Awesome laptop! Went in for a completely different laptop which i thought was the perfect match for me. After talking to Milton, i ended up with this laptop which actually IS perfect for my needs. Couldnt be happier.

I’ve had the pleasure of using this laptop for the last two years, and I can say that it is still in tiptop shape. Now the only thing that I don’t like the fact that the battery life sucks it is horrible so you definitely want to keep it in a cooler environment when you’re playing it because that battery life will drop really fast. Now other than that you will have the time of your life I currently do not own a gaming console, but I have been able to play some of the games for both my Xbox and my PlayStation days to steam. Yes, you are definitely able to play some hard-core games on this like Elden ring GTA five Spider-Man I did download Warzone but it’s froze on me so I didn’t play anymore but other than that GTA has a very large file Spider-Man not too much Elden ring up there. Gears of war definitely up there, but I can definitely hold its own. Outside of that I haven’t really had any problems. My laptop still works perfectly as if it was brand new hardly any finger print on my overall computer by the performance has never stop. One thing I like about it is the fact that whenever you play it at least for me whenever I’m on it I get lost I’ll be on the alpha let’s say 1 to 2 hours and it will end up turning into like 10 or 12 hours because I’m just on it. Overall this laptop is definitely worth a buy. If the battery life is better, it would be tremendously overpowered, but as I said, keep it in a cool condition area don’t let it overheat. Last thing I would definitely want to say is with the gaming sometimes when you try to play a game to steam people update your games so when you’re playing on the laptop, if you click into the GeForce icon because there is an icon that is on that within the laptop anytime they update the graphics card you can manually upgrade it and keep your graphics card up-to-date without having to buy a new one that allows you to still play games and things like that I feel that is 100% one of the best features because that saves a lot of time and a lot of money and you can still play your games because like I said, if you’re playing games through the steam account like I do those games on steam are updated usually every week so to keep playing with them and to keep everything updated within your laptop you have to keep upgrading your graphics card and every time there’s a new feature that’s downloadable you can download it for free, and then your golden

The hardware itself is great, but work requires Windows 11Pro, which this should've had, but instead came with Home. I waited a week for delivery because Pro wasn't available in store, but could've purchased a good "Home" PC & upgraded to Pro same day without multiple IT calls for work setup. Not to mention the extra cost of upgrading. Again, no complaints on the PC itself, just BB's practices.
