It seems unthinkable that one would be able to get by without the MS Office/365 suite, and the digital subscription makes it so much easier to maintain. Because I'm a total dinosaur, I still remember having to install this kind of software using discs. I don't use Outlook, don't enjoy it, don't need it for my personal use, but Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are vital. I've had only cursory issues with the digital sub. All in all, keeps hassle out of my way.

Microsoft 365, what was once a onetime purchase no contains an annual fee. What isn't there to love?

Have used Microsoft 365 and its earlier editions for at least a dozen years. I am very happy and comfortable with the ease of usage.

Use Microsoft 365 in the office hence it is virtually a necessity to have this at home also. All the programs integrate seamlessly between each other. Wish they include a link to a better version of "VISIO" for using with Excel.

I don't like that it's not a touch screen. The keyboard is small. But, every else is amazing.

The family version with 5 devices is handy. I had previously purchased the individual version. When my wife purchased a new laptop we purchased the Family version since it covered 5 devices. What a circle jerk I went through trying to stop the auto renew of the individual. In store geek squad could not do it, online geek squad could not do it. Frustrated I gave up and year after year we paid for both. This past year I finally got the personal version cancelled and multiple attempts to have the Philippines Geek Squad install the Family version failed to do it. Finally I got lucky and miraculously was able to install it myself. Several years of frustration and several hundred $s wasted

Renewing every year is probably more costly, but at least we have the most updated throughout the year.

It is amazing. When star to use the programs I see the incredibles options.

I like having the extra space in Onedrive to keep my files, and I have the app on my phone setup to automatically backup my photos to it.

365 renewals keep the Office Suite updated, so I don't have to worry about the software being current Thanks Best Buy, I believe this is the 5th or 6th year for this service!
