Quick Background, I came from a 27' 2k, 165hz, IPS panel that has been nothing short of excellent the last 3 years. But after upgrading from a 1080ti to a 4090 I knew I wanted to upgrade my monitor as well. The only thing on my wishlist was an OLED Panel for the Colors, Blacks, and response time. But when I heard about this monitor being 4k, and 240hz I was beyond excited. This would be a complete upgrade in all aspects Panel Type, Resolution, and Refresh Rate. And at this price its almost a no-brainer. Below I've listed some quick pro's and con's so far. Pros- -Large singular footprint with the stand, this is more of a personal preference but I hate monitors with the massive legs. -Incredible Colors and deep inky blacks. This is my first OLED so I know it's nothing new but it is crazy when compared to my IPS panel. -HDMI Source Auto Switcher is a nice feature to have, when I boot up my PS5 having it auto-switch inputs saves menu time. -I've heard OLED's have issues with text clarity but to my untrained eye, there is no difference in text between this and my IPS monitor. -Variable Refresh rate is nice to combat dips in FPS when gaming. -New to me, but there are tons of different options when it comes to OLED care in the menus to help prevent burn-in. Cons- I wish it would come with a DP cable in the box along with the HDMI cable. -This one is kind of both a pro and con but its incredibly thin panel design always gives me pause when adjusting the monitor as I don't want it to bend.

Had to return my 32 4k HP Omen monitor it had power issues. I exchanged it for this. This monitor is beautiful. Updating firmware was easy. My new model was V0.11 newest firmware is V0.15 released March 4 2025. Must be connected using the provided USB cable and display port when you update firmware, at least thats what the popup says as you do it. The more I research and experience these monitors, I'm starting to realize a lot of the extra features they try packing in these monitors. Just jack up the price for mediocre results. Just focus on the screen. Don't use a monitor for a KVM switch or your power distribution. That being said, some of the lack of features on this monitor compared to the others is a blessing in my opinion. The only thing I wish it had that it doesn't was a brighter LED bar on the back of the monitor like the Hp omen has. But this can be solved by a $10 adhesive USB LED strip. I would recommend this monitor in the class 100% over the others at MSRP value. If you can get them all for basically the same price due to sales then it's kind of a toss-up as to what you want. If you want curved buy the Alienware it's also your only option for curve currently, but it's usually on sale for around $900 at Dell.

I upgraded from a 1440p 144hz monitor to this 4k 240hz monitor and the difference is huge! The colors are incredibly vibrant, 4k is crystal clear and the 240 fps you get makes all video games just look extremely smooth. I would recommend to anyone and for any type of game. Very satisfied with purchase

This is my first 4k OLED monitor. So far, it seems excellent. My only real gripe is that I'm not sure if the black levels are truly as deep as is often claimed, because I can see that the black of the screen is lighter than the black of the bezel. But that feels pretty nitpicky considering I just came from a 1440p TN panel. Oh, and also I hate that the ports are so difficult to access from the front. I did really enjoy that they included a calibration sheet from the factory. It gives me confidence that the display has gone through a satisfactory QA process. As of right now, I don't think you can beat this monitor for the price. It's just too good!

This is my first experience with a QD-OLED panel type monitor and I’m amazed by the visuals when gaming and watching content. The 32” QD-OLED 4k 240Hz monitor is replacing my 27” Nano IPS 1440p 144Hz. There are clear differences between the two. The OLED monitor has exceptional vibrant colors and contrast. The monitor has true black levels when watching dark scenes in movies compared to the washed out look on the Nano IPS. I’m enjoying the quick response times, high refresh rate and big screen size when gaming. Every game I played looks great and even more so when HDR is available within the game. Movies and TV shows look amazing with HDR, the colors pop more, look lively and have great saturation. Games and movie content still look great when HDR is not available. The monitor has a KVM feature which makes it better since I can now seamlessly transition from my PC to my laptop without swapping peripherals back and forth. When it comes to specs, features and pricing this is the best value OLED monitor to purchase.

In my extensive experience with OLED televisions dating back to 2017, I've eagerly awaited the release of a 32-inch, 4K OLED monitor. Transitioning from my prior G8 OLED monitor, the upgrade to the 32 QD OLED proved to be an intuitive choice. This monitor boasts vibrant colors and infinite contrast, rendering visuals with remarkable clarity. Furthermore, its inclusion of two HDMI 2.1 ports and USB-C with 90W delivery ensures seamless connectivity and versatility. The competitive pricing, coupled with MSI's renowned commitment to product quality and service, solidifies its value proposition. Noteworthy enhancements such as the increase in pixel density and refresh rate contribute to an elevated viewing experience. As a graphic designer, I use this monitor for work, and the 3-year burn-in warranty from MSI provides peace of mind. Additionally, it serves as an excellent companion to my 4090 and PS5 for casual gaming, fulfilling all my multimedia needs. In summary, the 32 QD OLED emerges as a compelling choice for discerning users seeking performance and reliability in a monitor.

The MSI MPG321URX is an outstanding piece of technology that stands out in the crowded market of gaming displays. Its OLED panel delivers exceptionally vivid colors and truly deep blacks, providing an unparalleled visual experience that is as close to lifelike as you can get. The brightness and contrast levels are stellar, ensuring that every detail, no matter how minute, is crystal clear and vibrant, whether you're navigating through dark, intricate gaming environments or enjoying brightly lit scenes. With a blazing fast 240Hz refresh rate and a nearly instantaneous 0.03ms response time, this monitor guarantees super-smooth gameplay without any motion blur or lag, making it a top choice for competitive gamers. The support for HDR400 enhances the display's dynamic range, highlighting fine details in both dark and bright areas. All this while being $300-$500 less than its competitors make the MSI MPG321URX a must-have for anyone looking to seriously elevate their gaming setup.

My first ever OLED monitor, love the true black and HDR so much. I have only had "fake" HDR400 monitor before so it's nice to finally see what true HDR looks like. 240hz refresh rate is also very very smooth, you can still feel the difference compared to a 144hz refresh monitor. Among other products which have the same panel from other companies, this monitor is $350 cheaper here in US while offering almost the same feature set, this is no question the best value 4K 240hz QD-OLED monitor to buy in the US. Strengths: - 4K QD-OLED - 240hz refresh rate - Easy to use OSD and supports firmware upgrade for QoL improvements The only weakness I find is the quality of the stand can be better with such a premium product, but since this is $350 cheaper compared to other products with the same panel, cannot deduct any points for it.

Good picture quality but screen’s weird in MacOS

As title says, the picture quality is great. There are some tradeoffs tho: Brightness: The big concern for these OLED monitors (Samsung, LG, etc etc) is that they aren’t bright enough for a bright room. I’d say that this is a bit of a lie to be honest. I have massive sunny windows flooding my room with sunlight, and this monitor still gets bright enough to be readable in those conditions. However, it doesn’t look nearly as pretty as if it were in a dimmer setting. To be honest, it doesn’t look like an OLED at all in a super bright room, because when the brightness isn’t all that high, contrast is perceived to be lower by the human eye. However, when in a dimmer setting where it’s brightness can shoot up higher than ambient lights, this thing can look gorgeous. If you’re only using this with a lot of bright ambient light, I’d recommend getting a mini-led or even a high-contrast VA or IPS. However, if you’re like me and have a mix, sometimes using it in a bright room, but also using it in a dim room, as the sun sets and eventually turns to night, then I’d say the beautiful picture you see by the end of the day can make this thing absolutely worth the tradeoff in brightness. MacOS: With my Mac mini, this monitor will occasionally turn off, even while I’m using it at my computer. It’s extremely distracting and annoying. The monitor will also make a random clicking sound, as if it’s turning itself on and off again over and over, while my computer is asleep. I’m also unable to update the firmware or adjust some crucial internal settings because MSI’s monitor control app is only available on PC. It’s a bummer this thing doesn’t have more support for Mac users, because as you’ll see below, it can be calibrated nicely and is decent for the creative content Mac users often find themselves working on. Calibration: If you’re trying to calibrate it with a third party software calibrator like calibrite, then color can get quite accurate. Nearly 100% sRGB color, and a good amount of P3. There are also factory calibrated modes that work quite well. However, shadow detail is unreliable. When aiming for Adobe sRGB gamma, the monitor lifts shadows too high, 2.2 even more so, and BT1886 crushes detail completely. There is a middle ground of calibration that this monitor is not capable of, and I believe that’s due to the unique gamma curve of its internally calibrated hardware.

After months of struggling to snag one of these, I finally lucked out. This monitor is everything as advertised. Perfectly clear with fantastic colors. The only issue I've had is the "panel protect" feature doesn't seem to happen automatically. Which is an incredibly minor inconvenience. If you're worried about the anti-glare coating, you're worried about nothing. It's basically glossy. Same goes with flicker, I've yet to see any, if there is, it's imperceptible.

This monitor has close to everything I want out of a monitor, blacks look fantastic on its OLED panel and it's high refresh rate is great for gaming, even if it's unlikely you can max it out given the 4K resolution. The extra features like USB-C PD and the KVM also make this monitor great as a dock for laptops as well since you can get video, power, and USB connections from the single port That said, the firmware is still a little buggy, with color profiles not being saved separately for SDR and HDR modes, meaning that if you for example use sRGB in SDR that gets carried over to HDR which dramatically reduces its color space, neutering a lot of its benefits. That said the firmware on this monitor is able to be updated so hopefully a fix is incoming

This monitor is the least expensive and best value of all the 4K OLED monitors released this year. It has all the features of the other brands at a lower price. Power comes from a cable rather than some of the other brands which come with a bulky power brick instead which is a huge plus for cable management. One of the downsides of this monitor is that it only came with an HDMI cable and no Displayport cable which it should've included on such an expensive display but the HDMI cable works fine. The included stand is also nice because of its square shaped design keeps it sturdy unlike other brands that use leg stands that take up much more space. Overall, great monitor especially when considering the price of the competition.

I have owned the top three 4K OLED monitors and compared to the PG32UCDM and the AW3225QF, this is truly the best. Don't let the price fool you into thinking this a lesser monitor. I have not experienced the black screen flickering issues with the MSI.

This is my first OLED monitor, though not my first OLED experience as I also have a OLED TV. Out of the box, the display was perfect. It had a plastic protective screencover that you needed to peel off. This meant there were no scratches or smudges on the screen, unlike some other brands ;) I'm using this side by side with another 32" 4K monitor (IPS display). QD-OLED has a non-standard subpixel arrangement that causes some color fringing around text. Text does look slightly fuzzier than on a regular IPS display, but given the pixel density of 4K 32", it doesn't stand out too much from a normal viewing distance. For colors, it's a wide gamut display, so colors will look over-saturated at the default color settings. But you can clamp the color space to sRGB to get colors to look normal again. I personally don't mind, so I left it as is and calibrated it with my colorimeter to ensure that at least in color managed applications the colors will look right (for my photo editing). In games the 240hz refresh rate really does make competitive games very fast with basically zero input lag. Really excellent in competitive games. And in games such as Cyberpunk 2077 or Alan Wake 2, enabling HDR really looks excellent on an OLED display, with inky blacks in dark areas and per pixel illumination of brighter areas. Love the contrast and it's excellent for games. From a usability standpoint, I mounted it on one of my monitor arms, so can't speak to the stand. The buttons and joystick are easy to reach right behind the bottom of the screen in the center, and the menu is quite elaborate and allows you to adjust many different settings. I use this with both a PC and a Mac (with a docking station). I was initially connecting to the Mac using the USB Type-C input, and while the Mac would drive the display at 240hz when you only have the MSI connected, connecting additional monitors afterwards (I use 2x 4K 32" monitors) meant they wouldn't receive a signal, as the Mac I use (with the M2 Pro chip) will only drive up to 2 displays, and at 4K240hz it technically uses up all of the Mac's output capabilities (all the GPU output headers are locked by the MSI at that resolution and refresh rate). The workaround was to use a HDMI 2.0 > USB Type C adapter which would limit the bandwidth to 4K60hz, allowing me to actually use 2 displays with the Mac (for work). On the PC I have it connected with DisplayPort and that works fine driving both of my monitors at the same time at full refresh rate. One thing I'd like MSI to add in firmware is the ability to lock color settings per input. Right now it keeps the color settings across inputs, and I'd prefer to be able to set my Mac to sRGB, and my PC to full gamut without having to dive into the menu each time and change the settings. There are also lots of OLED burn-in mitigation features built into the firmware which should help with the longevity of the panel. Just remember that with OLED, it *will* burn-in eventually, the question is just how long it will take which will highly depend on your usage. Lots of varied content means the panel should last for a very long time. Mostly static content (e.g. desktop work) it won't last as long. It's using the latest 3rd gen QD-OLED panel produced by Samsung, so there's no real data yet on how durable these panels are. Hopefully it'll last me many years, but only time will tell. Overall though, an excellent monitor and compared to all other 4K 32" OLEDs released, an excellent value at its current list price (and you're not leaving anything on the table by going with the MSI). The MSI does not support Dolby Vision, but if all you're using is Windows you won't have any real benefit from Dolby Vision, and it will likely just cause strange issues.
