Great game for granddaughters. Explore the open world. Very good price on sale.

1st person platforming basically, but better now with the 2nd game!

This game is a cult-classic. Beloved from the previous video game system generation, there were high hopes for this update. While it's visually stunning and there's a lot to love in the gameplay, it's not perfect. The open world doesn't work as well as one would like and some of the missions aren't all that great. That being said, it's still a worthy purchase (at a discounted price.) And there's still a bunch to love. Give it a try.

This is a great game and a breath of fresh air from the typical FPS. I loved the first Mirror's Edge, but found the gun play clunky. This removes the guns and switches to a simple fighting mechanic. My only complaint with the game is in regards to its open-worldness. Sometimes it can be a bit frustrating to figure out how to progress the story, but this is a minor annoyance in an otherwise GREAT game.

Game is pretty good, actually, and it was on sale, so grate buy!

I loved the original game. It was under-appreciated and had great heart. This game continues the fun that was started in the first game, but the story is pretty shotty. If you really want this game then get it for the mechanics and free-running, but if you're getting it for the story then you'll be disappointed.

Running and jumping over and over again. Not much replay value unless you enjoy running and jumping to climb a leaderboard which yields no rewards. Story was boring. Visually gorgeous and breathtaking. I loved the first, nostalgia got me through this one.

And once you can focus on that, Mirror's Edge Catalyst is a flawed, but often great breath of something different and exciting in an open-world landscape full of the same old thing. This game is amazing, I loved the graphics that were used. It has a great story line, a lot of action and I enjoyed it a lot. Make sure to check it out if you haven't already.

I liked this since it was pretty much like the original (which was a breath of fresh air when it came out years ago). Kind of seems that it took longer than it should for the sequel to come out which I think why the game's hype died down real quick. Saw that it was on clearance and picked it up. Late to the party, but it's all good.

Great controls, great graphics. Good storyline, but didn't care for the ending.

I loved the first game in this series. This one has a more free-roaming aspect than the last one did that allows you to choose which challenges you want to take on. The visuals are really great and give you a sense of really being in the main character's shoes while running around on the rooftops of a city.

Explore the massive, beautiful City of Glass from its rooftops. Run, jump, slide, and zip line all over the city to complete missions in this first person action adventure with its strong female lead.

The graphics are amazing. The missions are awesome. You get to create your own missions. It has some fighting but it is nice to play a game that isn't all about the fighting. It really sucks you in.

It's fun, I'm loving it, just not captured by plot. Very fun otherwise.

I enjoyed the single player games. Not better then the first one thou.

Mirror's Edge Catalyst is a direct sequel to the 2009 EA/Dice game Mirror's Edge. The first game was incredibly smooth and innovative, and while Catalyst is an overall enjoyable game, it feels like somewhat of a disappointment after what the first game accomplished. Still for the price, it's well worth playing.
