    Was difficult to put together and weigh it down in the pool, but once we figured it out, it was the best ladder and stair set for our children! Safe and durable

    Not very sturdy. Make sure you buy your own hardware, it does not come with the product.

    total junk... parts didnt line up... tabs that are to hold the sandbags broke off...sand bags are just giant baggies ( which leaked sand into thd pool)...wobbly...total junk

    This is the worst quality item I have ever purchased in Best Buy. The step/ladder system is not worthy the high price, it is very unstable and dangerous. It was assembled correctly following the steps on the manual and in addition I had to use extra screws and metal pieces that I bought in Lowe's to make it more secure and even though it is still very unstable and shaky to the point that I removed it because I don't want a family member to result hurt because of this horrible and poor quality ladder. I would like to return it to the store but even the box it came in was broken in pieces with multiple holes. Do not recommend this item whatsoever.

    Very unstable rails. Poor fit and finish. So unsafe we are afraid to use them. Best Buy should be ashamed for selling these.
