By far this is well worth the money. It has 2tb of storage, and looks amazing. When you power up and power off the console it plays the theme from gears of war. When you eject a game it makes a sound from the locust. It also has gears of war 4 game with the season pass. In my opinion this is a great bundle.

The GOW edition looks great! The fan is a little loud. Almost sounds worn. The startup sounds are a bit corny. Hopefully, they'll release an update to allow this to be turned off or changed to something else. I came from a launch day Xbox One. This one feels faster and looks much better.

This Gears of War collectors edition of the new Xbox One S is not only great looking and very unique, but it is the best dollar for dollar deal for the S (assuming you enjoy GoW). It comes with GoW4 Ultimate, plus Microsoft just texted me free codes for GoW, GoW2, GoW3, and GoW Judgement (all remastered 360 games). The deal for the remastered 360 games was supposed to be just for those that bought the GoW Xbox from the Microsoft Store, so that was a very welcomed surprise. I also got the free Kinect Adapter/Extender, so I could use my original Xbox's Kinect with the new GoW Xbox S. Those 5 free GoW games, the free adapter, plus all the Best Buy Reward Points pretty much covered the cost of my new Xbox S. The GoW controller looks great too. If you love GoW, you shouldn't pass up this deal (of course, I can't guarantee Microsoft will send you the four free GoW 360 game codes too, but I assume enough people must have complained to Microsoft when buying from other vendors like Best Buy).

My son has. Ever played gears of war. I got this because it had a large storage and it was red. My son thinks it is hhd cooloest looking Xbox ever! Super excited and it makes special sounds when you turn it on. Love it The only thing is you don't actually get 2tb. It is 1.5tb.

This is my third Xbox one, and by far the most appealing. The textured of system, the fact I can put it vertical, saves me space. The new controller feels lighter and the ultimate digital copy is definitely a plus. Oh and I can't forget about the 2tb l built in hard drive

Love the amount of storage, the effects, color, and design, but for the amount of money you pay for the item and not receiving a rechargeable controller at the least is a bit of an inconvenience to some and there is no option to change the timeout of the controller so always having to turn the controller on after a few minutes of inactivity is a pain, also the layout of the home screen is a bit of a challenge to navigate at first. Overall the system is awesome, runs great and hasn't presented any major problems in the time i have owned it.

Has cool sound effect when turned on/off. Really looks good in red color! Shows off your entertainment system at home. Has 1 TB hard drive which is awesome! No more attaching portable hard drives. Also has cool scratches on box (shown on you tube using lasers).

Awesome system replaced my original XBOX ONE with this. Needed the larger drive space.(I also attached a 4 TB drive via the USB3 port, works great.) Also love the sound it makes when powering up and down. Like the special controller that comes with it.

Love the new system! Still have my original XboxOne, but soon as this was out I HAD to have it. 2tb HD, ability to play 4K movies was a huge plus. Best tho was the awesome graphics! I've had every GoW system to date and this one is awesome!!!!!

I am a tech/gadget freak at heart, and do a bit of gaming on the side. Which is why when I look at a console/tech purchase, I always look at it from more than one view/dimension. Case in point, when I bought an Xbox One before (1TB Advanced Warfare Edition) I was happy with it...until I somehow bricked my controller during updating it. After buying a second controller and days of researching to bring my dead controller back from the grave I was pretty peeved. Aside from other little quirks I had with it, that really was the last straw for me. I returned it and after time passed the Xbox One S came up. I figured I would give it another go, and this time I haven't been disappointed, especially with the upscaling, 2 TB capacity, and pairing it with my Sony 55 inch 4K TV I recently acquired has been an evolutionary experience.

I enjoy the ultra 4k gaming experience, goes great with my Samsung 4K tv. I love the design and color and the way it sounds when you start it up and power it down. Who can complain about the 2TB memory ,and the controller is amazing.

I've owned every Playstation and Nintendo since conception but this is the first XBox in our home. Bought this for my son's birthday and he's loving it. All his friends are Gears of War fans so this was a home run. The look of it is amazing and I don't know how he'd survive without the 2TB. With 16 games installed, he's only used about 20%. The feel of the XBox One controller is very comfortable and the etching is a great touch. It's compact and looks great in our entertainment center but the best part is the price. At the time of this purchase, the GoW4 Ultimate Edition is just about $100 alone so this system is the typical price but with an awesome design.

This is one of the few XBox One's that have 2TB storage. The red looks incredible and I love the sound it makes when you power it on and off. Great for watching 4K movies as well!

I have an Xbox One Elite 1Tb it was a big upgrade for me to get the 2 Tb and the UHD/4k seeing as how i got a brand new 4K Tv for cristmas. Great console fast and looks amazing.

Great package for the hardcore gamer! Amazing design on the outer console that matches it controller. Themed after the new Gears of War 4. Even plays sounds from the game when turned on and off. System includes a digital code of Gears of War 4 Ultimate edition with all the bonuses including all 4 classic games, Bonus DLC and Gears packs. Plus the digital code also carries over and plays the game on PC too! 2TB hard drive will last you sometime especially if your a hardcore gamer and also includes 4K Blu Ray support if you own a 4K HDTV. Great system to start with! Probably the best on the market as I wrote this review!

2T hard drive to store more games. Runs faster and quieter than original models. Cool nerdy gears sounds when powering on and off. Only complaint is no mic.

This console is beautiful. The etchings in it make it the most unique Xbox I've ever seen. I have it hooked up to a Samsung JU7100 and the 4k picture is beautiful. I haven't played/watching anything in HDR yet, so I can't comment on that, but I'm looking forward to it (for anyone wondering, the JU7100 seems to be HDR capable. All display options on the Xbox have green check marks and Netflix shows appear with the HDR logo. Just make sure you enable UHD colors for whichever HDMI port you have it plugged into. I also recommend using 10-bit colors instead of 8-bit, which is the default). It's also a bit quicker, which is very nice. My only real complaint is the custom sounds. The startup and shutdown sounds are a bit long and corny to me (they're like, horns). If it were a short lancer chainsaw revving or something I think that would have been cool, but right now I'm missing the regular chimes. Oh well. Another con (but less bothersome) is the length of the power cord. It's awesome not having the power brick, but the cord is much shorter than the regular Xbox One, so I'm going to have to get an extension cord. And just a note to anyone with a kinect, Microsoft pulled an Apple. You're going to have to buy a $40 adapter to plug in into the Xbox One S.

This system is awesome. the red gears of war design is outstanding and it even has a cool start up and shutdown gears theme music. the controller is awesome and red as well. For the price you save yourself some money getting the ultimate edition of the game. i don't use the stand but its a cool bonus if that's your kind of thing. my only gripe with this package is that i really wish that it came with a charge and play. no one likes to use batteries to play but at least those were included. Overall, it's exactly what any fan would want and i love it
