This may be my favorite household purchase ever; a genuine life changer! Took me 20 minutes to install. I am a 66 year old female and have no plumbing experience but I used to fix computers, can follow instructions and I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express once. The model I received is a White Neo 185 and it came with a metal T-adapter, all necessary hoses and two cute plastic wrenches which certainly did the job. Plastic may be better to prevent one from over-tightening the connections too. I suggest you check out Youtube videos to see what you'll be in for. Start with a clear working area and lots of light! I removed the toilet seat, turned off the water supply to the toilet and flushed to empty the cistern. Then I started with the hose connections including the one to the bidet, taking my time with the threading especially plastic to metal - they're tricky and need patience. I didn't use the teflon tape. Hand-tightened first, then installed the bidet itself and toilet seat (*note below), checked for leaks and finished tightening all the hose connections. My water pressure is not extra strong but the stream out of the bidet is at first quite alarming. You get used to it. "Male" and "female" streams seem to be on target (if you get my meaning) and the control has a satisfying clicky feel to let you know it is registering the correct position (Nozzle Cleaning-Wash-Women). Setting the pointer between Wash and Women seems to produce a gentler stream, if that helps. *Note: I did need to replace my toilet seat as the existing one was very curvy and would not sit at all well over the bidet attachment. Any flat design would work I think. I also got the extra toilet seat bumpers and may install them to have the seat more level but they are not really needed.

Once you bidet there’s no turning back It’s a great way to stay clean, also you will less toilet paper ,

Bought two of these when they were the deal of the day. Overall, easy to put together and install. Had an issue with the install on one toilet, but that was more of a hardware issue with that particular toilet. Both units seemed to leak from the tank area when first installed, but seemed to stop after a while. I still have a small Tupperware container under the toilets just in case.

I love it! I’m still using it now and might buy a new one for our new townhouse!

A good product, easy for self installation,no need to call a plumber, best result.saves toilet paper,then trees which is used in paper manufacturing, ultimately saves your money too.

This is an O.CD.’s dream right here! I don’t know how I lived this long without it! It’s an awesome addition to my toilet! Now I just need for every toilet I use in the future to be equipped with a bidet. Fast as easy installation, only took my daughter and I and we were up and running!

Very easy installation and does the job. Simple to use and I'm so happy with it that I bought another one for the other bathroom.

After installing, the t-adapter diverter would leak. No matter what I did, it leaked. I had to purchase another adapter elsewhere and afterwards everything works great.

Installation was incredibly simple, and I'm I'm glad I didn't get the model with the option for warm and cold water hookups...because, duh! There's no hot water hookup behind the toilet and my bathroom configuration is not conducive to stealing it from the sink. Anyway, I've been wanting a bidet that had good reviews, wasn't crazy expensive, and didn't make the toilet seat smaller. The reviews I found online we all good, I got this as a daily deal so the price was phenomenal (I kinda regret not purchasing another for my guest bath), and it works with your existing toilet seat! Perfection. That being said, it does take a little getting used to, figuring out optimal positions and such, but I assume that's the same with all bidets. But the actual functionally is incredibly simple. So simple I would not recommend this product if you have children...unless you want them to find the toilet fountain and flood your bathroom...I've read (hilarious) horror stories. Please keep in mind, if you want heated water, this is not for you. This only dispenses straight tap water. As we enter summer, this is not a problem...it may get less use in winter though lol. In the end I very much recommend this product and would but it again.

The only reason I purchased this bidet was to deal with the toilet paper shortage so had very less expectations with it. I was thinking that I will be using it only till this crisis is over. However, after using for a few days, I realized that this product is far better than my expectations. I feel so much cleaner and hygienic. Now I am thinking to try it for few more days and if everything goes well, I will be installing it on my other toilets too. My only concern is the toilet seat bumpers did not come with it and I had to purchase separately to make it fit properly.

I am not sure why it took a pandemic for me to invest in something like this this is absolutely a must have I'm a sanitary point it is so much better than using toilet tissue the product itself is easy to install and works perfectly just have to make sure you understand your water pressure and the amount to use on the knob turning it to high could be quite painful however on a general setting regular water pressure it cleans your bottom perfectly I could never imagine you said only toilet paper alone any longer

Best Buy had the best price that I found on this Bidet. It is well made, with a braided stainless steel hose and SS valve. It works exactly as described. The manufacturer is very responsive and provides outstanding customer service (A+++). They sent me additional parts that I needed quickly and at no cost to me. The bidet sprays exactly as described. My problem, oh, how do I say this tactfully, is that I have a serious hemorrhoid problem that gets in the way of the spray. I’ve tried shifting my position to get the spray to do its job, but to no avail. Plus, the spray can be quite painful on sensitive areas except on the very lowest spray setting. I think it would work for me if the spray was more of a direct vertical spray and a softer spray instead of shooting from an angle from the lower rear of the bowl. The spray originates from several very small holes in the spray head, like a tiny high pressure, concentrated sprinkler, resulting in several small spray streams. This would likely be very effective and would work great on a normal bottom-side but not for one with swollen hemorrhoids. I had very high hopes but it did not work well for me. My wife was not interested in trying it.

It was so simple to install . I have absolutely no skills at plumbing and I installed it in less than 10 minutes. Instructions are written clearly and easy to follow. It’s a great addition to our bathroom and I intend to purchase one for my other bathroom. If there’s ever a toilet paper shortage again, this bidet would be all you’d need!

I'll start by saying that I have been aware of the health and sanitary benefits of using water instead of dry paper to clean your backside after a #2 for a while. Also, many Asian and eastern countries have always and still use only the method of fresh water. Until recently, I had no idea it was possible to add a bidet to my existing toilet or that they were so inexpensive. While shopping to replace one of my toilets, I discovered that there were options for adding them to existing toilets and many of the options were very affordable. As soon as I discovered this, I went directly to Amazon to shop for the best option. It didn't take long to narrow it down to the Luxe Bidet Neo 185. After receiving it, it took about 5 minutes to install it on my new American Standard Champion 4. The controls are easy to understand and use. The self0cleaning setting is great and I use it before and after each use for a few seconds. I always start with the standard clean setting on high, then I'll switch over to the female setting on low for a few seconds at the end. I have never felt fresher and cleaner... I'll never go back to paper again if I can keep from it. You wouldn't use dry paper to clean any other part of your body, you would use water. Your backside deserves the same treatment. I plan to get one of these for every toilet in my house. It's also a bit like a massager and great for anyone with medical issues or sensitivities. The only downside is that you might stay on the toilet longer due to how relaxing the massage action is. I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my experience with this item. You will love it. I highly recommend it.

Installation was easy and the instructions were fairly easy to interpret. Had it for about 4 months now and it's still working just fine, does everything I need. Perhaps my only complaint is that the protector cover tends to swing open when sitting down on the seat, but I believe it's a function of my toilet being small overall. Definitely recommend a bidet, complete game changer.

I've wanted a bidet for decades, so when I saw this one on sale I had to buy it. I'm pleased with my purchase so far. The Luxe Neo 185 has two modes - normal and women's mode. It gets its water directly from the tank, so you won't get a warm wash. That aside, it does what it's supposed to, for a very reasonable price. Now to installation. I had an inordinate amount of trouble removing the toilet hose from the flush valve, and subsequently had to replace both, mostly due to age. Not being a plumber, I didn't know that the "righty-tighty" rule didn't apply here, so I caused the flush valve to rotate around the tank, and was getting nowhere. My son stepped in and used the opposite technique to loosen the hose. Once I replaced the aforementioned parts, hooking it up was a breeze. Note: Luxe should probably inform DIY customers (like myself) how to remove parts in the instruction booklet, thereby eliminating this type of frustration.
