I really like the finished product. It looks just like the picture. With that said, you really need to have a picture in front of you because the directions are misleading. The step to assemble the keyboard and mouse board is a case in point. The directions clearly show a reverse or underneath view for assembly for these components. This makes perfect sense because the mounting brackets and hardware are on the underside. However the directions show the mouse board placed to the right of the keyboard. However this does not work when it’s right side up because the mouse board was on my left. I had to disassemble these two components and put the mouse board to the left of the keyboard (while on the underside) so that when everything was right side up the mouse board was on the right since I’m right handed. If you’re left handed, continue with the directions and make no changes.

I bought this for working at home. It works perfectly! I don't use the extra shelf on the bottom as I just have a laptop and it just was in the way. I love how it is adjustable though I do wish it was a little taller. Still serves it's purpose very well. And it has held up. I use this every day since I bought it a couple years ago.

The two tier Mind Reader table was cheaper in another place but I didn't want to wait the long weeks for shipping with the shipping issues going on at this time. I felt that Best Buy would get it to me sooner. It arrived 12/7 Tuesday, a tad bit earlier than estimated. The parts were all there including a small phillips screwdriver and a wrench for assembly. I used my own larger size screwdriver for the job. It has an illustrated instruction sheet that's fairly clear but I must think backwards because I still managed to attach the table tops to the legs all in reverse of the instructions. HOWEVER, since I intend to use the mouse slant board as a copy stand, not for a mouse, the error assembling it works fine with the mouse board to the left. I clip the pages to the slant board so they won't slide off while transcribing. The black plastic insert for the slot in one of the panels was very hard to insert (cellphone charge cords feed through it). The way I assembled the table the tray is in the center of the table not at the back. I have a LED lamp cord feeding through the slot and the lamp is clamped to the table. I didn't attach the "host shelf" because the table is more compact without it. I'll be using the table for a Chromebook anyway not a computer that sits below the desk. The plastic casters don't roll real smoothly but they do roll or atleast slide on the linoleum where the table is located. I have hand disabilities so assembly was challenging, but if I can do it, it should be no problem for someone with normal hands. It's a nifty little workspace.

Relatively sturdy- but adjustment isn't the easiest. I'd say this is for people who want to adjust from standing to sitting day by day, not hour by hour.

Was able to put it together following the instructions that came with this rolling computer desk. Also I was able to put my computer and other stuff needed for the computer there was plenty of room in this desk to use.

    Cheap desk beware

This is a cheap desk. It seems efficient, but only lasted 6 months. Once I put it in the standing position and tried to reset, one of the screws refused to secure it. It can't even go back to its original sitting position. Super useless. Would not recommend.

I returned. Due to screws and legs dimensions not exactly as listed. The wheels didn't move particularly well.

The appearance is good, but it is not holding in positions, the mechanism used to hold up in positions is very cheap, and in practical it is not holding itself, even with placing a book on the table. Main purpose of Buying is to work with various heights, but this does not work.

Great contemporary desk. I use a 25 key midi keyboard that fits perfectly on the lower shelf. And a laptop and interface sits well on top shelf.

This desk was somewhat inexpensive, yes, so my expectations were not super high to begin with. Upon unpackaging, it was determined that it was missing a screw for assembly. These are specific screws, so we had to make a trip to the hardware store to retrieve one in order to assemble. Secondly, the paper directions were very odd, displaying diagrams that almost seemed backwards. They did not match any configurations of the photos which showed a more functional space. After several times changing bars around and fumbling with it, I just stood back in amazement, staring at it. The plastic coating was covered with fingerprints and the desk is just so cheaply made. Long story short, there is a good chance that I may return this item ...
