Customers express satisfaction with the Compact Advanced Smart 65" Tripod's sturdiness, lightweight design, and affordability. Many appreciate its compact size, convenient for portability. However, some users point out the lack of a built-in level and find the handles somewhat awkward to use. A few also mention challenges with leg extension and panning smoothness.

This tripod is a great buy from Manfrotto . I have used it as my primary tripod for multiple trips to San Francisco and New York. I have been pleasantly surprised as to how lightweight and stable it is. The mechanism for the head is smooth and is easily adjustable by the two levers. The legs are sturdy and the central column adds additional height. Despite the windy climate of SF i was able to get stable long exposures. Comes in with a cool sling bag as well to carry it to your destinations. Also has a mobile phone attachment to use with your mobile phones. I would definitely recommend this particular model to all my friends and family.

Happy with this purchase! Definitely worth every penny. The tripod is sturdy but at the same time it is not heavy where it would be a pain to carry around. Great material quality. The legs slide out easy to extend and to slide back. Folds up compact. Comes with a small tripod shoulder bag with very light padding. Quick release is easy to use. Definitely helps to keep my Nikon D5600 steady when using my 70-300mm lens. I definitely feel comfortable and trust having my camera on this tripod without fearing about it tipping over with the slightest movement or breeze.

I’m an actor and I bought this for a selftape corner. Best money I have ever spent. It’s totally adjustable, easy to handle and super lightweight. I’ve taken it on trips, across apartments, etc. It’s a No brainer especially if you film with your phone.

Purchased this tripod for my daughter's photography class and she loves it. Very durable, lightweight and easy to adjust. I shared a picture of the section to adjust and it's super easy to adjust. Its also very tall and the picture is me opening it on first level. Great product for the price.

Great Tripod for Basic Uses

This tripod is best for beginners who are looking for basic features. Panning abilities for video will be more difficult because it was not designed with that in mind.
It is very lightweight, which is awesome for my use with it traveling/hiking. It is extremely compact, which is why I purchased it in the first place. The legs are fairly sturdy, but I worry the plastic clips will wear down quickly, but we will have to see.
The foot grips on the bottom are minimal but they do the trick. There is not a level on this tripod, so if you are looking for level, centered shots, this isn't the tripod for you.

Pan & tilt is very smooth, you can work with it if you don't have optical stabilization, however if you have a lens with OS or a mirrorless camera with IBIS, you can expect some very smooth pan & tilt. Weight of the tripod is good and I'm able to carry it around for hours, it's very stable in construction, and small enough to fit in many backpacks. I would recommend this tripod over many. The only issue is that it does not have a level indicator, but if you're using grid lines on your mirrorless or DSLR then it should not be a problem.

I am a professional real estate photographer and this tripod is my daily driver. I had bought the same one several months ago and have used it literally every day since & bought this one for another photographer on my team. It is light, compact, but stable for indoor work.

This tripod is lightweight, compacts down to nothing and comes with a carrying bag. It has a quick release button to easily remove your camera, which is a feature I needed in my next tripod purchase. I was told panning is a little harder with the head on this one for video, but I didn't have any issues with it once I got the hang of it. Thought it was a great buy for the price. Feels very stable when maxed out as well. Just shot some photos on a windy day at the beach and had no worry of the tripod faltering.
