I purchased this to run on my HP Victus with an i7-12650H processor and Windows 11. I can not get the software to load unto the computer! I keep getting an error message. I emailed Magix Tech support and never got a response. They do not have a phone number for U.S. customers. I strongly regret this purchase and while I was trying to resolve this issue the 15 days to return it expired!

Oh what a relief to delete all this garbage from my computer. I deliberated over what video software to get when I traded my computer in to Best Buy last fall, and unfortunately I absolutely must have picked the worst one. I remember trying to return it to Best Buy right quick, but they would not let me, and then I tried getting a refund from the manufacturer, but they said I barely too late. I just cannot believe how frustrating and un-user-friendly this software is. Sayonara Magix! $85 right on down the drain! I remember when I bought there was only one review, which was probably from the company for all I know. Now here's another viewpoint...just a guy completely stiffed by this product. And I'll tell you what else, I'm not going to miss the ads from them that pop up on my screen, and give me no choice to cancel the notifications! I don't need this stress, and I hope nobody else suffers like I did. If one person is rescued from embarking on using this horrible product, my work is done.
