The amp in this unit is very nice. Exceeded my expectations!! Streaming features are great and easy to use (I use Apple Play 2). I am using the DAC built in to this for my CD player but using a separate phono stage for my turntable. The Marantz phono stage is not bad, but I thought my Schiit Mani sounded better.

We've had the amp for a little over a month now, We paired it with a set of Klipsch RP 8000F's and along with a Denon DP- 400 turntable. It sounds absolutely phenomenal.

Hot dang, people. I don't even know where to start with this amp. I'll start with the TL;DR. This is one tight little number of an integrated amp that anyone dipping their toes into Hi-Fi in the 2020s absolutely needs to consider.
At only 60w, it punches way above it's weight class and renders detail with absolute ease. I've driven three different pairs of loudspeakers with this amp and been impressed at every turn; Deftech BP9060s, KEF R5s, and now I've settled into the KEF R7s. All three sets sound phenomenal. Highs are crisp and snappy, mids have an alluring thrum, and bass is controlled, taut, but rich.
What really sets this amp apart from others in it's price range are the considerations made for people who access music from digital libraries/streaming platforms. Which is, ya know, most people in the 2020s... When even Bluetooth isn't a given for modern stereo amps, it's nice to not just see it included in the PM7000N, but also an onboard DAC with optical input for TVs (which switches inputs automatically when a signal from the source is detected) as well as HEOS integration.
The HEOS app leaves much to be desired, but if you use Spotify, fret not as your amp will just show up in the output device list in the Spotify app so you don't even have to switch your brain on to stream music and you don't have to use a jank, 3rd party middleman app.
Anyway, yeah. Buy this amp. Buy one for you. Buy one for your kids to play with. Buy one for your cat to sleep on. And buy another one for your new craigslist roommate you had to find because your wife kicked you out for buying 4 amps at once.

I’d been considering an amp upgrade for a while. The recent price drop on the PM7000N made me jump. I’m glad I did. Smooth sounding with easy set up. It’s strictly vinyl and streaming at this point, so I can’t comment on CD or even tape playback, but I’m really happy with the power and sound so far. It seems to bring out a set of Polk TSi400s better than I’ve heard them before. I disabled my turntable preamp and use the onboard equalized preamp and I’ve found it to be clean. I really wanted a DAC built into an integrated amp. Before I’d been connecting my old amp via a cheap, non DAC Bluetooth plug-in. What a difference! Obviously a huge sound quality upgrade. I’d looked at NAD, Yamaha and Denon and I think I’d be happy with any of those makes. Marantz quality with tons of features under $1000? Easy decision.

I'm so happy with this amplifier. It's the absolute best bang for your buck in power, sound quality and connectivity options - everything you could want in one box with no compromises.
Almost any source (analog, digital and Bluetooth/network streaming) can be run through the amp with and played back with pristine sound quality. The HEOS app works perfectly for streaming. I also love that it still has a built-in phono preamp and bass/treble controls - something other amps in this range and above often lack lack.
I'm very picky with sound accuracy and musicality, and the sound quality of this amp is outstanding - from bass to midrange to treble. Imaging is excellent, and you can crank it if you want with zero distortion. Any kind of music, from mellow to intense, including vocals, sounds great on it.
Despite the modest 60 watts/channel 8-ohm rating, the amp is very dynamic and can deliver loads of current as needed It has no problem driving my large and somewhat inefficient SVS Prime Pinnacles, and easily outdoes the old 100 watt high-end integrated amp it replaced.

It puts out a very loud clear sound which is great but you can't just turn it on and go to FM radio stations like you used to be able to do. You have to connect to an IOS device version 7 or later, or a router without a WPS button or WPS router. You can use as wired connection also. You can also download the HEOS App to play the unit from anywhere in your house. I found all the connections difficult. When you connect speakers you have to shave off the wire casing which seems to be a very old and difficult way to connect speakers. If you are a techie you will love this device.

What a great sound. Reminds me of Marantz receivers from the 60s. I auditioned 3 other Integrated Amps over the last 3 months; all lacked any kind of bass. This Marantz has everything I have been looking for. It reproduces accurate sound in all areas including the bass I was looking for. All the functionality is a bonus.

Upgraded my amp to get the best out of my Klipsch RP-600 M speakers and couldn’t be happier. The separation, definition, and output gave me a whole new appreciation of my favorite albums and the Heos app has expanded my audio capabilities and enjoyment. ITune radio and Amazon music running HD or Atmos has been spectacular.

I’ve owned this unit for around a month or so. It was easy to set up and it works very well. I think it sounds a little edgy compared to my previous setup which was a tube amp(requiring too much maintenance). I need to play with some wall coverings to try and soften the sound a bit.

Sounds amazing but had an issue within a few days of using it. One of the speaker channels just stopped working and I couldn’t get sound of if that channel anymore. Apparently I’m not the only one who has had that issue after researching online. Will be returning and looking elsewhere for something else.
