    I Tried Many OLED’s…

this thing is incredible for the price. I went on a hunt for the best OLED for my desk and I tried the Alienware 34” UW, a LG B4 48”, and a 42” S90D, all were too big or had nitpicky things I didnt like.. (green tint on whites, orangy reds, text looks bad) and I’m stopping at the MSI! Out of the box color is accurate and rich, with a quick driver update and some minor tweaking in the settings im BLOWN away. My games look life like and a whole new world of fidelity in the sharp 4k resolution and PPI is much better than what I had been trying. If youve been eyeballing a OLED panel this is a great contender for Gaming and Productivty thanks to the OLED care suite on this monitor. Only downside with a QD OLED like this is in bright rooms (daylight, direct ambient light on screen) you do lose some of your inky blacks so make sure you can draw the shades when needed. No other complaints from me, QD is the future of OLED and I’m glad I went with this guy.

What a fantastic deal! Where most QD-OLED monitors exceed $1000 (up to $1500!), MSI has created an affordable option for those of us who don't need all the bells and whistles and are just looking for pure QD-OLED performance. The picture quality is outstanding, response times are instantaneous, and the 165Hz refresh rate is more than enough for 4K gaming. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a QD-OLED without breaking the bank, especially if you can get it on sale!

Almost perfect for what I wanted

I was looking for a monitor that I could use both for PS5 as well as a secondary PC monitor to my ultrawide OLED. I only needed it to be at least 120 hz for PS5, I didn't want a curve, and I didn't need it to have speakers or smart TV features. This monitor checked all those boxes and was a little cheaper because of those things not being included and it being 165 hz. I have been testing it for a couple days and so far I really like it once I figured out how to dial in the image settings to best match my other OLED. It is not as bright as my Alienware OLED but that's fine with me because I mostly play in a dark room. The only reason I knocked a star off is because at one point while in the middle of my game, I got a pop up message on screen asking if I wanted to do the OLED care pixel refresh. I have the setting on 16 hours for this in the menu and I hadn't even gamed on this thing for more than 5 hours total and I got that message so I don't get it. There is no information on MSI's web site about how this setting even works. I looked around online and people said I shouldn't even see that message anymore going forward because it should do everything it needs to do for OLED care while in standby. That's what my Alienware OLED does so this thing better be like that as well or I would need to return it. I don't want to deal with a pop up message while in the middle of playing a game or watching a movie. If I can figure out how to not deal with the OLED care while in the middle of use then I will consider this a great purchase for the price and it goes on sale sometimes for around 700 which is a great deal for a 32 inch OLED.

I tried a lot of IPS monitors before giving QD-OLED a try, and I really don't think anyone who gets this monitor will regret it. This is the cheapest way to get the best possible picture for your gaming needs. I thought the LG GR93U IPS monitor I was using had great colors, but the IPS glow was too much. Switched to this monitor and I've been blown away by the colors and contrast. It's really that good. It will make you want to re-play all of your favorite games over again. Don't think, just buy.

This monitor works great for gaming and movies. It gets plenty bright as well. The photos I took with the iPhone 13 don’t do it justice at all.

I did not like this panel, from its over saturated colors, to weird game visuals this monitor was a disappointment from the beginning. Then i found out i couldnt even update the firmware. And that was what did it. Yes it has a beautiful picture but the colors are way off and i hate how some of the color profiles actually raised the black levels against the white and it gives it like a floating island affect with your menus. Its not worth it to get this monitor. Jus spend the little more and get MSI 321URX or the Asus Rog swift. The top of the top when it comes to monitors rn heading in to 2025.

    Pixel Perfect

As the title implies, you literally receive pixel perfect, "infinite", contrast. All 8.3 million pixels on this display turn on and off, individually; as is the nature of OLED. To say this is a great benefit to your viewing experience would lying, horribly, it's much more positively impactful than that. I have plenty of high quality IPS monitors and I've had some "nice" VAs as well. This is my first OLED MONITOR however. Already witnessing what this technology can do for my living room, I felt I needed the same luxuries for my eyeball's while using my PC. I was right, and I was rightfully rewarded. This specific display is (MSI - MAG321UP 32" QD-OLED), is absolutely brilliant. Why? Peak brightness of its white are very good when viewing HDR content, such as media and games. Overall color brightness is also Outstanding. This makes 2D images POP and leaves them looking "near real", appearing to have an almost 3D effect. The 165Hz refresh rate is more than adequate for my 7950X3D, 7900 XTX, 64GB DDR5-6000 CL30, etc. setup. I often run games between 80-130ish FPS at native res, "real" 4k at max settings and the experience is simply breathtaking. The superb motion clarity, insane contrast and color volume just PUNCH YOU IN THE FACE with gaming and media content. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this monitor for the purpose of Gaming. *Caveat, if you play RTS games or others that feature long play sessions, while also sporting HUDs/GUI's that are Always Present / persistent while playing, I wouldn't Not buy this monitor (bc those games will also look Glorious), but I Would strongly consider purchasing the extended/supplemental Best Buy/Geek Squad warranty. As far as my "OLED concerns" go: The "Glare" of its glossy coating hasn't negatively effective my viewing and I have lighting right above and in front of it that generally on. The "raised black levels when ambient light is high" issue, also has not been witnessed as such with my eyeballs. There IS Some "Bounce" of light off the screen; as it is indeed glossy, but for me the coating of anti-reflective magic that they've used here has proven most sufficient. It's as clear with text as any of my high-res IPS displays. My concerns with "OLED Burn-in", have yet to be seen; pun intended. Tbh, idk if it ever will burn-in with the way I take care of it. My advice is the same with this and Everything else in your life; treat your things well and they'll usually stay in the condition you prefer for an extended period of time. Ime, this is largely the determinant of how well or poorly things in general will "age". In this case, I'd recommend using the anti burn-in features this monitor comes with and any other precautions you deem necessary. Basically, KNOW this is an OLED and act accordingly ;) Overall, I would recommend this monitor to anyone looking to play games or consume any other multi media on their computer. Buy This monitor immediately if it's in the budget. I think you'll be very glad you did *I am particularly sensitive to blue light and PVM and have enjoyed using this monitor Comfortably for long periods of time. Of course, your mileage may vary.

This monitor is amazing and for the price it’s a great deal. If you’re looking to play mostly single player games this is the monitor for you since most AAA single player games can’t hit 165 frames anyway. You might have to calibrate the monitor slightly out of the box, but its very easy to do that. This monitor gets firmware updates as well.

Outstanding picture, no damaged pixels, built solid, convenient design, easy on-screen interface, and they actually put thought into the box -- the monitor doesn't have to be slid out from the top, the side, etc., the box opens like a monitor box should. Overall a solid 5. I recommend this monitor!

Once you go OLED it is difficult to go back to other regular panels. This monitor is bright and vibrant and once dialed on the settings, you wouldn't think an OLED could look any better. It has all the necessary things for a great monitor. No RGB lights at the back, and no speakers. Even has included software to essentially be cheating in games from being able to see in darker areas to which a game restricts you to get it brighter and having crosshairs that have monitore the ability to zoom in. Making certain weapons become a sniper with no scopes at all. Biggest plus is that it has all the software protection/ prevention and Warranty that covers for Burn-in which OLED are known to have issues of. The only thing that would put off certain people would be that it is not Energy Star Certified and the price.

Amazing monitor for the price. Only losing out on 240hz as far as i know vs the more expensive URX model. A small concession IMO especially when considering that at 4k, even the RTX4090 will struggle to get the most demanding games with all effects past 60 fps.

A Noticeable Upgrade: From IPS to QD-OLED

I’m not an FPS gamer, and I find 165Hz more than enough for my needs, so among MSI’s monitors, I chose this one. Switching from an IPS monitor to the QD-OLED, the difference in picture quality is immediately noticeable. Colors are much richer and more vibrant. Details in dark scenes are clearer without the usual glow or halo effect from IPS panels. Motion feels smoother with minimal ghosting, making fast-paced visuals look more fluid. HDR performance is also a big step up, bringing out highlights and subtle details more naturally. Overall, the display just feels more immersive compared to my previous monitor.

Probably one of the most afforable yet beautiful 4k OLED monitors out there. Yes, it only does 165hz, but I personally cannot tell a difference between 240hz and 165hz. Would definetly recommend if you're looking for a budget friendly 4k OLED.

Positives? Plenty. Negatives? None that I can tell. Before this, I was using an LG 1440p monitor, which was not perfect but pretty excellent. I've been on the fence about switching from an IPS to an OLED, and the price and features of this made me pull the trigger. That said, I was filled with buyer remorse until I hooked this up and was immediately blown away. By the color, the clarity, the crispness, the deep inky blacks. All of it. One word: fantastic. Worth the price.

I bought this monitor to replace the Hisense U7K I'd purchased a year ago that had bad grey uniformity issues and very noticeable "dirty screen effect." So far, this is without a doubt the best monitor I've ever owned. The picture is crystal clear and the out of the box color accuracy is impressive. I'll update my review if any issues arise but as of now I am more than happy with this purchase.
