    Setting up to the wifi was a breeze. Great picture, great sound. Easy to record on my iPhone 6 plus while away from home. It also has motion detection to guard your house while away.

    Purchased this camera for outdoors use to supplement other interior Lorex IP cameras that use the Lorex Ping app. Camera is a big disappointment as it fails to connect wirelessly once placed outdoors. Inside it will connect. The camera is literally placed outside on exterior door frame of house and is within five feet of a inside Lorex 204 IP camera that operates perfectly.. To make the 226 camera work had to run a Ethernet connection direct to camera defeating the whole purpose of it operating wirelessly.. Believe a exterior antenna would be a plus on this camera.. Anyone wanting to expand use of this 226 camera as a thought wirelessly.. Forget about it and look for a different camera.
