I received the Surface Book 3 in excellent condition. I love this 2-in-1 laptop. It's so fast the resolution of photos and videos is so crisp and colorful when viewed on it. I like its portability and sleek design. I tried editing video on it. Rendering the video was lightning fast! The battery life is phenomenal.

I love my Surface Book 3. Great size and durability. It's a fast, versatile, and reliable device. People have reported nissues with the battery, but I have not had any issues. It lasts me all day with moderate to heavy usage.

This was an upgrade from a Surface Book version 1. I used to buy Macbook Pro's, but I got fed up with the combination of crazy price, out of date hardware and bad design (butterfly keyboard etc). The first surface book wasn't bad. There are some things about Windows 10 that I dislike, but it was fine. The new Surface Book seems to have a lot more power. The graphics are faster and I no longer have to rely on an SD card for extra storage. The design hasn't changed much, but it's still pretty nice. My only complaint is that it does not come with a pen. At this price, it really should be included.

I was very disappointed that the Surface Book no longer comes with Windows Professional. I bought the original Surface Book in 2017, and really didn’t expect Microsoft to sell the newer version with a less robust OS. Other than that, I love the Surface Book and hope to have this one for many years (now that I have upgraded it to Windows Pro).

I don’t really get to buy laptops or keep up to date, so this has been my first laptop that came out the year I bought it. Most of its features are pretty great, the ability to delete old windows updates is useless to regain some memory, and it’s ability to handle computer is also pretty amazing. Another plus is the 2-in-1 feature, in which I can fully detach the screen from the keyboard and treat it like a drawing tablet. Besides these awesome features, one of the downsides I find is the cooling system. It overheats with certain things, though I’m trying not to be overly critical as it’s still summer, and most devices overheat in this weather. Nonetheless, I’d suggest buying a horizontal fan to deal with the heating issue, as the one I bought has kept it it warm or cool.

Hands down one of the best laptops ever! I am currently in school, and this laptop is such a creative work horse when I am completing assignments. I am able to write or type out notes. Also it functions as a stand alone tablet or you can flip the screen around to write better. The versatility of this laptop is amazing. Definitely worth it!

The Surface Book 3 is wonderful laptop. The keyboard is one of the best I've used plus the trackpad is one of the best you'll find outside of the ones on Apple's MacBooks. The 13.5-inch screen is another great highlight. If you need your laptop to convert into a tablet, the Surface Book 3 is as close to true "hybrid heaven,"

I really like this computer...light, versatile, lots of memory, speed is good. The only thing is that it is very sensitive. Curser moves around and things I am writing are lost. I think I just need to get used to it and to Windows 10.

Im a tech fanatic and always love researching for and hope to get something newer. and yet I find myself so satisfied with this 2-in-1 that I cant let it go and have reason enough to trade up. Sure, I rarely detach the screen so an argument can be made that the form factor with the unconventional hinge (and associated gap when closed) is gimmicky/old/unnecesary... but I love it. This cures my need for an Ipad with the magic keyboard or for a large laptop. On the topic of hinges, Ive never had problems with the hinge mechanism and Ive had 2 surface books (The first gen Surface Book I have still runs like new and I still use that as a daily driver without issue). I have an XPS 15 and a Surface Pro 3 and 7 - but this book is what I take with me everywhere. The battery is great, the keyboard, trackpad and screen are just effortlessly pleasing to use. The speakers could be better but they arent bad. Windows Hello/face unlock is preferred. I love this form factor and glad I got one before they replaced it with the Laptop Studio. By comparison, I do like the better speakers and the thunderbolt 4 ports but Im not sure I like that at the expense of no USB-A ports, card reader and Im not as much a fan of the haptic touchpad on the new Studio Laptop. Microsoft has given Windows a viable competitor to Apple with respect to build quality. This Surface Book is beautifully made and while heavy, is super durable/clean looking.
