I like their warranty with the total membership. There is a deductible though, which I didn’t know until I had to use it.

The membership price can vary, but I've gotten my money back several times with computer repairs (new battery) etc. Perks are not overly motivating but you do get updates on early sales,etc. if that's your thing. Return policies and early shopper discounts I have used.

I will only buy from bestbuy they have been with my family through it all !! Not one problem they didn’t fix !!

I love that ican bring any of my electronics in for diagnostic and etc. The Geeks there explains it to me throughly before I leave.

Price vs quality is well worth it. One of the best TV’s I have bought and very happy with it. I bought it for an apartment I have out of state. The quality is just as good as a very expensive model I bought for my home. I highly recommend it.

Worth the yearly money for the warranty. My gaming pc was free for them to go through and figure out was wrong with out the warranty it would of been $258

this is the 3rd time in a few years I've had service done with BB Geek Squad. When I bought a computer system, I had my old hard drive cleaned off; then when my husband passed I got this faily new computer and had mine cleared once again, then a few years later it started slowing up and would not download correctly. Each time they services my computer things rang smoothly. I will always take it to the BB Geek Squad should anything happen.

I am glad that I have purchased the protection plan. It protects everything that I have purchased in Best Buy is the only place to purchase all of my products and I am glad I have done so because I have had to utilize it and didn’t have a problem.

I had a. Issue with the setting on the tv. I called and got a knowledgeable representative who was able to walk my husband through the process. He is not very tech savvy so that says a lot. The technician was very patient!

I purchased the protection plan, because accidents happen, and when they happen you need protection.

Love this! Getting the membership was cheaper than buying separate plans, and the protection comes included. We upgraded our whole home with new appliances, so having this coverage gives us so much peace of mind. Definitely worth it!
