I bought it for $1250 on discount, and for the price back when I bought it, it was a snag. It comes with an I7-13700F, and a 4060 TI 8GB gpu. I average 300+ frames on every game 1080p.

Super value and quality , fast , smooth and quiet.

I got the pc and it worked fine the first day. Second day it wouldnt boot up and kept power cycling to the point i have to hard shut it off. Day 3 it now wont read my brand new monitors, and the screen flashes green on both monitors, has large grey blocks all over the screen, and the pc locks completely up. Now the pc wont even work. Had it for 3 days, and had nothjng but problems.

I bought this PC mainly to play games but also to edit some videos. If you plan to play games at 1440p or less, this PC is a great purchase. I’ve played a variety of games both old and new, and they’ve all ran great. This PC doesn’t overheat like other pre-builds on this website which is another plus. If you plan on video editing, I would recommend a slightly more powerful system.

I am about 3 weeks in. This is a fantastic desktop. It has handled gaming on max settings using a dual monitor setup and a lightning-fast startup. The delivery was great as well. I was able to track the package through Best Buy's app and everything was in great condition when I received it. I am happy with the purchase.

Not sure if i should return this whole thing, the specs say the GPU is an RTX 4060 Ti at 12 gigs of memory and upon opening the case i have the 8 gig version...it was 100 less for the 8 gig version on best buy...smeagle

My pc did not come with a aio and it came with a keyboard and mouse

As I stated in the title, this PC may be a great deal, but there is an important consideration you may not be factoring in. When I received this PC, I followed the instructions and removed the tempered glass side panel to access the interior, where packing foam needed to be removed. While I was holding the panel, it exploded in my face without warning or being impacted. Now before you blame the user, Google search "MSI Aegis Broken Glass" and see that this is a known issue with this case. Since I just received the PC, I contacted Best Buy support. Here is where my real troubles began. Over the course of the next two days, I engaged in a protracted exchange with support trying to get my order returned, replaced, and to me expeditiously. I spent 4 hours with support after they dropped my replacement order, forced me to re-order the product, and negotiate over expedited delivery (which they ultimately refused to give me). My new order will now take twice as long to reach me as my original did, and I wasted so much time dealing with the least helpful customer support team I've ever encountered. This is a great deal, but please consider buying it elsewhere, because if you need support, you will not find it here. I've never had this experience with Amazon or Newegg and you can find equally good deals there. People have been seriously hurt by this tempered glass situation, and I'm quite fortunate I wasn't.

got it on tuesday decemeber 26 and so far its been a blast using this pc, ive had no problems running every game.

Arrived well, Decent packaging and was very impressed with the build.
