Yes I encountered glitches like many other players have but only one of them caused me to reset the game. The game itself is fun and there's a lot of detailed lore and content in the campaign. The graphics and controls are really good too. My biggest complaint is that some of the major decisions you make don't matter much. Besides that as a big fan of previous Mass Effect games I've really enjoyed this game as well and I hope the developers don't stop making Mass Effect games because of the reception this one obtained from some players.

I had rented this one a few times knowing that it would be on sale eventually. Worth the sale price for a lot of easy entertainment. good story good graphics

That title should mean something to you - if you are a fan, there's plenty to love. If not, there's still plenty to love. That said, yes, PLENTY of bugs are present and the animations are pretty bad. However, strangely enough the animations do improve, as does the whole game, as you progress. Everyone's high expectations aside, it IS Mass Effect, which is awesome, but the game takes a loooong time to get going. Once it does, you'll remember why this is such an amazing, important video game series. If you can make it past those first 10 hours or so...

This game is huge. After some patches and bug fixes this game runs great on my PS4 Pro and the graphics are beautiful. Exploring the Andromeda galaxy and its countless planets is one thing, but to get to colonize them; awesome.

Mass Effect franchise returns with Mass Effect Andromeda. The game offers a interesting but slow at first story, a great cast of characters and the most solid gameplay Mass Effect ever had. That being said, the game comes with many technical issues. From animations, to sound and a few crashes. Nothing that takes away the enjoyment of the game but is noticeable. If you enjoy Mass Effect and like the narrative structure of Dragon age Inquisition you probably eill like this game. If I have to give it a score from 1 to 10, it will be an 8/10.

Had some issues with animation but fixed with the update. The missions feel the same not that much variety. The series could have ended with a better game. But overall a great addition to the Mass effect universe.

If you like games with great facial animations this is not for you. If you could look past it, the story and gameplay are great!

If you're a Mass Effect fan, I think you'll enjoy this game. Yes, facial animations aren't the best, and there are occasional bugs, but the game is fun. The combat and jet pack are great upgrades from the previous titles. I'm only about 25% into the game, and story is solid. The worlds are huge, and there are tons of side missions. I'd say buy it and don't look too much into the negative reviews. I'm having a fun time with it. Bump up the difficulty for a better challenge.

Mass effect is a decent game once you start to get farther into the game. Has pretty good controls, it lacks in the models to chose from when making someone down right kinda of ugly and lacking in beards to use for males. Story line is decent but needs work. The previous Mass Effects before where far better my favorites being 1 and 2. I wouldn't recommend paying full price for this game, I feel that what I paid was worth the game. Got it new for 12 bucks, even 20 dollars I would say is reasonable for this game at the most.

The story for this game has been amazing while the online end had gone the short end with tons of glitches making it nearly unplayable. I couldn't get through a orange shield in the mission either when i clearly have 3 green check marks saying i was good to go on the mission check list. I ended up looking it up and it appears to be a common issue for enemies to wander outside the area and fail to trigger events like shields going away.

Mass Effect Andromeda has big shoes to fill. That being said, it has failed to reach the lofty heights that the previous games have set, and even if it came close I would love this game. It’s not bad. But it’s not great. The characters and story are just not good enough for me. Gameplay is great and action is often satisfying but that’s NOT what most people stayed for in the previous trilogy. We want a package that also has compelling characters and storytelling, and I’m sad to say that I didn’t find it here.

Mass Effect Andromeda is a must play for all ME fans. Overall it looks good. Some of the animations are a little bit off though. There are also some bugs and glitches that do not take away from the game but are still noticeable. Nothing that probably will not be addressed and fixed in a patch and nothing game breaking. The game is huge. There are many quests, side quests, and tasks to get lost in the ME universe again.

Solid combat and fun exploration are the highlights of this game set in the Mass Effect universe. Weak story and forgettable characters are the lows. If your a huge Mass Effect fan like I am you'll like this game and how it ties to the other games in the series. If this is your first Mass Effect game you'll struggle to care about any of the story or characters. Recommend playing Mass effect 1-3 before playing this.

Mass Effect: Andromeda is an enormous game that will keep the player engaged for tons of hours of gameplay. The combat system is probably the best thing about the entire project: it's fast and rewarding. Sadly it has a bunch of flaws starting from the animation department to the big landscapes full of secondary, boring quests. And above all it lacks the epic tone of the previous installments.

So I enjoyed, no drooled over the me1 and me2. They were the utopian sci fi game. Then you had me3 or should I say matrix revolution. Hated it, then the 4 me(mass effect) comes. I tell myself I will only play 2 hours once a week. That's a lie I played last for 5 hours and woke up debating if I should play. The story is amazing, graphics and gameplay are as well. So far, best game for me, next to RE7.

Mass effect Andromeda is one of the best action RPG out right, it has a few bugs that's being worked on but through it all its still mass effect to it's core

This is my firs Mass Effect game. I didn't know what I was getting into, especially based upon all of the bad reviews. However, I've been quite happy with how fun this game actually is. Yes, I did notice the animation and character designs were a little rough, at first, but that disappointment disappeared after about five hours of game play. This game really opens up and becomes fascinating. I've not completed the game yet, and the worlds I've experienced so far are beautiful and interesting. I was amazed at how big one of the ice planets was and how much fun it is to explore and do side quests. This game has a ton of content and will likely take many, many hours to complete. The game is not perfect. Sometimes there's too much dialog to wade through and sometimes there's frame drops and freezing (Playing on a PS4 Pro), but none of those things have ruined the experience for me. Overall, I'm very happy with this game and look forward to playing it each night.

it's not perfect. there are some glitches, but that's understandable when you consider the scope of the game and what they're able to accomplish. i loved it. played it all the way through more than once. really enjoyed it. combat was fun. story was good.

Even tho this game got poor reviews, I did not experience any of the bugs that where reported. The game play was fun but nothing exceptional. Buy on sale.

Not as good as the first mass effect but still fun to play and the graphics are incredible. Worth playing for sure if you can get it for 20 bucks or less
