Received yesterday in the mail. Marathoned it all night. Have watched 14 episodes so far. This Blu Ray Set totally blows away the DvD set I purchased 10 years ago. The oversize cast member picture cards are cool & the B 9 robot blue prints are also. I just might buy an extra set to put aside. Sound quality is superior to the original DVD release. The picture quality is beyond top notch watching it on My Samsung model # un40ju7100 40 inch 4 K TV. If you like the old Lost in Space show You need to add this to your collection !

If you're reading this, I'm sure it's not because you want to know if the show is good enough to spend money on the series. You likely want to know if the quality is worth the asking price. I am thrilled to confirm that it appears someone has actually spent quality time remastering the films these episodes were stored on. It's immaculate in its presentation. The contrast is spot on resulting in a less than 3D viewing experience, but definitely superior to a high quality DVD. IF there's any complaint at all, for me is the sharpness seems to be turned up a tad too much... and no, it's not just the grain in the fil (though, the grain is nicely preserved). The audio is glorious mono, but unfortunately, they didn't opt for PCM UNCOMPRESSED as criterion discs would offer. Regardless, the image is clean, weighty, and solid. I highly recommend getting your copy before they're gone! You'll love the broadcast presentations which include the commercials and sponsorships of the day. (You can opt to not play that version, too).

Lost in Space TV series brings back pleasant childhood memories of watching this show with the family all together in the living room around a single television. My how times have changed! Even as a child I initially enjoyed this program, but became disappointed as the series progressed since I was "spoiled" by another sci-fi series which was more cerebral and adult in nature, i.e. Star Trek. After all these years, it was fun to revisit Lost in Space on Blu-ray. The video quality and transfers for a 1960's show are excellent. This is a great set to own and enjoy with nostalgia for that time. My complaint for this box set lies with the disc packaging. The discs are packaged in season sets (good) which consist of fan-fold cardboard sleeves which hold the discs tightly (bad). It is difficult to grab a small exposed edge of the disc and pull it out. For some reason, seasons one and two are folded in such a way that 2 discs face each other and you pull toward the center to remove making it even more difficult to remove a disc due to interference with the adjacent disc. But season 3 fanfolds in a manner such that the discs are removed pulling to an outside edge. That makes season 3 just a bit easier to deal with, but still frustrating. To minimize damage to the discs/package from repeated removal/insertion when viewing (since I do not completely watch an entire disc at one sitting) I put the disc I am viewing into an empty standard DVD case.

Having watched this as a kid I've always loved this show. When LiS was first out on DVD I had to pick it up and they only released it half a season at a time - very costly but one of my favs next to Star Trek. So seeing this as a complete series on BluRay was a no brainer for me. Yeah it's campy and somewhat dumb at times especially compared to today's sci-fi but it's part of my youth that I enjoyed. Now I can enjoy it over and over again and again. "DANGER, DANGER Will Robinson!" "Shut up you bumbling booby"

Great set. The packaging is not the greatest, but it's not nearly as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be. If it's stored on a shelf, it's going to be fine. Just treat it with care. Also, if you widen the slits that the discs slide into just a bit, it makes them easier to remove & replace. LOADS of extra features that will keep you entertained for hours, and the quality of the video and sound is fantastic.

What a wonderfully fun show. I grew up in the 80s, and never really got to watch this show until the 90s. I used to have them all on Video Cassette. I love having them on Blu-Ray, now. If I have one gripe, it's that the picture is very grainy in the B&W Season One. I can't tell / don't know if the original footage is that grainy, or if it's just the transfer. Otherwise, it is AWESOME to have my favorite old show, silly as it can be sometimes, on the next-highest visually-appealing format available (4K being the highest - we'll see if they decide to do that later, or not).

I have been looking for "Lost in Space" as a complete series for quite some time and had only been able to find it available broken up into different volumes. When I found out that it was available on Blu-ray as a complete series I was very excited. The remastered picture is awesome and looks crystal-clear. I am very happy with this purchase.

Rewatching this series really brought me back to being a kid. I'm only 31, so obviously I always watched reruns on what used to be the SciFi Channel, but still... I have been slowly realizing that 60s TV was a bit of a golden age. This Lost in Space set is crammed with extras and fun doodads like robot blueprints and a script. It's a bit pricey, but I got it on cyber Monday for only $60. Highly recommended.

I had purchased the Lost in Space DVDs when they were released years ago and while they were fun to watch, they weren't great discs. For a series shot in the 60s, the Blu Ray discs have great detail, good color and a very nice mono soundtrack. Dialog is clear and music has a great punch.

Classic mid-late 60's Sci-Fi. If you can take the show for what it is, with cheesy story lines and special effects, it is a great way to spend a weekend binge watching. I purchased the Blu-Ray edition. The last time I watched the show on TV, I remember thinking it would be nice to see it cleaned up and released on Blu-Ray and they did a good job on transferring the original masters over to Blu-Ray. My only complaint is the packaging, they could of made it easier to get the disc out of.

Lost In Space is tv classic which ran from 1965 to 1968. Three seasons, the first in black & white... this mirrored the excitement and fears of the actual U.S. NASA space race to the moon. Aliens, alien robots, and even space pirates abound. Packed with extras this complete box set is long over due. "Danger, Will Robinson! Danger!" or "That does not compute."

I just love the complete series of Lost In Space. Brings back a lot of memories. Each episode is full of action and adventure and the characters are great. Mr. Smith is my favorite character. Always up to something with his devious mind. Great entertainment for the whole family. Love the robot too.

Lost in Space is timeless and good old-fashioned TV. When TV was exciting and something the whole family could watch. LOS is by far a great show, a little corny at times but none the the less fun TV. Get it on Blu-ray NOW !!!!! You Bubble Headed Booby !

Used to watch Lost in Space when I was young, could not wait to get home from school to watch it. Any one who loved the TV series will love this package,it brings you back To your childhood. The package comes with all 83 episodes plus 8 hours of extras,character Cards plus other goodies.

Big fan of show. Poor packaging for discs. Discs slip into cardboard book that can easily scratch the discs. Remastering job is great!

I love this classic show! I used to watch the reruns every day when I was a kid. Sure it got cheesy near the end...or maybe sooner...but the Robot, Doctor Smith & Will Robinson are such iconic sci-fi characters for me, I love every show. Altogether on blu ray makes it all the better.

Perfect collection-all episodes remastered and the extras are wonderful. Really like the few episodes that include their original commercials. The packaging looks great but us not practical. I bought blu day cases from BB and put all if the disks in those. I bought the double cases. Enjoy!!

Any fan of the classic Lost in Space series MUST get this set!!! The extras on here include a table reading of Bill Mumy's script giving a satisfying conclusion to his childhood series.

i was a huge fan of the show when I was a kid. Waiting for the Blue Ray version was well worth the wait. Yes, it is a bit corny and not very realistic, but hey that was 60's television. My kids love it and find it entertaining as well.

Not only is Lost in Space still fun to watch after all these years, but the bonuses and special features included with this set make it even more enjoyable. If you're a fan of Lost in Space and classic TV, you need this set!
