A little smaller than I expected, but works well. Very sturdy construction and grips are solid. My dog tried to chew on it and she decided it did not taste very good, so only four stars.

Wasn't a good purchase for Me only because I bought for therapy due to injury. Found it smaller in size than I needed. Also important to note it is extremely slippery even when wearing shoes. It appears to be made very well just wasn't for me for my purpose. Great concept though.

Love working out to get balanced. It is a bit flimsy. Not recommend for taller person or over 120 body weight. Great for petite person.

The size is small, but works well for me. If you are above 5'6-5-9', I don't think this item would be worth the money.

Designed so angle is about 20 degree tilt And you slide off disk at full tilt. That's with running tennis shoes in excellent shape.
