    Extraordinary Quality!

In my line of work, I have to create various environments in which different configurations of equipment is required and in many of them, I need a simple, yet effective, keyboard/mouse combo. The Microsoft Wireless All-In-One combo is by far the best compact product on the market. Prior to my purchase, I was using the Logitech K400 wireless combo. The Microsoft combo construction, key layout, and stroke depth is better than the Logitech. If I had to have a single complaint about the Microsoft, it is that I wish there was a way to lock the keyboard into function key mode. All of the function keys have to be accessed via the Fn+FKey combo which is a pain when you are a software developer and need to debug using keyboard shortcuts. Overall, it gets an excellent rating due to the construction and ease of use. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

    Not what I'd hoped for

This keyboard is okay, but it's not what I hoped for. I like the keyboard itself just fine. The keys are well spaced, visually appealing, and responsive. The touchpad is another story entirely. The touchpad is erratic and routinely misreads gestures. The cursor will periodically jump to the bottom of my screen for absolutely no reason. Right clicks and left clicks often get mixed up if you don't click them at their farthest edges (since both right click and left click are the same physical button). I switched to this from a Logitech K400 keyboard. If I could take the keyboard from this device and combine it with the touchpad from the K400, I would have the perfect keyboard. As it stands, neither device really shines.

The quality and materials of Microsoft’s keyboard

The quality and materials of Microsoft’s keyboard are very good, and the wireless distance is enough to move freely in a space of 1,000 square feet. I bought it for Christmas last year and now the battery is more than half.

Excellent little all in one keyboard. I was dumb when I purchased it; really could use a number pad. I like the left side mouse click as well. Very convenient when using the touch pad.

We have this keyboard for a computer in our kitchen area (monitor is wall-mounted, tower hidden). It's kind of a sleek-looking smaller keyboard, which suits us because we didn't want a big clunky keyboard on the peninsula. It's easy to type on, and the keys have a good feel. It has the track pad, which works great, but due to habit, we have a separate mouse that we tend to use. I think this keyboard is a good choice for kitchen, bedroom, living room, etc., basically anywhere a desk isn't.

Perfect keyboard for my home media center

This is the perfect keyboard for my home media center that I have setup. Don't need a mouse (since the trackpad works great), and everything is wireless so I don't have to be near my computer. I have this connected to my Mac Mini and it works great. The response for the keys and trackpad are good (not excellent, but you can't expect too much for the price). Does exactly the job that I need it to do.

Excellent All-in-one wireless keyboard. Having a trackpad is a plus, paired to windows. Able to control the PC that is connected to my TV. A good buy.

Good product. It does what it says it does. I like because it is a keyboard plus built-in mouse. Previous keyboard plus mouse I used with my desktop kept freezing my computer so much so that it was annoying just to put it lightly. I don't have freezing problem with this keyboard. It is wireless and you can place it anywhere for comfort. The pad is tiny but I manage with my big fingers.

This is a great option for a media pc. I like the additional media keys on the left for audio and dedicated right click key for easy highlighting. Only minor quirk is the tiny power switch which I didn't find till a couple days later. Definitely helps with battery life and accidently hitting a key while watching a movie.

    Good Wireless Keyboard

I was able to set up this wireless keyboard in less than a minute with an older dell laptop. The keyboard is light and includes a nano USB adaptor rather than a larger bulkier one, which is a nice feature. The touchpad is very responsive and accurate. The keyboard is responsive as well. I tried a wireless keyboard from Logitech that was $10 cheaper, but I had compatibility issues with it and just stuck with the Microsoft. As I said above, I think it could be a tad cheaper. I paid $39.99, but overall I am happy with it. I would recommend this keyboard. I bought it because my laptop keyboard is damaged.

This keyboard does everything I need it to. The range is good and the keys work well. The touchpad is a little slow/coarse but nothing that causes an issue.

I bought to use on my MS Surface. it was much cheaper that the MS one. And hey it works just as well. Maybe better because it's wireless and doesn't need to attach.

Very happy with my purchase. Compact, light and the wireless range is very good. Recognized by Windows, Android or Linux OSes. It's missing some keys that are found on a standard keyboard but its too be expected. The touchpad can get a little annoying but it generally works well and probably the best option for the living room. I don't see why someone would want to lug around a keyboard and a mouse. A small keyboard with a touchpad is probably your best bet.

I got this keyboard when I picked up my laptop and realized the LCD was cracked. Now I leave my laptop connected to my TV and use it from my couch. This was the perfect solution. The mouse is decent - not the best. The keyboard feels really nice and sits well in your lap. When I power on the keyboard with it's power switch it also wakes my computer which is pretty awesome.

Bought this keyboard to use with my new Samsung Smart TV. Decent quality given the low price; small to fit on coffee table shelf when not using. My only disappointment was the Samsung TV did not recognize the pad as a mouse. Would have been ideal for the TV if that had worked; had to use the arrow keys in place of a mouse.

This is a well constructed keyboard. It is more solid and the keys feel better in their travel than my Logitech wireless keyboard . The only cons I can think of are there is no print screen key and the keys are just a little smaller and closer together than a standard keyboard.
