    This product just works. I bought this for my pic to remove any malware that was on my computer. It found thing that Microsoft malware program could not. Now my computer runs way faster with this.

    The only problems I encounter every so often, is when the program makes the windows lock-up when I run it to scan or when I assign it to do an upgrade, then Windows 8.1 informs that there is an error in the system and needs to reboot. Perhaps there is a somewhat of a conflict with the Norton antivirus program! I'm not really sure what's going on!

    Have used this for a couple of years now and is works great, especially on the web. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is IF you dont log into a PC for a few days it gives you a warning to update your software - when I think it should just do the update automatically. I can see argument for it - but I personally dont like it.
