Fun Shooter RPG. Both Games are a bit manipulative, and sometimes you cant figure out what is needed to proceed in game. Went on line a couple of times to find out how to proceed. Died a lot because of not really knowing what I was doing. I was Playing in SURVUVAL MODE....Less Ammo. BUT ....Cant wait to play through again now that I know what I know. It will be less frustrating, and I will have more time to look around, and absorb the game better. The New And Improved Graphics Were Great, story was good. It was fun. Also had trouble switching from Metro 2033 to Metro Last Light on my Xbox One. It would only go to the first game screen. I finally had to erase the first game in order to get onto the cover screen where it gave you a choice on which game to play. Probably my ignorance on using my XBOX ONE. I didn't run into any glitch's, but one needs to watch the save points because if you are not close to one and then quit the game, when you go back on it could throw you back farther than you want to go. I will be playing both games again. METRO REDUX is a Classic.

With all the great games from the last generation, the Metro titles kind of flew under the radar with me. When I heard this collection was being remastered on the One, I did a little research and decided to jump on it. I have not been dissappointed. Amazing gameplay and an interesting story are always welcome, but the overall atmosphere and tone keep me coming back. I'd definitely recommned picking this up if you are looking for one of the best games to hit the current generation consoles.

I never played the Metro games when they first released. Being able to play them now after they were remastered with both games and all the DLC for just $50 MSRP is a steal. The games play great and have a unique atmosphere. It's a great story and a great single player campaign. If you are on the fence, fall off on the side of buying this game.

I've some how never heard of the metro series so when I picked it up I wasn't expecting much but I was in for a surprise! This is two games remastered for next gen and they look absolutely beautiful. If you enjoyed Fallout or the STALKER you will probably enjoy this game as well. This game kinda limits your exploration in the way that you can't go back to earlier areas at free will. Besides that I got sucked into this and it didn't leave my disk tray until I beat both 2033 and last light.... Oh and did I mention it comes with all the DLC?

Great value, great FPS, great gameplay with a pretty good story as well

Metro Redux is snazzier version of the last gen versions, what with improved graphics, tweaked gameplay mechanics, and added DLC. This is not just a game, it's a story, 2 of them in fact bundled on 1 disc. The atmosphere is creepy and interesting and the story keeps you going, trying to survive a wasteland filled with monstrous baddies. If you like shooters with a narrative, this is worth picking up. The upgraded graphics of this game from the last gen games made a huge difference on an already solid looking game and the story just hooks you in more. Plus, based of a real book series, it's got reading material that can be used in conjunction with it too. Get it!

What an amazing game! I can't believe I missed this at launch! Graphics are on par with next gen, story is gets you drawn in and the gameplay is top notch. If you can find it in store (I was lucky enough) buy it! Everyone else has it for $49, here its $29 and for two complete games and all the DLC.

I love the atmosphere of this game as it is one of the most compelling post-apocolyptic game environments ever made. My only complaints would be the very slow controls and a few bugs which require you to start over from the beginning of the chapter to complete it.

If you've played the versions before the One, no reason to buy these. If not, you're getting a great amount of content for the price - two really solid FPS titles, good story, good gameplay and nice visuals. No real reason not to purchase this.

I was unsure about this game at first because of all the mixed reviews but this is hands down one of the best games I have played this gen. It has visually improved graphics from its 360 predecessor and a nice story. I'd recommend it.

Two visually remastered and reworked game mechanics make up the Metro Redux reimagined game package. If you're looking for a good ominous yet humanity inspired apocalyptic story; then this is the shooter for you.

This game was a lot of fun to play. I spent a good 25 hours playing it, beating both Metro 2033 and Metro Last Light. The disc actually contains both games which take about 10 hours each to complete. The stories are great, and so is the gameplay. There were a couple glitches with the game, but nothing major. The biggest con in my opinion was the AI intelligence. It was very basic.

2 Games In One, Graphics Are Very Nice, And Fit The Gritty Setting Perfectly. I'm Not Really Into FPS's Unless They're Done Like This. Had Loads Of Fun Trying To Stay Alive, Highly Recommended!

Awesome graphics, great user interface and good story lines. My son plays this constantly and it is actually a game where i can sit and watch him play.

I bought these years ago on PC and decided to get them for the Xbone since they were cheap. Awesome story and great fun.

I played Metro 2033 on the Xbox 360 when it came out several years ago. I thought it was fantastic. Creepy atmosphere and engaging storyline. For Metro Redux, the development team completely rebuilt the game (Metro 2033 and Metro Last Light) to include new content, graphics, and other features. I have played the first few levels of Metro 2033 with a friend and we were both amazed at the quality. He went and bought the game the next day. Now I only have one minor gripe at this time, and it's very minor. I do love how you can now play the game in other languages (Russian, French, Spanish, etc) with English subtitles. I decided to play with Russian language and English subtitles. The main storyline and interaction captures the Russian language with appropriate subtitles, but any background discussions as you walk around your base camp do not show subtitles. So you will walk by people speaking in Russian, and even making remarks to you, but there are no associated subtitles. I might switch back to English (with Russian accents) to get the full effect. Overall, these are two fantastic games and I highly recommend them in the Metro Redux package.

The game keeps me busy, the graphics are good, action constant and keeps changing the events I have to deal with.

Great story that follows the novel it is based on very closely. Also fun first person shooter, well worth the price.

The graphics are on par with the PC version. Great value having both games included with all DLC.
