    Was fine...at first

    Was great at first but it has already cracked and it was purchased less than 4 months ago. Have always bought plantronics and each earpiece usually lasted a good number of years. This is the first that cracked after 4 months (and in the past it was the earloop that went).

    I have had this earpiece for 6 months now, and although it started off working fine, it is malfunctioning now. It has never been comfortable in my ear, but because I didn't use it for long periods of time, I disregarded it. But what I cannot disregard, is that callers not being able to hear me. When they can hear me, they say that I sound like I'm far away from the phone or that I'm whispering. The other problem that I'm having is that many times, the device will not connect for incoming calls, and I have to turn it off and on, a couple of times before it will connect. According to the Best Buy agent I chatted with, it is still under manufacturer's warranty, but I no longer have the packaging. Hopefully, since I bought the 2-year protection plan, I will have no problems replacing it.

    Two months later works when it wants to. Doesn't tell you battery life till its dead.
