    As always, I got excellent service from the Geek Squad Team at the Best-buy store in Sterling VA , especially Bob, when I took my computer there for both hardware and software diagnostics. The work was done within 24 hours, and my computer performance has significantly improved. Bob was very professional, and carefully and cleared explained the issue, and how the problem was resolved. Keep up the excellent service, Bob.

    The price of this hurt my soul a little to purchase however I had bought two cheap ones that malfunctioned almost immediately upon purchase. Sturdy. This thing is heavy and well made. Never have a connection issues and charges my phone, AirPods and Apple Watch concurrently. This has been 100% consistent with zero faults. I have no regrets in this purchase. Love this thing.

    product is great. zero complaints. i hate writing reviews, i hate giving up my email address to big brother. all that said, i would recommend buying this. and so you know i am not propaganda - the energizer battery pack is terrible, do not buy.

    The telescopimg height changer was the big sell point for me… only issue ive had is with the headphone charger but im not sure if its the AirPods headphone case or the charger causing the issue. Both my watch and iPhone automatically turn on displays for time and what not
