Like most I have been stuck at home during the covid 19 lockdown. Looking for something to do I decided to see what I could put together for a decent price that I could dedicate for working on my 3D printing and modeling design projects in Fusion360 . I chose the i5 processor and MSI motherboard as I felt it would meet the demands of the tools required for this work. So far I am very pleased that it has lived up to the tasks intended. I assembled it on a simple vertical open framework and gives it a very Maker like appeal as well.

Great motherboard for the price. No wifi or bluetooth, but can be added later. Easy to install.

Does the work and easy to overclock. Easy to controll lights

I used this as a replacement for a board that went defective. It works great with my Intel Core i9 9900K, and has plenty of fan headers (5 headers for standard fans and a couple extra headers for water cooling support). The price is actually pretty competitive for this board compared to others during a time when computer part prices are quite high, although it is more expensive at Best Buy than it is generally at other retailers.

Great mobo. Been super happy so far! Running with Corei9. Only complaint is the lack of 3pin 5V rgb headers. all rgb headers on this board are 4pin 12 volt.

Easy to install, has all you need to OC very fast smooth with I5 8600K. Love it and I am a Asus guy. But tried MSI NOT disappointed

I like the ease of install and the performance as a household media server / general purpose desktop machine.

When I bought this motherboard I was a rookie at building compuiters and didnt know I boought one hell of a motherboard. I've had this motherboard for a year and 5 months and Its running like a diesel truck. Good motherboard and has a lot of hidden features; one being(or should I say two;^) ) it has two m.2 slots for two m.2 ssds. Pay attention kids this motherboard is a bang for your buck.

My husband has been slowly making his computer better. We got a pretty good deal on this and he’s very happy with the improvements it made. One lesson he has learned that I thought I’d share with anyone looking at this. Please check to make sure you have a compatible power supply in your computer for this. He fried his not knowing he needed more power for his upgrade.

Easy install with MSI RGB lighting 4 pin connectors. Plenty of overclocking ability.

I recently upgraded my computer from an old MSI H81M E34 motherboard to this newer MSI Z390 Gaming Plus one. For the price, this motherboard has the latest technologies, including USB-C and USB 3.1. Not only does this motherboard run Windows, but if you're a bit geeky and adventurous and want to run macOS on it, it works too! Overall very satisfied with this motherboard. Best bang for your buck!

Like the MB easy setup and lights up. For the money not to shabby.

This unit was installed by Geek Squad as part of our Home PC upgrade. A search revealed it is no longer available new. However, the unit in our PC operates just fine a year later. So, if you find a used unit, you may install it on an older computer with the expectation it will do its job just fine.
