Great device that works as advertised. I really enjoy how compact it is and how easy you can pack it up for travel. It’s fast and powerful. Handles all of my needs and more. Great when combined with the keyboard for creating documents. Had a surface pro 4 and upgraded to this surface pro 7. Love what the surface family helps me to accomplish.

My first Surface was the Surface 3. It finally died last Fall after five years of daily, heavy use. I never had any issues with it at all until recently. This new Surface works seamlessly. Very easy to navigate, very quick even when I have multiple apps going on at the same time, lightweight, beautiful....I just love it. Highly recommend it!

I have thoroughly enjoyed this computer. It is fast, light and easy to use. Unfortunately, after just four months of use, either the charging cable or computer will not charge. Fortunately, I purchased the extended coverage plan to get it corrected, but still, a product this new should not have problems. Regardless, I hope the issue will be resolved quickly as I have been very happy with the purchase.

Love the size and weight. It is perfect to take anywhere. My only concern is that it is getting hot to touch. I looked at other reviews and having this problem as well. I had a previous Surface pro and it wasn't this hot but the processor was dual core not quad core. Maybe why it is hotter. No problems so far would recommend.

I travel around a lot for my work and had been lugging around a huge Dell Latitude that was continually breaking (metal hinges that freeze up vs. plastic housing...not a good combination). After the third time of the same part breaking, I broke down and went in for a new computer. The Surface Pro 7 is VERY lightweight and easy to transport around. I did purchase a protective case...just in case! The Surface is very quick and easy to use. I had it up and running in less than 15 minutes! I love how I put in my Microsoft and Google passwords and it pulled up my desktop from my old computer and I immediately had access to my files.

I love this computer- I was looking for something that I could use for drawing and for gaming (both as hobbies) and this fits the bill perfectly. I can use the touch screen for art and it runs the games I like to play very smoothly. Plus, it's easy to bring with me!

This device continues to amaze me. I can have multiple Chrome tabs and multiple applications open at once. I was a bit worried about how it would handle Adobe Creative Cloud (I work in social media and content creation) but it handles both Photoshop and Premier like a champ (for basic editing; that's really all I need anyway). I have also used this device for school the last few weeks and makes easy work of the day to day slideshow and document editing as well as Google Meets and Zoom Calls. Really just a great piece of equipment. The touch screen is really nice and responsive and the pen works beautifully in tandem with this device. I can usually get through 2 school days before having to recharge the device (about 6-7 hours of usage on chrome). The battery lasts about one 8-9 hour day while using creative cloud for most of the day.

Microsoft rep was in store to help us with selection. Product is excellent. Powers up in seconds. Uses all the Microsoft software and apps. Nice size. Extremely light weight. This provides great functionality and better portability than a laptop.

This laptop is an amazing 2-in-1. I returned a 2020 MacBook Air to get this and it is way faster and more powerful. Please don’t worry about the 128gb of storage, you can buy a micro SD card dirt cheap and make it hold more than any of the other surface pro models all while you save money. I would recommend this laptop to anyone. I managed to get this device, the type cover, surface pen, arc mouse, surface complete (extended warranty), and windows 10 pro upgrade for about 1,300. Now that is a steal! Disclaimer: any laptop company, no matter the manufacturer will have defects and issues. And Microsoft has even better customer service than Apple. So please disregard all those negative reviews as people tend to mishandle their electronics and blame it on others!

Had previous Surface Pro, light and fast, all are good for business uses, for example, writing note during the meeting then easily follow-up with emails, taking off the keyboard and work in the airplane limited space, watching movies as a pad

Lovely computer. Has lasted me way longer through school. Able to take notes and keep large files. Able to open multiple screens without slowing down.

I was hesitant to get a tablet style because I am so used to traditional laptops, however the Surface is so easy to use and very fast. I love how light it is as well. I would say that the back is very easily scratched, I already have a few small scrapes and I am very gentle with it.

This Surface Pro 7 is great if you want to take your PC on the go, but don't want to lug around a full laptop. I chose this over an iPad Pro because of the price, software availability and processing power. I wanted the iPad for the Procreate app, but then I read about how the Surface can run PC software. It's fully functional and can run Adobe CC apps just like my desktop PC. The Micro SD card reader is a great addition and I like the size of the tablet. I wish there was more than one place to anchor the pen, but it is a strong magnetic connection in the one place and I'm not worried I'll lose the pen if I'm walking around with the tablet. The type cover is great quality and durable, I highly recommend getting the Microsoft one instead of a cheap knock off. I'm very happy with my purchase and SO glad I went with the Surface over the iPad.

Great price and value. Love how light it is compared to the old laptop I was using. Speed of the system is great and was easy to setup and connect to my existing software and subscriptions. Liked it so much got one for my wife as well.

So far, I absolutely love this computer. The versatility of the unit as a tablet or a laptop is great. Light weight and very fast. Great fir my needs. Good deal while part of a package sale, that included the Type cover.

ove this thing. It drives around everywhere with me and allows me to bring a full powered pc and an unlimited whiteboard anywhere I go. When I retreat back to my office I plug it into my monitor and bam, have a full desk experience for crunching out multiple excel documents at once. When i want to critique a piece of work, i whip out my surface pen and turn the device down on its back as if i'm writing on a printed report. This would have saved me 1000s of pages of paper back in the consulting days. It will run nearly any size excel document i throw at it: which is my most strenuous exercise for it. It will multitask all day. Allowing for flawless virtual meetings and presentations. It's light, fits into a neat little carrying case.

Went back and forth between the Surface and a regular laptop. So glad I decided on the Surface. It is light, portable, fast enough for everything I need it to do. It has become my primary computer. That said, I would like another usb port or 2.

This was purchased for personal use. No business. Just pleasure and it is great. It's fast, easy to use, easy to set up. Perfect every day user! I love that the keyboard is detachable and can just be used as a tablet. Would definitely purchase again.

I am very pleased with the Surface Pro 7. I did purchase the keyboard and a micro SD card to expand the memory. If you want just a tablet, there are better options. But, if you want a portable windows computer that you can also use as a tablet this is an excellent choice. It is lightweight and priced less than other laptops in its class. I am not a power user, but do use it for work. I like this product because I could expand the memory. I was also looking at the Surface 3, but it has no SD card slot. The screen is crisp and clear, it boots very quickly and is responsive. The keyboard works very well and for its size is manageable to type. I have not used it for extended periods, so cannot speak to the battery life, but I did purchase a compatible Rav portable power pack from Amazon so I can keep it charged on the go.

Having a laptop in the size and weight of a tablet is the best idea in a long time. I destroyed my previous one at work and I replaced it with another. I didn't even look at the other options because I love how this little machine performs.
