This product is a knock off of Micro Soft Word and Excel that does not work together. Data from the spread sheet will not merge on the document.

I requested to purchase Microsoft 365. The on-line rep. incorrectly led me to purchase (OfficeSuite-Mobi-System Model OHB). I questioned the rating and she assured me that I was purchasing Microsoft 365. After my purchase, I asked to be connected with the Geek Squad. This rep. told me the previous rep. was incorrect & walked me through the purchase of Microsoft 365. I have made many attempts to have the incorrect charge of 108.05 credited to my credit card.
