When I tried to redeem it following the instruction, the number provided with the email was no longer use for redeeming card. Then they referred me to another number which is in Spanish and I can't get my card redeemed. Then after calling customer service, they tried to redeem the code to my account and they failed. After 15 minutes of hanging, they said it would take 24-48 hour to redeem the code as this code has 10 digit number. Fortunately after 48 hours it waiting, it added to my account and I believe I will try not to make this mistake again.

I think BestBuy is a great place for the recharge of Lycamobile sim card. The sim can be recharged online through the BestBuy website. Thanks.

It was very simple and quick recharge. I will recharge my mobile with best buy only.

I bought it last Monday night, it didn't work either by following the voice instructions on the recharge line, or with the on-screen recharge option. I had been calling many times on Tuesday and Wednesday to support line, on every call they say will fix the problem in less than 2 hours, but they didn't. Finally on Wednesday night the support line told that the pin is expired, and I have to contact Best Buy for a claim/refund. Don't waste time with this.

Faced the difficulty while doing recharge. The number mentioned to recharge 626 was constantly giving me message - Account isnt active. Customer Care was always have their technical issue while trying to contact them. Finally done the recharge using my other phone.
