This movie begins where the original ended. Stunts, thrills, and chases galore make this film a thrilling rollercoaster ride. For fans of action movies or Jason Statham, It is a must have for their collection. The bonus features are a real treat and well done.

I really wasn't expecting much, and even that might have been aiming too high. Unbelievable action, poor to little motivations for the characters to do anything, no logic, no character development, even the CGI was bad. You could tell the explosions were faked, even in simple shots of people on a boat with the ocean behind them, you could tell that it was a set surrounded by green screen and bad lighting. Pistols that fired 30 to 40 rounds before needing reloading. The timelines given for accomplishing impossible assassinations of 36 hours or 24 hours, when he was at least 8 to 10 hours away in travel time,....stupid. Jason Statham and Jessica Alba know the bad guys are coming, but don't leave or prepare. The bad guy KNOWS Jason will come for him and despite Jason's death toll on his orders, somehow believes he can send a a handful of men to "take him out." Again, stupid. I can go on, by why?

Visually awesome, amazing action scenes and some wooden acting by Jason and Jessica

This movie is better than the first Mechanic movie for several reasons. It is more lively in action, plot and acting. Having to kill people and make it look like accidents is harder than you might think. But with skill and hard work, the Mechanic makes it look easy. A very interesting movie that entertains throughout, it was enjoyable to watch this film without getting caught in a diverse or confusing plot.

It's aint great, it ain't terrible, it's simply a Jason Statham picture.

I liked this movie better than the previous Statham Mechanic movie. Plot is not this movie's strong point. There's nothing going on that you can believe could happen in the real world. But as an action movie, with Jason Statham starring, it delivers a lot of Statham type action, with all the bad guys getting what they deserve.

What can I say, Jason Statham is a bad*ss, but to be honest, there's not a lot of depth to this movie. The plot is rather boring and supporting cast aren't that convincing IMO for their roles BUT its still fun and entertaining to watch. If anything, I bought this movie because it was cheap on Black Friday and my crush for Jessica Alba...That woman is gorgeous.

Statham brings A-1 action, with great fight scenes, gratuitous gunfire, a love interest and a plot that's easy to follow. I applaud movies and performers that give you exactly what you asked for. And if you are expecting anything more than that in this film you are wasting your time. The 2nd Mechanic is awesome.

He can fight, in style. And this is one of the good ones.

Always a good movie with Jason in the cast. The beautiful Jessica Alba, and Michelle Yeoh to boot! Beautiful locations.....pretty decent plot......believable bad guys.....and tons of action. Don't need to have seen the first "Mechanic" to understand this sequel, but you should..because that one was a good movie as well, and it gives you his backstory.

Remember this phrase, suspension of disbelief, it is important. I am a fan of Jason Statham and he and Jessica Alba have some chemistry. It's hard to not like a film that has Tommy Lee Jones as a supporting player in the role of a possibly crazy arms dealer. Great action, scenery (Jessica Alba) and it was just fun. This is a popcorn movie and plays to that.

I'm a huge Jason Statham fan! Going all the way back to the Italian job. Is it a great movie? Heavens no! It is a Jason Statham, got a little time to kill, wanna watch my guy crush any and all who gets in his way? Yes!

Awesome movie. I couldn't get enough of Jason. I love his character. This movie puts you on the edge of your seat and keeps you engaged. Just when I thought Jason had toned it down he revved things back up. My kind of actor, always keeping it 100. Watching it over and over again you will still find the flick just as interesting as the first time.

Jason Statham is one of the top 5 Action Movie Heros . One of the reason I really like Statham's movies , is the fact that he does most all of his stunts himself ( or at least as many as the studio will allow him to do ). This adds to the authenticity of the scene and enhances your enjoyment of the movie . Small thing but big effect .

Mechanic resurrection is a great film for both a remake and a sequel...I wasn't crazy about the first one but this one was better...yes, typical action film I know. .but a fun one! And great in 4k...if you have only seen 4k on streaming shows, wait til you see the discs!!

This is a standard Jason Statham action movie. If you like his movies, you will like this one. It is not as good as the first one, but sequels rarely are as good. Entertaining and worth a watch for sure. Oh yeah, Jessica Alba is in this too, as is Tommy Lee Jones. Makes for a good time.

Hey the first mechanic was a really enjoyable remake, this new adventure we are back for more of the impossible! Though I wouldn't rate it up there to the first movie, it was enjoyable just the same...in my own opinion just down a notch missing the other agendas in the story! Enjoy!

Jason Statham, in my book, is one of the best action stars to come along. All o his movies, which include his standard kick butt fighting, also have heart. This one doesn't disappoint. In fact, I think this sequel is better then the original, which was a remake of a better film starring the late great Charles Bronson.
