After seeing the Lawn Mower online since v1, I was shocked to see it was at v4 and this set comes with a nose hair trimmer and some ‘wash’ product too. I’ve used a series of trimmers over the years and after a few uses of these two, I think I found my new favorite set. TL;DR for my frequent readers and details below. Good: Lawn Mower 4.0: - Size - Light - Charging cradle - Waterproof - Replaceable Blade - Lockout for traveling - Braided cable & compact charge adapter Ear & Nose Trimmer: - Non-pulling cuts - Waterproof (more or less) Bad: Lawn Mower 4.0: - Concave slider isn’t easy to slide Ear & Nose Trimmer: - Can’t be charged via the dock - Concave slider isn’t easy to slide Meh: Lawn Mower 4.0: - Nothing really Ear & Nose Trimmer: - Nothing really Overall: - Lacks a travel case (but has a travel lockout?) So, this pack came with both the Manscaped Ear & Nose Trimmer (called something else, but the naughty word catcher will block my review) and the Lawn Mower 4.0. Right off the bat, I saw the charging cradle & was like “Yes” but then I saw that the nose hair trimmer didn’t sit as nicely in it so I was confused. I took the nice braided USB-C cable and compact wall charger, found a charger from a drawer and plugged it in to find that the Lawn Mower is the only one of the set that can be used in the cradle and I’d have to unplug the cradle to charge the nose hair trimmer; that gets a “meh” from me. Now, in my photos I use a blue cable - but that’s not the one that comes with it; I use a USB-C cable that came with my toothbrush and move it between all three accessories to save on outlet usage in the bathroom. I must repeat, the cable seems nice; it’s braided and even has “Manscaped” on the USB-C end, in case you forget where it came from. In looking at the features of the Lawn Mower, I find it nice to see that the blades are replaceable; however given the iterations of the accessory, what the interoperability will be like when they’re at v8. In my use of these grooming devices, of which I’ll keep short (and curly?) they performed exactly as I had hoped. The light on the Mower was a nice touch and very handy as I don’t have a light directly above my grooming location. A pair of trim guards take you from directly on the skin to a bit of a buffer in the event there’s hesitation on getting nicked. Easy to snap on and off, the guards are a keeper but I foresee them getting lost as there isn’t a travel pouch or the like. Finally, I found the slider switch a bit rigid and a tough slide when comparing it to other products that I’ve used. Being concave, I found my thumb in the groove and pushing with my thumb tip where my nail was over the lip; others I’m able to use the middle of my thumb for leverage. Not a deal breaker, just an observation. An Ear & Nose Hair trimmer are devices that are a dime a dozen and I haven’t met one that didn’t pull my nose hair that my eyes didn’t start watering. After a few uses in my nose and ear, and around my ear lobes and the like, I found the cuts very nice and no pull. I hit a few white hairs in the nose and instead of pulling it out because it’s wiry, it cut it right down and I moved on along. If the nose trimmer keeps sharp and doesn’t start pulling, I’ll be a happy camper. Lastly, the “groin wash” is a nice touch after a trim. Not overly aromatic or greasy, I find myself using it without concern and - sensitive skin be darned, this didn’t irritate me whatsoever. Overall - a 5 star product. Well done.

Well I've never used a trimmer for any of my grooming needs. The Manscaped Power Duo Plus is a really nice set of grooming aides in a nicely packaged set. To start with, the kit has everything you might want in a convenient and well thought out box, complete with all the accessories. It comes with the “Ear and Nose Trimmer”, the “Lawn Mower”, the “Crop Cleanser” as well as the wall charger, the USB-C cable, the charging stand (for the Lawn Mower) and even a small brush for cleaning up after use. It even includes a nice set of instructions for each tool. It's difficult not to like this product. Everything looks and feels well engineered and they have obviously put a lot of thought into the design and the implementation of both of these products. Both of the trimmers are waterproof for starters. That's a nice feature since the shower is probably the easiest place to use both of these tools. Both of these devices have a battery status light so you always know when you may need to charge them. In the case of the Lawn Mower, you can charge it by putting it in the charging stand, although they caution you to not overcharge it so leaving it in the charging stand is not really an option. The Ear and Nose Trimmer is easy to use and pretty self explanatory. It takes a little getting used to in order to use it efficiently, but it works well. It's easier than using scissors for this type of thing and it's nice to just grab it and get things done. It's quick and easy to get rid of any strays you don't want. You still may need touch ups with an electric razor trimmer depending on your situation but it does a good job and I like the way it's designed to do just what you need it to without fear of self inflicted injury. I really like the Lawn Mower. For me it worked perfectly. It comes with two trim guards. Each one has two different indents in the tracks where they attach to the Mower. Using the first indent leaves things longer that the second indent. So in all you have four different lengths you can choose from. I chose the shortest to see if I had any issues with using it and also to see the uniformity in the trim. It was very easy to use it and I am really happy with the results. The LED spotlight if very helpful and shines light where you need it. Very uniform trim, no nicks or cuts at all (I actually think you'd have to be using it wrong to get cut). If you read through the instructions to understand how to use the Mower correctly, you should have no issues at all. When you're done, you can rinse it under running water to clean it, or use the included brush. This of course is if you groomed on dry land and not in the shower. The power switch allows you to do a little more that just turn it on or off. Pressing it once turns the trimmer on or off. If you wish to turn off the spotlight, while in the “on” position, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. If you want to ensure the trimmer doesn't accidentally turn on (for instance: if you have it packed in a bag or suitcase), press the button 3 quick times when it's off. This engages or disengages the travel lock option and the LED will cycle to let you know it's locked. Both of these trimmers allow you to easily change the blades. Everything is understandable in the instructions that come with the kit. It's actually nice to open a box and have well thought out and understandable directions included. These days, most companies rely on you downloading their directions for use. It's nice to see a company that has thought things through before releasing their product. I'm sold on this kit and on the Manscaped company. I think they've done a fantastic job in engineering a set of grooming tools that are easy to use and perform as they advertise.

Closest trim without nicking I've ever had

This is a great trimmer set to have to take care of those more specific uses. Upon initial unboxing, the very first thing I noticed is the quality of everything, especially the materials and design. You definitely feel you get your money's worth. More importantly though is how well they work. First up I tried the ear and nose trimmer. Talking about design again it fits in my hand almost as if it was made for me and the angle of the clipper portion is perfect for getting in those small spots. It cut through the hairs with ease and absolutely no pulling or nicking. While it takes up more drawer space having an extra device with one sole purpose, that fact makes it work so much better than other clippers that use separate attachments. Then there's the main hair trimmer. Besides the sleek design and materials used, it appears to be for the most part just like a regular trimmer. The main thing that sticks out as being different is the white ceramic blade. That special blade is part of what gives it the skin safe feature, which is what really sets it apart from regular trimmers. Without getting into too many details, trimming around the areas this was made for can sometimes be a bit more hazardous and much easier to get nicks. While it's near impossible to 100% remove the risk of getting nicked, the design of this trimmer does drastically reduce that risk and allows for an extremely close trim. Compared to the previous trimmers I've used, this by far gets closer than I've ever been able to get before, and comfortably. Another surprisingly useful and awesome feature that you don't usually see on trimmers, is the added light. Being that its main purpose is to be used below the waist, one of the issues with other trimmers is that it can be tough to see what you're doing, making the risk of getting nicked higher. With the light, which is like that light that comes on drills, you can see exactly what trimming so much more easier with it being lit up. The charging base that comes with the trimmer is nice too but if there's one negative I have about this set, it's that the charging base only works with the main mower trimmer and not the ear and nose trimmer. Both the charging base, which charges the main trimmer wirelessly, and the ear and nose trimmer use a usb-c plug to charge, which is a big plus since so many devices are now usb-c. Problem is you either need a separate cable or you have to unplug the base to use for the ear and nose trimmer. That said though, it's a pretty minor inconvenience and doesn't really detract much from my overall impression of this trimmer set. All the other features are just bonuses, like the fact the trimmer is waterproof, although honestly I wouldn't use it for what it's meant for while wet. It also has a nifty travel lock to make sure it's not accidentally switched on while packed away and traveling. Finally you get the added cleanser wash with this set which is great to use after trimming. Overall this is a great trimmer set that I believe every guy should have in their grooming tool set.

Wow. Generic, everyday products sure have upped their game. The unboxing of this shaver was wonderfully done. Embossed packaging, easy to open, easy to read. Opening the box, you are greeted to the trimmer, nose trimmer, and soap. I have not yet tried the soap, but I gave the trimmer and the nose trimmer a through first-time use. Off the bat though, I wish the packaging that holds the accessories was nicer. Everything else about the product is fantastic, but the extras bag leaves me wanting compared to the rest of the package. Included for the trimmer were two guards, a brush, and what appears to be a rebranded apple-like charging brick. The trimmers are charged for USB-C. The cradle that the trimmer rests in is very nice; features wireless charging. The LED charge indicators were a nice touch; 33,66,100%. First pass with the trimmer, and wow. It left me with, what I find, the perfect height of hair down there. No pulling, just easy trims pass after pass. Same with the nose hair trimmer. Pulling is the worst, but both of these products have nice sharp blades right out of the box. No pulling, leaving me feeling well groomed.

This trimmer set is very is to use. Whether you're trimming body hair or trying to get rid of those unsightly ear or nose hairs, this set has you covered. I'll start with the body trimmer. The trimmer itself is very compact and easy to hold. The blades are easy to clean and replace when necessary. You just push back on it, and they pop right off. I'm also impressed with how well they work without the fear of cutting myself. As long as your follow the instructions (basically, just make sure the blade side is facing upwards), I'm not entirely sure how you'd even be able to cut yourself. The light is also a nice feature, which can be turned off if it's bothersome to you. The ear/nose hair trimmer is equally compact and easy to care for. The blades are also very easily changed and cleaned. Similar to the standard trimmer, I'm not sure you'd cut yourself with this trimmer either. It works very well, and you can very quickly trim you ears or nose in seconds. It's easy to recommend this set for trimming. They more than live up to their claims, and they're smartly designed for easy maintenance or swapping of blades. An added bonus, the soap that came with the set smells very nice and is a welcome addition. If you're looking for a body trimming set, you can look no further.

First thing that struck me about this trimmer was how nice it felt to the hand. Very nicely sculpted and heavy for its size. After an initial charge, (the USB-C docking port is nice), gave it a run through the paces. Till now, I've used various electric shavers/trimmers to use in the groin area, and despite being as careful as possible, will always manage to draw some blood. I will say the Lawn Mower is the gentlest I've used. Cutting quickly & cleanly is the key, the sharp blade and 7,000 rpm motor combine to get the job done. I've also used this for an unintended purpose, I do have a short beard, and gave it a few quick strokes to test its strength, it didn't blink an eye. Won't be doing that again, as I don't want to prematurely dull the blade. I general regard electric shavers as disposable products; sometimes the price of refitting is too close to the actual cost of the product. In this case though, the quality of the product is good enough, and the replacement cost is pretty good - checked the Manscaped website, a new blade is $20 with free shipping. There are also other options for a subscription with added benefits. While the body hair trimmer is excellent; not as crazy about the nose trimmer. The replacement blade is $20, which to me is more than I've paid for any nose trimmer I've ever bought. Perhaps you might consider to just purchase the Lawn Mower on its own. Besides, the model i got has a small issue - if you look at the provided picture, the thumb slide on/off button doesn't work, I have to slide my thumb under the button and push the switch up. Interestingly, if you go to the website, you'll see that the nose trimmer pictured has a push type on/off switch as opposed to a slider, so it must've been redesigned. As far as the wash gel included in the package, don't know that I'll be buying a replacement tube. Sure, it's designed to purpose, has a nice scent; but at a cost of $12/tube, I can get a few bottles of body wash. You might have a different opinion of it; I don't want to intrude on anyone's choice of personal care product, that's why there's a whole aisle of it in your supermarket/drugstore. I'll just go back to my initial point - I'm giving 5 stars to the trimmer itself, the package I can do without. Given my experience so far with this trimmer, pretty sure I'll be looking at their beard trimmer next.

Some of the best Trimmers I've used in a long time

I've been looking at the Manscaped products for a while and I've also seen them sponsored by a few YouTubers that I often watch. Glad I finally took the plunge on this kit! The packaging is pretty nice and everything is neatly laid out inside the box (as you can see in the pics). Really, the only complaint I have is that there's not travel bag or anything included inside. There is a small pouch that holds your attachments and such, but no type of travel bags or anything like that. I want to start with the 2.0 Trimmer for the nose and ear hair. This one was a huge, unexpected surprise for me! I had surgery back in October 2022 for Deviate Septum and since then, I've been fighting with random rogue nose hairs, which I've never had a problem with before. I used this Trimmer and while at first, it did tickle a little, it got ever bit of hair out from the inside of my nose and even the little crevices around the outside. There was no pulling or yanking involved and it was super comfortable to use! Thankfully, I don't have ear hair to worry about with this one, lol. As for the Lawn Mower 4.0 Trimmer, it worked as great as I expected. I love the two different blade attachments that they give you and the LED Spotlight is pretty neat! I've not had to use the Travel Lock on it but I will say, from what I've heard, is that it's pretty easy to accidentally engage. So, if the Trimmer does not work properly, this should be the first thing you check! For my first trim, I did opt to use the bigger of the attachments, just to see how well it worked and I gotta say, it really does work as great as they advertise it! Everything was a pretty even cut, no nicks or pulls here, either. The Crop Cleanser is awesome, too! Back in January, I've started working out and going to the gym a lot. Since them, I've currently lost over 25 lb. Now, I normally don't carry much of a body odor, at least anything that others can smell....just me. But...I have had issues with some minor chaffing and such. While it is advertised for use after a trim, I've been using it a few times a week actually and I'm legit going to be buying more of this. It just makes you feel so fresh and more importantly, confident...down there...lol. One thing that I did want to note is that there is a charging base included in with the set. However, this will ONLY work on the 4.0 Lawn Mower Trimmer, not the ear/nose hair trimmer. For that one, you just have to plug the USB-C cable directly into it. This feels a bit like a missed opportunity...why not make a base that will charge both devices, when you need them? It's not an issue, as I have plenty of spare USB-C cables, but still, I wanted to make mention of this. And lastly, they do give you a little brush you can use to clean any trimmed hairs off of either Trimmer. In addition to this, I do like how you can order replacement heads for both Trimmers, directly from Manscaped. Overall, I'm gonna give these a 5 out of 5 score. While there are some small gripes with how they charge and there's no included travel case or anything with the set, I'm not going to knock a star off for this or anything. I've tried nose hair trimmers from other "big" brands and they do nowhere near as good of a job as the Manscaped one does. And the 4.0 Trimmer is pretty unique, in and of itself. Get 'em!

Nice and tidy kit to keep your kit trim

In the past I've just used my hair clipper kits to help keep everything trim but only recently have they become wireless to help with convenience and maneuverability and clippers are typically bigger and uh...rougher than you'd like down in that area. The Lawn Mower is amazing in that respect, its thinner and more comfortable to hold than a full hair clipper and the reciprocating blades are much more precise and not as sharp so you can avoid some uncomfortable risks while trimming. There's also a few different blade attachments for length. The nicest part of the Lawn Mower is that it comes with a wireless contactless charging base that connects via USB-C and also comes with a small wall plug. There's a push button that lights up as well as a white/blue LED light that helps you see what you're doing but I still recommend trimming in a brightly lit area. There's also a battery LED indicator for how much charge is left but I'm sure a full charge would last months without needing to recharge. Instructions are simple and washing or replacing the head is simple as well. The nose trimmer is your typical circular nose hair trimmer and works well enough although it doesn't look and feel as impressive as the Lawn Mower. It does have a rechargeable battery however which is very nice and the USB-C plugs directly into the back of the nose trimmer. Just trim your nose hair, detach and run the head under water and you're all set. Super easy to use and definitely worth doing once a week max. The only negatives I found with the kit is that the nose trimmer's button is a slider while the Lawn Mower is just a nice push button. The main issue is the nose trimmer button is overly difficult to slide. Also, it would've been nice if the kit came with some kind of storage bag to hold the trimmer pieces, hair brush and maybe even the nose trimmer when not being used. The Lawn Mower has a very attractive looking base that it can sit in when not being used, even if it doesn't need to charge while in the base. Overall this is a super nice kit and something that would make a great gift for any man. Fellas, if you want to step up your game and look your best from head to toe pick up this kit. And Ladies, if you want to get your man something you can enjoy the benefits of as well, there you go!

    A Must Have Grooming Kit

The Manscaped Power Plus Duo is a great combo box which includes the Lawn Mower 4.0 and the WeedWacker. The Manscaped Lawn Mower 4.0 is an excellent grooming tool that is specifically designed for men. It is a cordless electric trimmer that is waterproof and is designed to make manscaping a breeze. One of the standout features of the Lawn Mower 4.0 is its ceramic blades. These are some of the best trimmer blades that are soft to the touch and are able to cut through even the thickest hair without any snagging or pulling. I've used other grooming products in the past and I can assure you that these are some of the best blades and comes with two different size guards, where you can customize the length of your hair to suit your preferences. Another great feature of the Lawn Mower 4.0 is its ergonomic design. The trimmer is very easy to hold and maneuver, which makes it perfect for grooming hard-to-reach areas especially in the shower. It comes with a built-in LED light that lights up the area you are trimming, which makes it easier to see what you are doing. It comes with a USB-C to USB-A charging cable that plugs into the charging dock for the Lawn Mower 4.0 and also comes with a power brick, though I was hearing a weird humming noise when using the power brick that came with it, so I substituted it with an old phone charger block and the humming went away. The Crop cleanser soap that comes with it is a nice soap that you apply to your groin area for some added freshness. The Manscaped WeedWhacker is also a great grooming tool designed for men's nose and ear hair. I was skeptical at first because in the past I haven't had too much success with this particular design for nose hair trimmers, as I never felt like I was able to trim all the hair but was generally shocked at how well it was able to do so. I can’t say how it works with ear hair as I don’t really have a lot other than some peach fuzz, but going off how well it did with the nose hair I can only assume it would do a great job.To charge the Weedwacker just unplug the USB-C port from the wireless dock for the Lawn Mower and plug it into the back of the WeedWacker and your go to do. Overall, I would highly recommend the Manscaped Power Plus Duo to anyone looking for a high-quality grooming tool.

Let’s be honest here. You should be maintaining your grooming needs. No one wants to be caught in a moment with rando hairs distracting. This kit has you mostly covered. This will help you show up as the best version of yourself. The nose/ear groomer is great, I wish you could use the same cradle that the shaver uses to charge up, but it’s nice that you can at least use the same cable. The nose/ear trimmer is super simple to use, quick, gets the job done, and easy to clean up and charge again. I was able to handle those areas in a couple of minutes without any issues. The shaver also makes it easy to tackle those sensitive areas. The charging cradle is easy to store and make sure that it’s always ready to go when you need it. The razor guards allow you to adjust how close you want to go. The built-in light also allows you to easily see what you are about to tackle. Clean-up is easy, and then you just plop it back into its cradle for the next time you need to go and trim the hedges back. I honestly wish I had found this sooner. This is a great combo; let’s you easily take care of those unmentionables. An easy recommendation, and everyone should have these tools in their kit. If you don’t want to take care of these areas for yourself, then do it for your partner. They deserve a better version of you.

Lately ive been seeing commercials and ads for Manscaped products, but up until recently, I never had a chance to try out their products, that is until now. Manscaped makes a lot of grooming and hygiene devices, but today we are focusing on the Power Duo Plus. Included in this particular box, is a nose/ear trimmer named the WeedWhacker 2.0. Very good quality, I like how it feels in my hand, it’s not huge, it feels good, and most importantly, it works good. You’ll have no problem trimming those nose and ear hairs, overall, this little device feels very premium, and unlike other nose trimmers I have seen, this one comes with a rechargeable internal battery. The 2nd device included in the box is the Lawn Mower 4.0. Once again, this is a highly portable and very well designed trimmer, small and light weight. It fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. Not only does it work good, it also feels premium. Included with this trimmer is a stand where you can place the trimmer down and not only will it hold it in place, it will also recharge the internal battery. Both devices come with a very informative and sometimes funny instruction booklet, along with a body wash, two guards to use with the Lawnmower trimmer, as well as the charging cable and stand. If you were reading my review, I highly recommend this product.

Guys, this is a pretty sure bet that you will avoid snipping or cutting yourself. That’s not to say you are totally in the clear. I’m sure you can cut yourself if you aren’t careful. In the box you’ve got your Manscape trimmers, the nose hair trimmer, the charging stand, charging cable, charging cube, and a groin wash. Personally, the wash seems like a gimmick and something to fill the box. It is similar to the kind of wash you get with a cologne set. I do like how quick it charges and how compact the two devices are. I trimmed my quads and seat area to see how close of a buzz I could get without my hair agitating my skin. I’d say it came out very smooth, the hair doesn’t get stuck, and the best part it doesn’t accidentally snag the hair as you buzz. I’ve had that happen with other trimmers. One downside for me is that when you do want a close to the skin touch up like your shoulders you’ll probably need a different trimmer because this one does not get that close. The charger is USB-c so I’m grateful for that. Honestly, hop in the shower, lather up and use this little guy. It did not take very long to get my stuff cleaned up. Remember to be very careful because you’re working with sensitive areas!

I have never owned a personal groomer like this one, but I'm happy that I bought it. The design is great, it's easy to use, the feel in the hand is awesome, and it's nice that the battery has good life off charge. The only thing I think is missing for this price point is a carrying case. There isn't one for when you travel, so you run the risk of damaging the blades in your suitcase. Other than that, it's pretty cool.

All three products are great and easy to use. The lawn mower 4.0 gives you enough battery life to complete all your manscaping and the light comes in handy. The wireless charger is also nice and comes with a charging brick included.

Works great. Cuts beard very quickly. The light that it has makes it better to see your skin and how well you are cutting. Love that it charges with USB C.
