I figured it was a first gen, maybe a 2nd that had a 3.5mm in it. What to my surprised by a had-to-be-new-open-box-buy or something XBox One S White controller! Bluetooth and all, I was shocked. It has performed fantastically, including with my Chatpad. I see why these ran low so fast, if you get a chance jump on one or more of these. Everything was there, it was recertified (tested) by Geek Squad so I knew it had to be working, and it was. Very impressed and will take advantage of thins like this from Best Buy again!

It's a solid controller, and it looks new. The referb is not noticeable. I do prefer the PS4 controller, but if you need an Xbox one, save a few bucks and get a Geek Squad referb.

This works wirelessly over bluetooth or via USB. So I can use it with my phone, xbox, or laptop. It's white so it's easy to see in the dark. I haven't had any issues at all with battery life either! Great product.

Xbox controllers are the gold standard for PC gaming right now, and it's easy to see why once you start using one. After fussing around with a PS4 controller for a long time trying to get it to work with spotty results, I finally took the plunge on this one. It's not cheap, but buying it refurbished helps take some of the sting out of it. The refurb unit I bought was in perfect shape. It was clean and I've had no issues with it. I would recommend buying some rechargeable batteries or a battery pack to go along with it, though, or you'll be ripping through AA batteries.

FANTASTIC! I have 2 1st Gen controllers, one died and I wasn't looking to keep buying them. I took a shot at this one, even tho it's white, hoping it was fully updated and in decent shape in a bag or something... NEW IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING! Great because I know it's been tested but just like I would've purchased brand new. So if you want a deal for a great wireless controller that has Bluetooth and works on any Win 10 laptop/PC with BT (sweet for Steam!) you found it. I'm seriously thinking another is in my future!

The Xbox Wireless Controller has become the standard for gaming especially on a PC. This white S model pairs easily with a Windows 10 computer via bluetooth connectivity so no additional dongles are needed. Also great if you need to add a P2, P3, or P4 to your existing Xbox One console. Would be nice if they came with rechargeable batteries, but they are fairly cheap. It's also been confirmed that these will be compatible with the Series X console releasing later this year.

While I was wary since this is product is touted as Refurbished, I am pleasantly surprised by the quality! Even if you compare the controller against the new one I received with my console, you cannot see any visible condition issues until you open the battery case. It is only then do you see the difference due to a change in the product sticker. Since this is still a Microsoft product, I would expect the same type of quality, so hopefully it will last just as long.

Read reviews about this controller to make sure i didn't get a beat up used controller, and most people said they received one that seemed brand new. It is possible to receive one that is worse for wear but the one i received seemed brand new, and barely had any use if any. I would recommend getting this, and or exchanging it if you do happen to be unlucky and get a beat up one.

Great controler handles nice. The Bluetooth is an added bonus. I can use it wirelessly with my pc.

I recently bought this controller to go with my PC for gaming, and it feels almost brand new except for the weirdly angled left trigger. Sometimes it gets stuck but I guess that's expected from a refurbished product, which is much cheaper than a brand new one.

I purchased two of these controllers as replacements, and I highly recommend this option if you're in need of a new (to you) controller. Both were in like-new condition, and I have been using both regularly since purchase. With new generation systems on the horizon, save some money while you can on current generation accessories.

Needed an extra controller for my guest to play games together, didn't want to spend over $59 for new one that is not going to be played that much. When arrived, it came with retail box and controller is in like new condition almost new. Thanks Best Buy!!

I purchased this so that I could play a few games on my iPad and Apple TV. Wow, what a difference - so much better than using Apple remote for the  TV. iPad is nice to play on too. Refurbished unit looks brand new - no issues!

Started out great, no issues. It recently started dying faster than normal. This is to be expected though since it was refurbished.

I wanted to replace my older xbox controller, but did not want to spend too much on a brand new controller. I bought this refurbished controlled and it works like new, plus it also looks brand new.

I honestly bought this color of Xbox One controller because of the black & white color combination. It reminded me of a Stormtrooper and I love playing Star Wars Battlefront on it. There is nothing special about this controller, but I love it!

Needed a new Xbox controller at a decent price. What price for a OEM controller. It says refurbished but works just as well as a new controller. Worth the purchase.
