on the comfort equation as such a plus.
The smartly designed dual-muting has been a plus. Someone had a great idea here.
I have worn the new Zone 900 all day for three days while participating in Zoom meetings, Google Meet calls and a Microsoft Teams calls, plus numerous phone calls. No one commented negatively about the audio quality. After a few minutes on each of these calls I explained briefly to the other participants that I was using a new headset. I asked for feedback. Without exception, all comments were highly positive, not neutral. I count this as a win. My colleagues have become accustomed to my asking for feedback on products in the midst of evaluation and review, and I have come to value their comments as I know they would love to tell me when there are things they do not like.
The final test today was a movie screening viewed on my 27-inch 4K HDR monitor and listening to the audio track on this headset. Audio sync was perfect . Music sounded good, dialogue was crisp and sound effects were all heard without defects to cite. With ANC on, I was not bothered by the cacophony of background noise from everyone and everything else going on not far from me.
**CONCLUSION**
Logitech Zone 900 just works, and without any compromises noted. Nothing was found for the minus column. Logitech has hit a home run with the Zone 900 and is now my favorite wireless, noise canceling Bluetooth headset to wear while working at my computer or for general calling while indoors. This is best-in-class without a close competitor.
**WARRANTY**
One year limited warranty as stated on the bottom of the product box.

--- SETUP ---
The Logitech Zone 900 Wireless Headset was quick and easy to set up. After plugging in the USB receiver, my computer recognized it in less than a minute. The receiver and headset already came pre-paired. You may also download the optional Logi Tune Mobile Windows App for more control.
--- FEATURES ---
This headset features: Advanced Noise Canceling Mic and Sound (ANC), 14 hours of battery life, 1 dongle for multiple wireless devices, flip to mute mic or push to mute, USB-C chargeable (includes USB-C to USB-A adapter if you don't have USB-C connection) and customizable settings via Logi Tune App.
--- PERFORMANCE ---
This headset performs great. It is better than your traditional earbuds and can be customized to your liking. Working from home, the ANC provides a more focused experience. My wife has to sing as part of her job and often, her voice can be heard on my calls. The ANC eliminates me hearing her and the ANC mic prevents the sound from spilling over to my students, as I teach coding online. The battery lasts up to 14 hours, but if you forget to charge them, you can do a 5 minute charge and that’ll get you up to 1 hour of battery use.
Muting yourself for privacy is quick and obvious. You have two options to mute: you can push a button on the mic or you can flip the mic up. Additionally, when making an action on the headset, such as muting, a voice in the headset will tell you what you just did, such as, “Mute on,” or, “Mute off.” This is what I mean by obvious, which is helpful because you can be sure that you performed the expected action or pressed the right button. If you’d rather not hear this voice, you can turn the feature off through the app. Your students/customers will not hear this voice.
You can control the volume easily with your headset and turn ANC on and off as needed. Using the app, you can choose from preset equalizer settings default, volume boost, podcast, or bass boost. Additionally, you can create your own customized equalizer setting.
--- EXPECTATIONS ---
I wear headsets daily even when not working because of gaming. Gaming headsets can feel heavy overtime. The Zone 900 was made with comfort in mind. The headset is light so it is comfortable to wear for a full workday. The earcushions do not cover your ears but rest on them. This prevents your ears from sweating and the cushions themselves are soft and comfy. One of the things I like about the app is that you can hear how others will hear you after you’ve made the adjustments to your equalizer. You can run a diagnostic test which includes you recording yourself for 6 seconds. Then, you can play back the audio so you know exactly how others will hear you. This is a great feature, especially when troubleshooting to make sure that the issue is or isn’t on your end.
--- VALUE ---
We often invest in personal comfort at home. These are a great value if you plan on spending a large part of your workday wearing headsets.
--- APPROVAL ---
Without a doubt, the Zone 900 has replaced my previous headset since it’s lighter and has ANC, a necessary feature when working from home or in a noisy environment. I recommend these wireless headsets for people who are constantly in meetings or teaching online.

Have used these for a few days including multiple hours of delivering customer presentations on both Zoom and Microsoft Teams. In a nutshell they work great! I really like being able to flip up the mic and it auto mutes the apps automatically.
It’s comfortable to wear, long battery life – (Wore it for a 3 hour presentation yesterday and then was on 4-5 hours of calls today and still has battery left!) Good sound quality both in the headphones and mic according to my coworkers on the other end of my meetings.
I can even make it to the coffee maker in the kitchen about 30’ away without losing connection to my pc via the provided dongle.
Only minor thing I noticed was a very faint hum in the right ear if I’m sitting in total silence with them on and not on a call/meeting. 99% of the time when I’m wearing them though is while on a call/video meeting/listening to music etc. so don’t really notice it.
Easily connected to both my PC via the dongle and Bluetooth to my phone at the same time. The dongle connector also allowed my wireless Logitech keyboard to connect so I don’t need to tie up 2 usb ports.
The PC app “Logitune” works great and lets you set your mic level and “sidetone” so that you accidently aren’t too loud, has an equalizer, let’s you customize the buttons and more. Note that there’s a phone Logitune app as well, but it doesn’t currently recognize this headset because it’s so new. I reached out to Logitech support and they said it will be added very soon.
Pros:
Lightweight – comfortable to wear for multi hour calls/meetings
Love the mic flip up to mute feature
Noise canceling - note that in my opinion these are “on ear” (the cups rest on the ear) and not “over ear” (the cups completely envelop the ear) – you get a bit better noise cancelation with “over ear” headphones, but the noise canceling works fine
Long battery life
Qi cordless battery charging! (Note Qi charger not included, but the one I have for my iPhone works perfectly)
Easy to use controls to answer a call, mute, adjust volume, etc.
I can get 30-40’ away from PC phone and still had clear audio (perfect to grab coffee while in a long meeting)
Unifying receiver/dongle works for multiple Logitech devices, not just the headset.
Cons:
Travel case is just a cloth bag vs. a hard case, so not sure how well it will protect them when I start traveling again
The tiny hum I sometimes notice in the right ear cup when in total silence
Overall dig these as my new WFH daily presentation headset.

I have been working remote since the pandemic started and that means a lot of Team Meetings online. After the 900th tangle of my old wired mono headset with a mic, I needed a wireless option. I do have a wireless gaming headset that might look cool on Twitch but not over a business conference call.
Pros:
• Worked straight out of box
• Comfy on ear cups
• Dongle can pair other Logitech peripherals
• Carrying bag
Cons:
• Noise cancellation is bad
• Button layout isn’t great
• Can’t unlock full features without app
• Wireless charging is tricky as it requires balancing
First and foremost, this headset is comfy. The foam ear cups are very cushy and feels great for long calls. It fits directly on the ear and not over the ear. Over the ear is better for sound isolation but on-ear types are great for lower profile headsets that doesn’t take up too much room in your computer bag.
The sound quality is great for calls but that’s about it. Listening to music is meh…just meh. The bass sounds muddy and no tweaking of the EQ will fix it. The EQ and “SideTone” is only accessible via the app. If your work laptop won’t let you install 3rd party software without jumping through 50 hoops, then you’re stuck with flat EQ and zero “SideTone” (more on this later). You can circumvent this issue if you install the app on your personal laptop and change the settings. The new settings stays with the headset so that’s the work-around I found to activate “SideTone”. “SideTone” is good but not great. It’s a feature that lets you hear the volume of your own voice while you’re talking so you won’t be yelling during your conference calls. While you can adjust the level of SideTone, the mic picks up every little background noise with it so if you live on a busy street like me, traffic noises will be amplified into headset even with noise canceling on. I have gaming headsets that will only amplify your voice so this is a swing and a miss for Logitech. Very bummer.
Noise cancelling is almost non-existent. It’s almost like an afterthought. Don’t buy this headset for the sole purpose of noise cancelling.
Lastly, I want to talk about functionality. The mic’s mute feature is very intuitive. Swing the mic up and the mic will mute. And if you have clear view of the supplied dongle, there is a status light that shows if your mic is hot. Nice touch Logitech! The on/off button is a joke. It’s the same button as Bluetooth pairing so if you press too long to turn off, you will end up in pairing mode. Logitech if you’re listening, would be great if the Bluetooth pairing is a separate button from the power button. The headset does have 2 different charging options. USB-A or USB-C and wireless. Wireless is a nice touch but the balancing act it requires you to do on my Qi charging pad is tricky to balance to get a solid charge.
In summary, there isn’t too many big-name wireless headset manufacturers out there. There are a ton of gaming headsets but few would pass the “professional” look over a video call. The Logitech Zone 900 is a good attempt into this growing segment as more and more people are working from home. I would give this a perfect score if the noise cancellation worked better and that the sound quality be better at listening to music when you’re not on a call. Otherwise, it does the main job of conference calls great. Turns on quick to answer calls. Just need to work on making the headset worth the extra $$$.

This headset has helped immensely to streamline my phone calls and Webex and online conference communication in general at my company. This is a very good looking, elegant headset without excessive bulk and that carries many features that enhance workflow.
The standout features for me are the fact that this is an on-ear design, but the active noise cancellation (ANC) mode works so well at cutting out the hubbub and background noise of the environment you are working in. There is an easy to press ANC button dedicated to turning it on and off which is easier than some headsets I have worked with.
Another feature I appreciate about this headset is the build quality. No ugly wires or cheap plastics on this headset, the wires going the earpieces are of a fabric, shoestring variety!
The battery life on this headset is great. Even if you work shifts like in dispatch or unit secretary work at a hospital, this has a good 14-15 hours of battery life to keep you going! I just put mine on in the morning and take off at night to charge and it is good to go the next day!
You won’t regret getting this, thanks for reading!

I was really excited to try this headset. On paper, it had everyrhing I was looking for in a headset. I work 10 hour shifts in a call center and my last headset finally died after taking over 100k calls with it since April of 2020.
I needed something with multiple connectivity, so I could pair to my work computer and my phone at the same time. This headset delivered there perfectly. I was able to quickly connect to my phone and my work PC without issues. I was able to listen to music from my phone when not on a call and when a call did come in for work, it automatically switched the headset over to my work PC. Once I finished with the call, it would automatically resume playing music from my phone. Super cool feature I have to say! The sound quality for music is decent, but nothing to write home about - i'd give it a 6 out of 10 for listening to music.
The sound quality while on a call is as good as youd expect from a high end headset. It performed well and it did block out enough ambient noise with ANC off to get the job done in my relatively quiet home office. I loved the portability of this headset, it folds up nicely and the carrying pouch even has a slit for the reciever to ride in.
The microphone quality right out of the box without installing any software (can't be installed on my work PC due to security concerns) was amazing. I compared recordings of calls made on this headset, with calls made from a couple of other headsets and its a night and day difference in favor of this headset. I'd give the microphone quality on calls with a softphone a 9 out of 10. Best I've heard with no software needed.
The battery life claimed up to 14 hours, but I never heard the lady who's voice tells you various things about the headset while you're using it ever say I had more than 10 hours remaining, even on a full charge. So if you plan on using multipoint connectivity, expect 10 hours with no ANC on. Basically just enough to get through one of my 10 hour work days. I would charge it on lunch just to make sure I would make it the full 10.5 hours.
The wireless charging feature is super cool, not something I have found on any other headset. It came in handy when I was working from the office, Id throw it on my wireless fast charging Samsung portable power brick at lunch on days I was working in office. I found I didn't use the wireless feature at all while I was working from home, but it was still a cool feature.
The main flaw with this headset turned out to be comfort. It was a returnable dealbreaker for me. It just sadly is not comfortable at all for work use where the headset needs to be on your head for extended periods of time. When you initially put it on, it feels pretty good, but thr clamp force is exteme. The exteme clamp force coupled with the fact that the headset ear pieces don't rotate to the left or right at all, creates a device that is very, very uncomfortable for work use. Within 30 minutes, my ears were hurting and for those calls that lasted an hour or more, it was excruciatingly painful.
By the last 2 hours of a shift, both ears felt like they were being stabbed and were incredibly sore to the touch. The metal they use for the headband is unrelenting and without the ability for the ear pieces to rotate left/right at all, it forces the ear pieces to clamp the backs of your ears forecfully to the back of your head. I read lots of reviews and I was surprised anyone found these comfortable for all day use - because they are not. They are the least comfortable ive ever used for a full work day. They remind me of their 20 dollar entry level corded headsets that many places like to issue to their employees - 20 dollar toture devices. I never expected their top of the line wireless headset to have the same comfort issues as their bargain basement entry level offering.
So for the comfort reason alone, this headset is a big FAIL. It could have been amazing, but the damage they do to your ears over the course of a normal work day is not worth the features/looks/portability.
If it helps, I dont have a large head either, I wear a S/M in one size fits all hats.

So many of us are working from home these days, and a good premium headset is vital for productivity on Zoom calls or similar apps. Things I am looking for are comfortable headsets with decent sound on both video and phone calls. The ability to connect to multiple devices.
Setup is done by following directions on box that prompts you to use a USB dongle and connect to the computer, this will connect your headset automatically; although you can connect the headset via Bluetooth without the dongle if you wish. The instructions have a URL to download software called Logi Tune, unfornatelly the links opens up the general Logitech web site where you have to click a few links to get to the software (I hate that) the direct links is here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403418820119-Download-Zone-900-Bluetooth-Headset The Logi Tune installed without issue and I first checked the firmware for any updates, it was up to date. You can also download the Logi Tune for your phone (Android or IOS) that gives you same features as the desktop app like turn on/off mute, ANC, and voice prompts. It has an equalizer. It allows you to control the level of sidetone (the volume of your own voice in the headset). It lets you adjust how long before your headset automatically turns off due to inactivity. It allows you to update the firmware of your headset. It displays various info such as which devices are connected, battery level, but I could not get it to work because the app will not detect the headphones via Bluetooth and is stuck on the “Let’s connect” screen. (pictured) I checked prior reviews in app store, and many people reported this. According to Logitech, in response to reviews, the problem was solved, but this model of headphones is new to the market so more than likely this can be fixed with a software update. Another issue is that media such as videos and music will not play while headphones are connected to Android phone (Moto G Power, Android 11). I tried general trouble shooting such as rebooting the phone, turning off then on the media settings for the device, forgetting the device and reconnecting via Bluetooth, etc. YouTube videos and apps like Spotify, Amazon Music just would not play which is not a deal breaker for me since I mainly use it for work calls.
Video calls are outstanding with crisp and clear voice quality and the Advanced Noise-Canceling works well by blocking out outside noises for you on the headset and on the mic so others on the Zoom call do not hear those noises ether. On phone calls the feedback was mixed, some said the sound was clear while others calmed, I sounded better before. The headphones are comfortable wearing for long periods and are not too tight on the ears, a concern for folks like me who wears glasses, also they are light weight with a mostly metal construction that seems durable. Mic quality is excellent as others reported that I came in quite clear on video calls. Flipping the mic up to mute is a nice feature that I use quite often and the voice prompts that inform you of power, battery life, connections are nice as well. The headphones can connect to multiple devices like the desktop, tablet and phone (in my case) that automatically switches seamlessly between them. Headphone has physical buttons such as power button that can be used for pairing if held down, Noise cancellation button (ANC) Volume control and multi-purpose button that accept/reject calls, hang up, play/pause music, skip tracks forward/backward, invoke Siri/Google Voice, and check battery level.
Battery life is great as I get through a workday with plenty of battery life left and has quick Qi charge that gives you 1 hour playback on a 5-minute charge.
Overall, these will do for what I need but do have some software bugs were the Android app is not working plus cannot play video or music via phone.

Light and Comfortable Headset for Work

Since the beginning of the pandemic I’ve been using Microsoft Teams a lot for meetings as well as phone calls and I’ve enjoyed the transition away from my old desk phone. While I was working from home I used my Arctis 7X wireless headset and that worked fine, but once I started returning to the office I needed a headset solution for there because I did not want to go back to using my desk phone. I had actually already gotten the Logitech Zone wired headset prior to receiving this after doing my own research and I have enjoyed that, but not being tethered to my PC with the Zone 900 has been really nice. I think it’s a little spendy at list price for what you get, but it’s worth it for me and how much I am on calls to have something that works well and is reliable.
For something I’m more or less going to be wearing all day, comfort is key and the Zone 900 delivers on that. Right now Best Buy lists it as an over-ear headset, but it’s on-ear. The ear pads are made of a leather or leather-like material and rest on my ears in a way that feels secure but low pressure. The ear cups adjust on sliders to fit my head and it’s easy to get them exactly where I want them. I also have a somewhat large head and there’s still plenty of room for these to fit on even bigger heads than mine. I have not been fatigued at all wearing these all day and have not had any problems with them sliding off my head. The headset is lightweight and while I do think it’s well built, I don’t get the feeling it would stand up to a lot of abuse. It’s not really an issue for me since it will just be living on my desk at the office, but I would potentially worry about something happening to them if I was going to be carrying them around in a bag. They come with a fabric pouch for storage, but a hardshell case would have been nice to have for peace of mind. The headset also folds up, though the hinges make an unsettling snapping sound each time I do it that does not make me feel good; it doesn’t seem like it’s actively damaging the headset or anything but it just doesn’t give me a great feeling.
Setting up the headset, I was happy to find that this uses a unifying receiver that is also compatible with my existing Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, so I did not have to occupy an additional USB port on my PC to use the Zone 900. The receiver is a little chunkier than the regular ones to accommodate the audio, but for my desktop PC this is not an issue and for laptops I would imagine you’re going to connect via Bluetooth anyway. The LogiTune app lets you adjust a few settings on the headset including EQ and sidetone and is necessary to enable some of the functions on the headset and thankfully not too obtrusive. The microphone technically resides on the left earcup, but can be rotated all the way around if you prefer it on your right ear and audio channels on the headset will switch accordingly.
I’ve tested the Zone 900 at my office for 2 full days now and it’s been great. It maintained a solid connection with my PC and I was also able to pair it with my cell phone at the same time via Bluetooth. I didn’t notice any audio drop outs and the sound quality is good. The headset has noise cancelling built-in, but it’s only so-so compared to other headphones I’ve used in the past. It does a decent job of blocking out the AC noise from my building, but I can still hear people talking and things happening around me. The headset more or less isolates me from most distracting sounds anyway whether or not ANC is turned on, so this was not a huge issue. The microphone quality is excellent and everyone I spoke to said I came through very clear. The control buttons are easy to access and feel out and I’m able to answer and end MS Teams calls via the middle button without an issue. Play/pause is via double tap on the middle button, which I find odd and unintuitive. I’m guessing some kind of compatibility issue prevents the headset from having play/pause and call answer/end on the same single tap action (you can adjust some of the button functions in the software). Battery life is good and I’ve been able to get through 2 full work days without having to worry about recharging and I started the third day at about 20%. The headset recharges via USB-C or wireless; I plan on getting a Qi wireless charger for my desk at some point to use as a ‘dock’ and make sure it’s charged up at all times.
Overall I’m happy with this headset as a work-focused type of device. I think if you’re looking at it for any other purpose (music, gaming) you should check elsewhere, but for my day-to-day at the office it’s been just what I was looking for.

Perfect headset for when working in the office and from home. Logi tune app for iOS / Android / Windows / MAC allows to update headset and control it as well. Best app features are sidetone/ noice cancelling. I use headset for work (calls all day) and it’s a plus when also wanting to concentrate and doge background noise while not on a call. Recommended headset. You can adjist for how many hours headset should auto turn off, usuaully it lasts 1/2 full days on a single charge for me. Only able to connect 2 bluetooth devices at same time.

I have bought four of these for the engineering office I work at for our MS Teams meetings.
The noise cancelling is very good for the price point.
I may buy more of these as the need arises.
The software that you can download is very basic but needed to tweak the settings. The headset can be charged wireless on a common wireless phone charger base. they also fold up in a compact package. It also comes with the cables shown and a USB-C cable and a nice heavy cloth bag. Buying this product is money well spent.

One big issue with these is the Bluetooth connection - it is awful. Maybe it depends on what device you are using (I've been using MacOS and Windows) and it is just so bad for a $200+ headset.
That aside, they are comfy and have nice features with the ANC and wireless charging. Definitely a premium headset with very bad Bluetooth.

Love this headset. Noise cancelling, flip to mute, easy to pair to phone or dongle, long battery life, wireless or corded charging.
