AVOID! Purchased 10/19 and received on 10/21. (Shipping was fantastic.) Had to wait for additional cables to deliver, so I was not able to pull it out of the box until 10/25. At first everything seemed to be going well. Started setting everything up and installing programs/games. All of a sudden, PC powered off. Attempted rebooting, but graphics card would not power on. Could hear it trying to power on, but nothing. From what I'm seeing, the GTX 1660 Super requires at least 430-450W power supply...Keep in mind that this is for the graphics card alone... This PC only has a 350W power supply. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor quality, MSI. Returned ASAP on 10/25.

It sucks. Kept shutting down and purple spots on monitor. Tried 3 different monitors still the same things.

Product arrived with a loose fan and a poorly installed graphics card. Had to return it after a week of not being able to make it run. I’m sure it’s a one-off, but they rushed this thing together and it showed.

When I received this computer started the setup on it nothing happened, I could see the hard drive hitting but nothing was working so I suspect video card was not connected properly. While packing up the computer to return it could hear something rattling in the case. I had waited a week for this computer but returned it and immediately ordered a Lenovo unfortunately I had needed a computer sooner but this turned into a 2 week process to get a working computer. Really disappointed in the MSI even though I have three others this one has made me wonder about the quality.

Pc is great but the ram wasn’t placed in correctly

For my experience the pc has perfeclty worked fine (been owning this product for more than 3 months) i havent had problems so far. I would recomend getting this pc

10/10 awesome rig, replaced my old prebuilt desktop from another brand that came with the gpu loose and I had to reseat it. Only had it for a few yrs but it runs out and the fans are noisy. It was basically a heater in my room so my buddy recommended MSI for the cooling systems. Silent, no heat, no slowing of frames issues with great gaming sessions. Definitely an upgrade.

Had this pc for about 8 months now an i have not had any issues with it, runs every game i have tried on it, all in all its great buy!

Great rig, MSI put a lot into a small package. HDMI works better than the display port cable that comes with it otherwise it can glitch. But beyond that, the PC itself works nicely.

Runs smooth. Solid amount of ram. You can’t see in the pc. I can finally run games at ultra settings

Small size but is more than enough for all the games I play. I love BR games and Mobas. I stream on Twitch and this system is able to handle everything i have thrown at it so far. Would recommend!

Stopped working after 6 months, doesnt power on. I would advise anyone trying to buy it to stay away and look smwhere else.
