The case’s overall look is fine but I’m not sure if it’s only me or Bestbuy or even from Mous. I received the case today and tried it on my phone. I noticed there’s a gap on the top of the phone which shouldn’t be like that. It’s probably a minor issue but by the time, the dust will eventually get inside, and another annoying problem created.

It’s an great case with a high price tag. Mine came with a small defect, my top edge part of the case seems bent outward a bit and left a small gap for debris to trap inside. Other than that, it’s a excellent case, very slim and low profile, fit very snug without any lossless feeling. I will highly recommend it to friends and family.

It seems like a well made case but it has no texture to the back of the case so it's slippery. I didn't like it so I returned the case. I ended up with an otterbox case

I had the last version of Mous case on my old IPhone XR for years and dropped it a lot. Never had an issue with it. They have improved the new case to even have a felt lining inside to protect your phone even more. Fits very tight.Great product!

I really like this case. It doesn’t work so well when it comes to using it with any other wireless charger. The magnets on the case don’t work well with other wireless chargers.

I think this is the best overall case for iPhone, the only problem I’ve had so far is that the case gets some fingerprints on the back.

The MOUS case was nice I just wasn't a fan of it. I didn't like the way it felt in my hand. It just felt like the sides of it were raised from the back and wasn't comfortable in my hand. I was really hoping to like this case as I have seen so many videos on how good of protection it provides.

Great looking case, one of the best looking out there. Felt like it could take a drop and your phone would be protected, as well. I returned it because the sides of the case were slick and I like a grippy feel on the sides.

Not only would I recommend this phone case to anyone looking to protect their $1,000 investment, but I have personally used them to protect mine since the iPhone X.
