Very good laptop, great portability and honestly kind of a work horse that you can play some pretty decent games on. If you do want this to game on I would say be prepared for a wireless or external keyboard though because after an hour or two of constant heavy usage the keyboard can get pretty toasty.

The first laptop we received had a defective video card. Best Buy was great exchanging, no questions asked. They had the replacement one out within 2 days. The replacement has worked flawless so far. It is for my middle school aged daughter for school work and light gaming. It has plenty of power for her needs and it is light to carry. She loves it

There is a lot to like about this laptop - and a few misses. The laptop is extremely thin, and appears it could be alloy shell. Has a 12th gen I5, with 12 cores and 16 threads, 16Gb ram; GeForce GTX 1650 dedicated graphics with 4Gb, and a 512Gb SSD. This combination makes short work of everyday tasks, and is capable of running games. Some settings may need to be lowered if running top tier games.... There is a micro SD card slot for extra storage. Touch pad is smooth, and has a built in fingerprint reader. I found the screen and keyboard back light to be very bright. But I did not like the effects of the MSI True Color app. I uninstalled, and the screen reverted to a washed out appearance - no color, no contrast. I re-installed the Intel Iris XE driver, and now can use the Windows color calibration tool. The screen is colorful, and I have been able to set white balance. The keyboard has 3 levels of lighting, or off. The keyboard has a good feel, good travel, and spacious keys. I found typing to be easy on this computer. The sound from the speakers is not very loud, and certainly is "tinny", but a good set of headphones fixes that.... There were some other "misses" in my opinion - these may not be an issue to others. I did not care for the functions and interface of the MSI Center Pro. The keyboard light has only 2 time on options - 10 sec. or stay on. Would be nice to be able to set a different time. Also, there is no Fn key on the left, only a small Fn key on the right. And finally, since the computer is capable of games, it would benefit from a 1Tb SSD. Overall though, I feel this is an excellent choice for daily work and occasional gaming.

I loved the product from MIS. Light weight , battery backup is too good, I never faced any issue with the laptop. It's been almost 6 months, I have being used. Thankyou BEST BUY

I purchased this laptop for my husband to replace his old one. My husband plays a lot of computer games so I was looking for something with lots of power and distinct graphics. This laptop fit exactly what I was looking for and my husband absolutely loves it. Additionally, the price was fair. I highly recommend this laptop to any gamers.
