I'm a 65 year old who never plays games except solitaire. But I do watch almost any kind of movie and enjoy most every one. I do like it when games, comics and the like come to the screen because I can experience them in the form I'm used to. This movie was well done. A bit B 'ish on the delivery but not so much that it becomes boring or something you can't watch. In fact, it was fast and easy to get into. Games and comics are a way to tell our children and young adults that you should be aware of your possibilities. Though most go a little beyond the natural edge. As long as our children and young adults can parse the abnormal from the normal, the bad from the good, the hate from the love, they can grow reading and playing them. This move didn't have much of the abnormal or any of the bad or hate and stuck with the positives of normal, good and love.

I liked it, especially the alien twist. A ride I will take again.

A great movie with fun action and cool effects, a must watch

Not a bad movie. It is entertaining however it is not as good as some of the more established comic book hero movies. With that being said like the others it is laying the foundation of the beginning of this character and hopefully they will make more so you can get a better understanding of this character.

When I saw the trailer I was reminded of Flight of the Navigator. Nothing in common with this film, but I was reminded of it - having thoroughly enjoyed that film. This film didn't disappoint me. Quite fun throughout and definitely happy I picked it up for my collection.

I read the online reviews for this movie before I bought but decided to ignore them and I am glad I did. Though far from a great movie, this is a clever and completely enjoyable film. It is good for all ages so take a chance on it

If you take it for what it is, its okay. There was so much more that could have been done with it. They could have added 20 of 30 more minutes and flushed out the characters more. But with what they had to work with, it was decent.

I remember seeing the animated series with my son and it was pretty entertaining. The movie was not bad. A little slow and boring at first, especially if you are not familiar with the series, but then it picks up steam.

This is a cartoon series I watched when it was on, and I enjoyed the story and art style. I was a little skeptical when hearing this live action movie was coming out. I am happy to report I was pleasantly surprised.

We used to watch the cartoon on the Disney Channel and when we saw that they made a live action movie of Max Steel, we couldn't wait to get it. We really enjoyed it. Hope there is another one in the works.

Viewed the animated version first and found this video explained how Max met Steel. Great family viewing. F/X well done. Could use a bit more character development between Max and Steel.

once you understand the idea of the sci fi twist, this movie becomes worthy of a watch, a little slow getting started but it picks up and has a great ending, watch this movie!

This was a very kid friendly movie. Although very predictable it was intense and kept you on the edge of your seat. My two sons ages 11 and 13 enjoyed the action and suspense.

Not exactly how I would have pictured one of my favorite cartoon shows growing up would have had been adapted into a movie but still fun and a okay movie.

For those who love the Sci-Fi genre you will really be surprised by this movie the characters and storyline will entice you pick it up today

We bought this movie because our son loves the cartoon that's on Netflix. He absolutely loved watching this character come to life. We hope they make more.

I got this movie with my son in mind, but I try to watch everything so I know what he is talking about later on. I thought it was an entertaining movie.
