Mad power! Smooth bass that really enhances my MartinLogan Atmos system. Bought during a 25% off sale so price was more reasonable. Far exceeds my needs at this point. Always good to have a little more than needed for future growth I feel.

We purchased the wireless kit so we weren't restricted on where we could place this speaker. It provides great low-end sound without overpowering the room.

The bass’s sounds so good during action movies . Easy to set up. There’s an app that you can connect to Bluetooth and you can easily calibrate it as well as tweak the DB to your liking without messing around with the receiver

Love this sub! Fantastic sound and easy setup with ARC, but still learning and adjusting settings. Cleaner and less boomy than my Sunfire D8. I especially like easily changing settings from Movie to Night.

The Martin Logan 800X is outstanding. Connect it via LFE in Auto mode or switch to App mode and Bluetooth connect it to your iPhone via an app and control all the options of the 800X. The performance is outstanding for a medium to large room. If used in a small room you might have to crank it down a little. Ut has made a dramatic difference to our TV viewing. It is connected to a Denon X2600H AVR. You will not be disappointed with this Subwoofer.

Great sub. Although the salespeople didn't tell me that to use the bluetooth. It required a device. Which is another $200, that I had to order. The device that gives you the ability to adjust the volume ,EQ , and all the other settings. Settings that make this subwoofer really shine.

love this thing. smaller than my previous sub but so much tighter bass. the app is one of the reasons I bought this instead of the 600X. the holiday discounts also helped :)

Recently purchased a Martin Logan ESL, which needed help in the lower base range. This ML 800X blended with the ESL, which had only one 8inch woofer. The Blue Tooth remote for the IPhone is alot of fun to use, but can be very frustrating at times as you must close the app, before you turn the iPhone on.

I love the deep rich sounds compared to other subs I have owned. I also liked the app for my phone is I want to adjust it.

Speaker performed as advertised. Got a great price on an "open" box item. Martin Logan (2nd purchase) makes quality products and works as advertised but expensive. Very happy with the sound and convenience to use as front-firing or placed on the floor. I have mine placed at ear level as a front-firing speaker matched with ML ESL floor speakers. It can also be used as a Wi-Fi speaker so very compatible with most situations.
