Been using Mofy cases since the iPhone five. Very durable and the battery pack is very efficient. The lifetime warranty is great I have had a battery pack fail and just paid five dollars for the shipping for a new one. I also dropped my phone many times from Heights of 10-30 feet with no damage to the phone and minimal damage to the case, like small dings and scratches.

I’ve been using Mophie cases since iPhone 4. This one has been my favorite, as it functions as a Qi charger as opposed to routing the power through the lightning port like the older models did. I play Pokémon Go all day and this is a MUST HAVE. I no longer have to carry around a brick to stay topped off, and can generally make it through the entire day without plugging in (I grind hard on those Pokémon.) That being said, it is a bit bulky for a case, but no more so than previous models. It just takes some getting used to the heft if you’ve never used one before. Otherwise, stellar product from a consistently stellar brand.

I liked it for the most part. It only would recharge the phone once. And it charged the phone slowly. I decided to just stick to my portable power pack. I can charge my phone multiple times with it. And it charges it fast. I ended taking this case back for this reason. It’s not really worth it. The iPhone 11 Pro Max already has good battery life. And like I said the case only recharges the phone once before going dead.

It’s had a nice design and feels good in hand but the charging part is bad in my opinion not sure if it’s just mine or not my phone can be on 80% and I turn it on and it will charge my phone only 10% and the pack is all out of juice and do not use it and play a game your phone will overheat from it getting too hot

Ok little expensive. Not able to put a pop socket on the case. If you do the wireless charger won’t work.

Finally a case that has the port open! Gets hot when you charge it tho

Some of the things that are; wireless charging, type c connector. Gives you a few more hours of use to help you get through the day. The bad: bulky... returned because of how much bulk it adds

I like the ability to have a little extra battery life, but the case makes the phone a bit heavy. If you can get past that, then it'll be great for you.

If you travel a lot and are always looking for that coveted place to charge your phone you need this case. It’ll recharge your phone back to 100%. Case is sturdy as well and has taken a beating. This is my 3rd phone with a Mophie Case

Droppped my phone and it still broke. It is not a protective case. It’s great if you forget to charge and need an extra 25% until you get to an outlet. Warning....it gets hot when using case to charge overnight. Do not put under your pillow!

Very useful to add to time you can use your phone “untethered”. Very simple to use, moderately protective phone case. A short learning curve to understand how much charge is left. You have to remember to be sure it is in charge mode for phone.

This case looks nice but that’s all the good I can say. The battery doesn’t last long on it. It’s slow to charge the phone. It will not fit in smaller more streamlined holders and it’s very heavy for what it is. One would be better off buying an external battery that would be more universal for all devices.

Nice for battery life but be mindful the case uses USB C while the phone itself uses lightning connection so you will need 2 charging cables. Saving grace for this is the wireless charging function

I’ve always used battery cases on my iPhones including Apple cases and Mophie. This case feels sturdy but feels as if will slip off your hand due to the texture. The Apple cases have that coating on them which makes them somewhat slip resistant. You have to hold the power button down longer than expected to get it activated sometimes even twice. Still not a bad case for the price and utility of it. If you like Mophie cases buy it otherwise wait for Apple to come out with their version for the 11 pro max.

I like it, I bought for iPhone 11 Max but feel like the phone already has great battery life. This is a good "just in case" backup!

This cover keeps the 11 Pro Max safe and powered up A bit bulky but trade that for 3-4 days of Battery Life. Good Product!

Great charger and super durable case. I get well over a day battery use with this.

My Mophie case is awesome for that extra battery power when you need it the most. The extra power goes a long way when you play games, stream music or watch videos on your iPhone. This is what I consider a necessity for anyone with an iPhone, and Mophie is the best of all battery cases out there.

I love the morphine juice packs but this one doesn’t charge your phone automatically like the other you have to push and hold the back button for what seems like 5 minutes probably 45 seconds.

I have an iPhone 11 Max Pro 256 and It doesn’t charge my phone entirely but it comes close. The coolest feature about it though is that it allows you to charge your phone with a USB C style charger as well as the standard lightning which is super convenient. If your like me and have other devices on USB C you’ll love it.
